Not overwhelming or too salty. The rice had a great flavor too. There were chunks of meat in that as well and the rice had a nice smoky flavor. Not too salty or greasy. It also came with some accoutrements - pickled onions, fresh pickled cucumbers, jalapeños, bbq sauce and bread. The cucumbers and onions stole the show - very fresh and refreshing. I paid about $29 just for the meat, and for that price I expected much better quality and portioning. I understand that I came close to closing time, but I still paid full price and should receive the same quality of food as any other customer. If the brisket is past its best or there isn't enough left to make a proper order, I'd rather be told that so I can order something else. I'm not writing the place off because they've been good to me many times before. But this particular order was definitely not up to their usual standard, and the pictures speak for themselves.

I am an Ex worker of Its Ribs. They let me go because they didn't have hours for me but they hired a new women and gave her my old hours plus some. That is non African American. This place is ran by a racist Manager that is not even certified. She takes all of the tip money for herself. She talks down to black people. She shows favor with the white and Hispanics customers. I have first hand seen it myself. She always serves bad food because all she cares about is making money. Something has to be done about this kind of treatment! I'm tired of shutting my mouth.
