Jack-in-the-Box has always been my favorite fast food go-to restaurant.... until I came here! Earlier this year, after ordering, I got stuck in line for over 30 minutes and couldn't get out. (Which made me late for a meeting!) Once to the window they were not very friendly - no apologies, just that a machine had broken down. I decided to take a couple bites before getting on the road (since by now I was starving). Have you ever tried eating a cold, hard Chicken Fajita Pita - with only 1/2 the filling? Unbelievable!! Haven't been to this location in a while, went back because its close and was hoping for a better experience and it was worse. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker ordered a combo and two munchie meals with 2 extra tacos. Got to the window and upgraded the munchie meal drinks to larges and was charged for them. All 3 drinks were filled just above half way and all 3 were coke when 2 were supposed to be root beer. To top it off they forgot the extra tacos. Not sure how anyone handing the drinks out would think anyone would be OK with half full drinks. I went to Jack In The Box today and got a Chicken Pita at around 4:30. First off, the young man taking the order was acting like an idiot with a stupid accent. When I got to the window, he and another male worker were acting so immature that I wondered if a manger was even there. I got my food, drove to a shady spot to eat. Got my pita out and the pita was completely ripped in numerous places, the lettuce was so soggy, I had to take it out and they did not put any salsa in. I was going to go in and complain, however, I was afraid too because with the behavior of the teen boys working, I felt a manger was not there and I didn't want them to do something to my food. If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped by here this evening because this is the halfway point between my work and home. I ordered 4 tacos (no sauce) and a chocolate shake. I pulled around to the window and the guy working there has his AirPods in and you can hear the muffled music. He didn't say to me, didn't tell me how much the order was, didn't say a word to me at all until he handed me my order. Where he then proceeded to tell me he put "extra sauce" in the bag. For the food I ordered no sauce on. I have stopped here a couple times before this time and the service wasn't as bad as this time. If I could give a 10* I would :) They allowed my 16 year old daughter to just sit in their restaurant for about 2.5 hours with my 2 and 3 year old daughters while I tried to figure out what to do with my car that broke down. They did not make us purchase anything and continued to check on us every so often. They even went as far as to give my children a couple free drinks since it was 114* outside. Just moved back to surprise and i always love a good jack in the box night. Lash 2 times I've given this one a shot it's epically failed. First night everything was cold, 2nd time about a month later i pulled up asking for a specific special item and of course they were sold out, asked for a 2nd item, sold out, asked for a 3rd, and you guessed it, sold out, and of course the girl who wants $15 an hour threw a fit that i couldn't figure out what i wanted. I ordered some bullshit sandwich since i was there and curly fries. Even paid the extra for the curly, and what'd i open up to when i got home!? Regular cold ass French fries. After 3 visits, I would show up just to see if things would change and sure enough, they didn't. Aside from their food/shakes always running out, the drive thru employee picking up my food off the counter after dropping it was absolutely DISGUSTING. I pulled up to the drive thru at about 10:00 pm. This location is 24/7 so shouldn't be a big deal. The car in front of me was told to pull around the front and wait for their food. I pull up to the window and I'm told the same thing. To be exact I'm told that they are making the food fresh so I would have to wait in the front. I figured at least my food will be fresh, but it did make me think about all the other times I've eaten here. So I pull around to the front and watch the next 7 cars go through the drive thru and pull next to me. It's been half an hour and the first car just got their food. I ordered 4 reg tacos and a sandwich. Nothing that should take that long in a sit down restaurant let alone a fast food place. Dear Management at this location, ALL employees need to be retrained and taught to work more efficiently, quicker (this is FAST FOOD), and more considerate with customer service. I have not been through the drive thru ONCE in the last year without having to wait to order (I'm asked to please hold when pulling up to the mic no matter how many cars or NOT are infront of me) then needing to spend 12 whole minutes to recieve my iced coffee that is premade in a pitcher in the fridge and can just be poured in a cup. I have also not gone without experiencing an issue with my order; missing items, wrong sizes, no sauce after asking, no straws, etc. I have nothing nice to say about a single experience in the drive thru. The best words of advice I can give for training these employees is TO TEACH THEM TO HAVE ANY CAR THAT HOLDS UP THE DRIVE THRU TO PULL FORWARD AND WAIT FOR THEIR MEAL. This way when I only order a drink and fry and I'm the second car, I dont spend 30 MINUTES waiting (not a lie). read more

I am pregnant and was craving the jack in the box SOUTHWEST crispy chicken salad so I figured I'd go and pick it up before work so I could take it for lunch. When I get to sit down for lunch at work I realize it was completely wrong salad( is the grilled chicken salad with the crispy chicken so they only got the crispy part right)! There is no southwest croutons in the bag and they luckily got the southwest dressing correct but I more than likely will not be able to eat this salad since it is not what I was and am still craving! So thanks a lot I should have known better since everytime I go there the reciept and order is wrong but I figured hey the reciept is actually correct for once (listed the CORRECT salad so it should be right) well I was wrong so I'm literally going to have to hold up the drive through line EVERY time I go there now since apparently they can't even correctly fill an order even when they mark it down as the correct item!!! read more

Even after going through corporate, the regional manager and being told that it would be taken care of I still get nowhere. The food is always burnt, or cold, or just wrong. Fryer must never get cleaned properly because it all tastes burnt. They always forget something, and I swear their employees must be either undertrained and overworked, or just don't care. Listen I know fast food isn't taken very seriously. First job everyone doesn't really care just because it's easy to get into a fast food job. On 5/15 I had pulled up and asked to wait,no big deal I wasn't in a rush. Me and my friend had started talking about just random stuff and I had told him I haven't slept in about 30ish hours give or take. After I had said that from the order speaker I was told "maybe you should sleep more" which was followed by latter from what seemed to be the whole crew. I had just gotten done with a double at my job. I was very tired and hungry. I got my order taken after this whole incident and pulled up to the window. The lady had taken the card and gave it back and left the window wide open. I was looked at very oddly then heard that I looked like "an old man's testicals" the lady had ran up to close the window then went back to laughing her ass off as did the whole crew.
