I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I came in and placed an order for a work event that I was heading to. They said their card reader wasn't working, they couldn't plug it in correctly. They ask for my card to punch the numbers in and then say that they need a managers code and the manager wouldn't be in for 30-40 minutes if I could wait for them to arrive. I asked if they could try again and she said "I'm not a technician, why don't you just pay cash." I said I don't have that much cash on me can you call the manager and ask for the code, she then sighed and called to then tell me the manager said they will be here in 30 minutes there is nothing we can do. Why couldn't you ask for the code I said. She rolled her eyes and pretty much said not my problem. There were about 6 other frustrated customers dealing with the same attitude and lack of empathy or respect for the customer. Avoid this Jamba at all costs!!! read more

I work in the area and I seem To come to this Jamba Juice obviously because it's convenient. The first time I came here the person taking my order says oh I see you work at ....... I said yes he said let me give you your discount. I didn't know we got one so that was really nice. So the next day I went back and someone else took my order and I asked do I get my discount? She replied with we don't give discounts. Hmmm ok... that's weird I said ok thanks. Then today 7/22 I went again and I ordered my drink and not even to the top of the lid was it filled especially if ur paying 6.15 plus tax you should get every lil bit. Plus they're not friendly at all. I work in customer service and let me say making juices or taking an order shouldn't annoy you. I think I'll just stop coming here and save my 6.15 I spend every 4 to 5 days. Jamba doesn't want my money. read more

Today is the only post I have ever made in this site, coincidentally, it's the last time I will come to this establishment! I was a regular here, but today I walked in to get my normal strawberry wild. After waiting around 10 min in line, I requested my order. On the door says that it opens at 7 am, I went today hoping to get a Jamba Juice on my way to work. It was 7:40 and the place was still closed. Don't order online because they will take 20-30 minutes to make your order, after arriving, and no one will get your order right. There is three workers and my order took 30 minutes, they made every ones before mine, then acted as if every drink was my last. I had 4 drinks in total. Sucks. Really, really bad service. read more

Jamba Juice has always been a favorite place of mine. I remember buying their steel cut oatmeals which was 100 times better than the flimsy and cardboard like version from Starbucks. I especially enjoy their smoothies. Since today was a really hot day in Burbank at over 100 degrees, I was sweltering so decided I'd take a break and have a smoothie. I saw they had added a variety of new flavors and I saw the new Peanut Butter Moo'd which the guy at the counter confirmed with me as a really good one so I went with that. Man, he was right! I love peanut butter and they were actually able to make the peanut butter work with a slight tart taste in the background. Who knew? I loved it and would have it again next time! Overall, its a good location, clean, good juice. Past few times, they've just messed up my orders. Like today, Brown sugar oatmeal to go - by the time I get into work, I get plain oatmeal. Last time they took about 15 minutes to make a drink and an oatmeal when no one else was there. Just bad timing, I suppose... Given the fact that there aren't many Jamba Juice locations, and they're spread out around LA, its hard to go to another location. I love Jamba Juice! I know its product descriptions probably trick me into thinking a calorie-laden beverage is really freaking good for me, but, whatever, ignorance is bliss. I am deducting a star because every time I go in here it takes about twice as long as it should and there's always someone really annoying also waiting for a drink. I think this is probably the first time I've walked in to a Jamba Juice (never been a juice person). I let the cashier, young lady, know that it was my first time and she was really nice and polite. I asked about a few different drinks and then settled with the Pomegranate Pick-me-up. It was FANTASTIC! I just wish I didn't get the biggest size. Lol. She also let me know that I could add a sandwich for a $1.50 more. I chose the Chicken Breast Sandwich. Very tasty. Ask them to heat it up. Overall experience was great. A ton of parking spots; not a single one available. Not sure if the 6:00 PM timeframe in a food-laden plaza had something to do with it, but we had to circle the area a few times before I just jumped out to take my place in line. You may THINK this is just another Jamba Juice. And you'd be right. It's located in a very cool complex with lots of choices. There is a TON of parking, but it is almost constantly busy. Today... A Saturday at 5, the gym nearby was nearly vacant, but this parking lot is stuffed. Be prepared to look for parking for a few minutes useless you luck out. Inside Jamba Juice of course it's refreshing and the staff is friendly. They also have their new point system that you can sign into for free and get discounts and such. i love jamba juice, but i don't particularly like this location. I like the lower calorie berry fulfilling, i like that they make it for me because im too lazy to bust out the juicer and blender at home and i like how it always smells nice and citrus-y inside. I don't like wheat grass but evidently its good for you so i get it. sometimes.. First of all have fun trying to park your car. Second, there are 2 cash registers here and like 5 employees that work each shift so tell me why they only run one register and there is a line out the door..It is not that they're not friendly, because they are-i think they just don't manage the place like they should. One worker rubbed me the wrong way when I had ordered water and gave it to another customer; then when I went to ask for my water she filled it a little over half way and didn't bother to fill it up. 8/20/2014 at 6:46pm I got a juice with my groupon at 1739 N. Victory Place Burbank, CA 91502. Mike, the cashier, marked my first voucher as redeemed then he pulled and used another voucher. Groupon clearly marked two vouchers were used at 6:46pm and 6:47pm. Why am I using two vouchers for one drink?!! I complained with Mike as well as to the store manager. I've never had any issues when I've come here. Drinks are always made exactly as they should be and wait time is usually minimal. The only downside is parking because the Empire Center is extremely busy, so unless you're there in the morning it's hard finding a parking spot nearby. read more

Being in the Empire Center this place can get really busy really fast. I just received a buy one get one free coupon on my phone and tried to use it but the damned thing just wouldn't scan. That's when people started piling in and I felt so bad for the girls there. But I am giving it 4 stars because I called 10 minutes until close and nobody answered then I come to the store since 3 minutes until close and they say they are closed. Unfortunate, this will be the last time I will be coming to this jamba juice.
