I used to work here back in 2004 so I know what Im about to say first of all they got rid of about half the menu and replaced it with all these other smoothies that I've heard most people don't enjoy and they go back to the original ones. Second their price's have gone up like a rocket. I remember back when a 24oz smoothie cost $3.75, now it's like $5.80. That's just outrageous, I'm better off making them at home. I've been going to this location for years and I always stick to my drink Orange Dream Machine. It has always been made perfect but today I went with my sister and our drinks were disgusting. My experience here is usually good but there is always a long wait. Today I ordered a razzmatazz smoothie and an Açaí bowl. The razzmatazz smoothie tasted fine, but my bowl was melted before I even got to my car. I get that smoothies are going to melt but this bowl looked like it had already been made before I ordered it. I just left, 2 employees working tonight one female and one male. First I was not greeted instead I was told by the male that I would be helped by the female while he was on his phone. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've been ordering the same drink from Jamba Juice for the last 4 years and I've ordered it from this location on several separate occasions and all of a sudden today when I came into this location today, they told me they can't make my drink because they don't know how.......I'm sorry so not only was the way he told me this very rude but apparently Jamba Juice employees aren't even trained anymore. I always have a good experience at Jamba Juice except for this time. Considering the price you pay for drinks....I was quite upset when I got to my car (on the other end of the parking lot) and took a sip and got like a taste of something rotten. You know when an orange is not good anymore it has that weird taste? Or better yet when orange juice is expired....something like that. And it took over the whole drink that I couldn't even drink it. I threw it away :( so upset ... My advice is try your drink right away while you're there so you can have them make another of its nasty like mine was. read more

This is by far, my favorite Jamba Juice location. The workers here are extremely nice. I love how they have their BOGO specials and then I'm here like everyday they have it. Lol. But they're always quick and very courteous and nice. Mike was the cashier who helped me today and he was very nice and seemed like he enjoyed working there. I've been coming here very sporadically over the past ten years. I can't say I've ever had a bad experience. Sure, the parking situation sucks at prime time, but I don't think they are blameable for that. I just found out that they offer matcha smoothies. Parking is awful but other than that I love their juices and acai bowls! I usually get carrot,apple and sometimes ginger and it's always great. I had a coupon for BOGO so on my lunch break I stopped by to get a coworker and I each a Pomegranate Pick-Me-Up. I'll start off saying that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my order, it was delicious. The problem was the staff member who took my order, Mike. No eye contact, which is no big deal, but coming from a customer service background I thought it was a little odd. After he took my order and I paid, though, he started rubbing his eyes, rubbed his nose. Stood around. Rubbed his nose and eyes some more, coughed into his shirt, sniffled, rubbed his eyes and nose...OHH and then served me my food. Sure, I just had drinks, but the guy in front of me ordered food, and Mike handled his food without washing his hands. This can't be sanitary, can it? I sent Jamba Juice a complaint via their website, but got no response. For their lack of customer service, and an employee who, while serving food, rubs his face and doesn't wash his hands, I am giving this two stars. I won't give it 1 because I do like the products they serve here, but needless to say I won't be coming back to this specific location, even with a coupon. UPDATE: The corporate office finally responded with a letter in the mail stating they would make sure management is properly training employees. read more

The crew working on 4/28 around 1:30 needs some work. The cashier has a very passive aggressive attitude like she's not feeling her job today, but she'll do you a favor and be nice anyways... I repeatedly said no ice and STILL watched them put ice. I had said no strawberries but extra peaches in my Caribbean passion, and I was handed a smoothie with no strawberries, but bits of Kale and other things that have been crossed over in their dip box they told me....so I'm assuming no one cares about cross contamination. I live right next to this Jamba Juice so I come all the time but this is by far the worst visit I've ever had. I called an order to be picked up they say it will be ready in 5 minutes , I get there 15 minutes after I called and 3 girls are just standing around laughing and talking to each other and this man that was there waiting for his drink. I told them I was there for pick up and they didn't even start my order which was just 1 drink a bowl and waffle. They continued to just mess around and laughing while making it.
