It's a bit on the sweet side but that's what I love about it! *Iron Monkey is like the BSCR (Baked Scallop on Cali Roll) but with CRAWFISH added to it! Delicious choice if you love the BSCR or want something heavier (with mayo-based sauce!) *Spicy tuna roll is basic here and you can't go wrong with this one! *Udon is always a safe option here and the kids love it. The staff is pretty friendly and can recommend something you would like. The sushi is fresh and not frozen. Anyway, I came here to pick up an order of sushi rolls, they tasted good, but they were kind of cold. One of them was a baked roll, but I guess I thought it could have been a little bit warmer. Hot items were cold to the touch and parts of the seaweed salad were still frozen (see photo). I was really looking forward to the fried item (super smash roll), but it was received cold and spongy instead of light and crispy. Their site indicated that it would take 80-90 mins to make. I called on the status of my order approx. 70 mins after my order was made and they told me it was ready and that they were just waiting for the seaweed salad. This tells me the order did not take nearly as long as was indicated. And they did not prepare the hot items last. Adequate communication either electronically or through phone would have saved the quality of their hot items.
