I ordered several products. The HealthPro Plus is quiet, and seems to work. Casters are impossible to install. I also purchased a desk and auto purifier. Delivery is slow (4 weeks to get part of order). Customer service is frustrating. I still have not received a refund from a cancelled order (back ordered item in Oct. order, cancelled in Dec.!). It is now going on 2+ months dealing with customer service and still waiting for the refund. read more

I purchased the product after a kitchen smoke incident that coated the house full of smoke. I received this product at 12/28/20 and then put this air purifier on the night stand of my parent's room, because my father has asthma. We was told by doctor elder people with asthma at higher risk of getting very sick from COVID-19, he recommend us to choose a medical grade air purifier to prevent dusts cause asthma attack. We take it very seriously, after few days shopping around I choose IQAir, because they have medical grade home use products. It's amazing my father stopped coughing at midnight for using this product just over one night. I would like to start by saying,I really believed and wanted to believe all that went behind this product. I bought a brand new unit and was given one from a friend that needed new filters and bought over $400 in new filters. I did over kill on my house. I ran both in our 1,400 sq ft home on full speed even though they say you don't have to pending size and space of the home. I gave it 3 months. Every time we dusted our furniture in the home it wouldn't even be a week later and they would be coated again with dust. Now with that said if dust is visible to the human eye how can they claim it cleans as small of particles they do. I tried to ask for a return and the first lady said 30 day return policy and put me threw to support cause I'm past the 30 days. I was on hold over 20 minutes. Called back again they said put your number in the cue to get called back and sure enough 6 hours later no call. I called again and on hold 20 minutes plus still no answer. I don't have a better product to recommend but i would say to all SAVE YOUR MONEY on THIS PRODUCT. TRUST ME I REALLY WENT OVERBOARD BELIEVING THIS WOULD HELP. We keep our home extra clean and try to reduce allergens as much as we can cause it just seems dust is always a issue. This did no difference for us and we had 2 of there $1000 plus units running on full speed in open space on both sides of home. As much as these costed i could hire a made service to come once a month when you add in the cost of filter replacements that are not cheap at all when your run it at full speed all the time. read more

I recently purchased a Health Pro Plus from the IQAir Experience Center. Everything the staff has done to create the right energy and right environment shows from the moment you walk in the door. My experience was very educational; Steve explained the importance of the particulate scanner and demonstrated the difference in air quality from the inside vs. outside. He differentiated each purifier and explained which product would be best for my needs. I have a dog, live near a freeway, and I have awful allergies. The one thing I knew is I needed an air purifier, but which one was the ultimate question that would solve my problems. I'm happy I went with the Health Pro Plus, I was able to purchase at the site and take home in the same day. The set up was very easy just plug and play. Aww...fresh air! You know, sometimes you just need to treat yourself. I am an essential worker and have been distancing myself from family and friends to be as safe as possible. I have my own filter now and I love it because it has allowed me to reconnect with them on certain occasions. Recently my friend threw a drive through birthday party for her son. But they live a few hours away. I knew that I probably would have not made the trip alone. So I called up my other friend to join me, strapped my filter to the seat (which is super easy and takes less then two minutes) and once again, felt safe enough to drive with a loved one in the car. Spent considerable money on an air quality monitor that, weeks later, has not arrived. When I went to review the invoice sent in a separate order confirmation I noticed that, in the bottom right corner, it says the device is "backordered" and the shipping date is "noted above." But the shipping date is NOT noted above. Moreover, it is grossly inappropriate to inform a customer that a product is backordered only AFTER the order has already been placed & to only state so in a PDF invoice as opposed to the subject line/body of an email (also, an apology in the email would be nice, as well as an easy way to cancel/request a refund). Like many people on the West Coast I am dealing with an URGENT air quality crisis and need to properly assess the risk for my family and myself (newly pregnant). I would not at all have purchased the device had I know it would not be arriving until weeks later, once the threat of the fires has potentially already abated. I find it incredibly strange that there is a person responding to all these Yelp reviews "apologizing" but no one has responded to my email to customer service nor have I been able to get through by phone. Just received 2 IQAIR HealthPro Plus air purifiers and love them. Simple out of the box setup and seem to work great. They move plenty of air at the highest level and are whisper quiet at the lowest. Bought them to improve indoor air quality and it's looking like they'll do just that. Fortunately, I didn't experience any customer service issues. It has been a stressful time for dentists, hygienists and all the dental staff, especially as they contemplate returning to the new realities in the practice of dentistry. You have been great in processing my orders and getting things taken care of and helping decrease a bit of that stress by getting things done!! Yesterday, I used one of my IQAir Health Pro Plus dental Vacuum units all day while treating several emergency patients. Most of the patients required crown preparations or fillings and the use of a dental hand piece thus the generation of an aerosol. I was so impressed with the results of the IQAir!! My dental assistant and I were able to work without any splatter or any aerosol filling the room or even moving past 8 inches from the patient's mouth!! All the dental aerosol was streamed and pulled away from the mouth and away from all our faces into the IQAir hose attachment. We easily placed the attachment hose about 8 inches away from the mouth in front of the patient. My staff and patients were impressed and really appreciated the efforts to have such wonderful advanced technology in the office. They felt very cared for and comfortable. All dentist should have these in their office! It is such an amazing piece of mind for me knowing we are controlling and containing dental aerosols within our dental office and keeping all the staff and patients safe. This has been a game changer for me in feeling safe within our dental office. I have been telling many other dentists and hygienists about the IQAir HealthProPlus Dental vacuum units to specifically control aerosol. I am sure more and more dentists will find out about IQAir. I purchased an IQAir HealthPro Plus a few years ago because I am an asthmatic and I have two dogs who I love. My dogs are my babies but their fur and dander have a tendency to aggravate my asthma. Being the members of the family that they are, my only choice was to figure out a solution that did not involve getting rid of them. I did my research and came to the conclusion that the HealthPro Plus was the best solution for me. I am a pretty skeptical shopper so I wanted give it a few years before writing this review. I have to say this has been one of the best purchases I have ever made. I keep the HealthPro Plus on low throughout the day in my living room. I tend to have asthma attacks at night so I move the machine into my bedroom. My asthma has improved 95%. I have a rescue Albuterol inhaler, but I rarely use it. I am even able to exercise indoors without any asthma attacks. Everything you have heard about the efficacy of the HealthPro Plus is true. It has really changed my life for the better. read more

We purchased the Healthpro air filter a few months ago and had a great buying experience. My partner and I had been having some respiratory issues and I believe they were caused by the geo-engineering nano particles that we are all breathing in every day aka "chemtrails". Obviously nano-particles are not an easy thing to filter out so I wanted to get the finest filter available. For those of you not familiar with geo-engineering or Solar Radiation Management, one of the things they are spraying is aluminum, which is really not safe for living things. That's why all the trees, animals and insects including bees are dying off. Though of course scientists will never admit the connection. When I did my research I found out that standard HEPAs filter up to .3 microns but Healthpro filters up to .003 microns, huge difference! We have noticed the scratchy feeling in our throats is significantly improved. Less coughing, less mucus, less headaches and I even have less inflammation in my eyes. The only cons are that there is a noticeable smell, especially when you run the unit on a higher setting in a small space. It's not that bad though. And it's not too stylish but I don't really care. read more
