The restroom was disgusting, and after ordering my food via the automated tablet available, I noticed the woman in the back preparing the food was not wearing gloves. She was touching the food bar handed, and then touching condiments as well as door handles and the handles to the fryer with the same bare hand. I've eaten at this location multiple times, and never had a problem. This is fast food, not gourmet food. With that standard in mind, the tacos are good, the burgers (mostly) are good, and the fries are good. The old soda machine didn't consistently dispense good quality drinks, but they have installed a new one, which hopefully will be better. And most importantly, I've never gotten sick after eating here. So for a quick dinner, this place works for me. read more

I'm glad they reopened, and it's great that they're still open late. I usually get a Jumbo Jack with curly fries and a drink. The burger is okay, but I prefer In-N-Out burgers. The employees are friendly, and the wait is usually short whether you're inside or in the drive-thru. This location usually does a pretty outstanding job but today the usual elderly man was not present and a new middle aged woman was present instead. I ordered the bacon Swiss buttery smash burger, the only burger I am willing to eat because ketchup and mustard makes me gag but as you can guess I took one bite, spit it out and threw away an $8 burger no combo. i only ordered through drive though, so i can't speak to the interior of the restaurant workers at this store are usually pretty friendly, but the intercom can make it hard to hear them sometimes. i usually ask for extra sauce and they offer it for no extra charge (the ranch here is great. the good good sauce tastes like chik fila sauce) we ordered a mega munchie meal for a movie marathon. i always have difficulty giving a proper rating to fast food places because the food is typically more greasy and oily and tastes like well, fast food. if i was completely objective, i think the food would be rated lower, but i think that is a little unfair considering that i chose to come to a fast food establishment. i've gotten the mega munchie meal before but in the past they had jalapeño poppers instead of the popcorn chicken. i think the chicken was a nice substitution, since it doesn't feel as oily as the jalapeño poppers. The box itself is a little disappointing since it seems like they skimp out a bit in the fries and popcorn chicken. My favorite is usually the mini tacos, although they are an acquired taste since the meat is kind of like a paste. Overall, you get exactly what you expect from jack in the box. Fast food restaurants do not get much better than this one. The floors and tables and restrooms are sparkling clean. The service is fast and efficient both in the drive-thru and indoors. The food has been improved recently to include higher protein offerings. The old stand-byes are still on the menu. The only dollar menu that even comes close is Wendy's, but let's face it... the square patty in that Junior Bacon Cheeseburger is super tiny, five chicken nuggets is nothing, and the baked potato is a terrible value. You can make a whole mess of baked potatoes for a buck. K2's Go2Meal(TM) here is six tacos and two chicken sandwiches, with eight packets of taco sauce (one for each item)... $4.95 + tax = $5.36. Drive through in the middle of the day and ordered the triple jack bonus combo. Confirmed the order on the screen drove up got my package, paid, and left. Got to my location and opened the bag and the bonus was getting one measly patty instead of three. How cool is that? They didn't even put the receipt in the bag. I've spent so many lonely nights going through the drive-thru of this Jack in the Box eager to replace my sadness with some bacon and cheese. Depressed much? Sorry. Hands down, this place rocks. It's open pretty late...I think until 2 am on the weekends and 1 am on the weekdays. I have tried just about every item on the menu and I love the fact that JITB always comes out with new fatty foods with hilarious commercials. Right now, my go to order is the homestyle ranch chicken club with either bacon/cheddar potato wedges or a jumbo jack or 2 regular tacos...yes the monster taco was retired :*( Other favorites include the chicken fajita pita (pricy), bacon ultimate cheeseburger (this baby helped me gain 20 pounds no joke), stuffed jalapenos, and jack's spicy chicken sandwich. This jack in the box is victoriously known for forgetting peoples food. Always double check your bags. I came back a few weeks after getting my chicken strips forgotten, and was given an extremely hard time to get them replaced. They told me I needed to call in ahead of time, which in fact I did, nobody answered their phones. I also place only mobile orders, and it seems like I'm asked to park my car forward to the front so that people behind me can get their food first. But like, isn't the point of a mobile order to have the food ready to go by the time I get to the window? Let alone expedite food for people behind me who literally just ordered at the window. Jack in the Box is like second-home to me as it was very much a part of diet through junior high and high school. I loved how the workers here are generous with the fries. If you already ordered something and you eat-in, and then go up to the counter again to order something else say "small fries", you just might get the small bag of fries and whole bunch more coming out the bag sitting on the tray & paper. Even after not coming for awhile, one of the workers remembered to give me ranch sauce for my fries without me asking. I'm not sure if you would get the same treatment but the service should be pretty consistent. If they mess up your order during a drive-thru and you need to park your car and come into the store (if its open), you can maybe ask for a free coffee or soda. But don't go overboard with also trying to get some other free items out of it. That's what happened when this one guy got the free drink on the house for messing up his hamburger order, and then tried getting some fries on top of it also on the house. No can do, and that's totally understandable. The interior got renovated after many years and although I hate to see the old chunky plastic booth seating go, the new wood panel ones are OK. The new booths now have walls attached to them from in between booths that go above head level in the seated position which is kinda good so you don't bang the back of your head with the person sitting behind you. I used to like Jack In the Box but lately I'm just not feeling it. Besides the sourdough jack I just can't find much I want from here anymore. The prices went up a lot. I swear a milkshake is like $4-5. It reminds me of the scene in Pulp Fiction where she orders the shake. Only the last one I had wasn't very good. They used to have great shakes. Mine was an overly strong sweet vanilla taste. They got rid of some of the items on the menu. I used to get the big cheeseburger. First the price went up and then it went away. The tacos are cheap and greasy and good if you are drunk. Other than that, meh. It seems like this place puts a bunch of pepper on the burger patty. I don't know if it's all Jack's or just here but I don't really like it. Service here was okay. Not really much bad or good to say. Got my order right and were friendly enough. Not much of a value. I think it's funny when people criticize fast food restaurants for having bad food. Reality check -- it's fast food, so don't plan on getting a gourmet sandwich or top notch service. This location has been pretty solid in my opinion. Nothing stood out to me, neither good nor bad, in comparison to other locations. Drive-through is kinda slow sometimes though.
