    acai primo

I came in for an Açaí Bowl and the acai bowl was extremely salty, I had to throw it out. I've honestly had better açaí and I'm extremely disappointed. Complete waste of money. If you're craving some Acai, I would not recommend this location. Go to Lark and Owl instead. Other than that Customer Service was great. The girl welcomed me as soon as I walked in which was very kind.

Never had a bad juice from this location. They are very clean and nice. Never a long wait. They always have recommendations if you are torn on what to get. I'm obsessed with their peach perfection. Iv had their açaí bowl too. And many of their other juices.

Steel Cut Oatmeal with added Brown Sugar and Almonds

I have always been a fan of Jamba's steel cut oatmeal topped with crumbled up brown sugar and some sort of nuts. In this case, some nice slivered almonds, and for $3 and some change, it is a inexpensive way to start the day (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/jamba-juice-san-diego-8?select=N74W-9ZMCzCGU7S8uYIS1g#v0sne1WXav61ZM97h4z7Kw). The steel cut oatmeal was terrific and cooking temp was on the mark with the oats having a chewier texture than more refined oats. Also, coupled with the sweet crumbled brown sugar and crunchy sliced almonds, made for a pleasant flavorful eating experience (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/jamba-juice-san-diego-8?select=N74W-9ZMCzCGU7S8uYIS1g#DvO8Z8bZLnu4KiEXAVFmAg). Great oatmeal. The place has no seating inside as others do, specifically the one close to my home, but they do have seating outside on the patio: a patio they seem to share with the Starbucks right across the way. Service was friendly enough and service was quite quick.

Great customer service! Christian was very helpful in helping me pick out a drink amongst so many choices! Awesome atmosphere! All the workers were great! I ended up getting the Caribbean drink with pineapple instead of the peach. Wanted to try something different from the watermelon drink I always get. Definitely a tangy taste! Wish Jamba Juice offered the sleeves there for the drinks like Starbucks does!

Really friendly staff, quick to make orders and they tasted like they should. Absolute no complaint as far as service and quality goes for a Jamba Juice. It is a smaller location, with no seating available inside while you wait for your order, but there are plenty of seating right outside. They also do military discount at this location, unlike other locations that I've been to.

I've had no issues here over the years, so it gets 5 stars because I like Jamba's products and employees. Smoothies are all personal preference. I come when I'm sick for a Coldbuster -- now being called a Orange C Booster. Things to note about this location: -- horrible parking at this busy strip mall -- tiny store with no bathroom (you can go to Vons, CVS or Great News) -- tiny store with hardly any space to form a line and have people waiting for their orders -- no inside seating, but there are a few seating areas outside (for the other stores too) that would be nice if you want to hang out

Excellent service. A friendly staff. Responsive management. I stopped by today and got my favorite smoothie - Caribbean passion. By the way-Love Thursdays! You get a large for the price of a medium!

Jamba Juice Bowl ... can't recall what I ordered, it was really good!

You can't really beat the refreshing taste of fresh fruit and nutty granola and butter. Especially when you can take this delectable bowl to the beach and just vibe in the sand. Wave Bowl $16 (14.50+1.50): 5/5 The bowl itself looks fairly small like, but deceptively so since I was stuffed after eating the whole thing for breakfast. It is higher cost than I would usually spend but I don't eat açaí bowls to know the average. Personally I really liked that the toppings were at the bottom and the bases were on top, not just because it was a beautiful display but because sometimes when it is the opposite, it can quickly get messy with toppings falling and dropping. The granola was crunchy and the add-on nut butter ($1.50) was plentiful and contrasted well to the fruits. You get some finely diced strawberries and bananas that were just the right amount of ripe, the bananas a little more firm but definitely preferred with the bases. The pineapple spirulina was favorite as it had a good sweetness to it. Honestly wished I could get a bowl with just this as a base and of course the natural blue color is just so unique. Coconut was coconutty and the pitaya was brightly colored, not too much distinctive taste on this one. Peak San Diego Experience

In this case yes the bowl was OK was but was no better than the 3 other bowl places within a mile of this location. The wait was LONG as for many of the bowl places on this street but this one was extra long as in 45 minutes to an hour wait on off hours long. And of course with all these tik tok famous places the price was inflated. Based on taste alone I could have given this place 4 starts but the extra tik tok tax(inflated price just for being TikTok trendy) and extra wait time for the exact same thing you can get anywhere else rubbed me wrong so I'm going to have to leave this 3 star right here.

I placed an order ahead of time and showed up about 25 minutes later thinking it would be ready. When I checked in, a younger employee told me it would be another 10 minutes. Annoying, but okay. The parking situation around here is already a nightmare, so I really wasn't thrilled about having to stand around waiting even longer. Well, those 10 minutes turned into 25. During that time, I watched multiple people walk in, place orders after I had already checked in, and receive their food before me. The crazy part? It wasn't even busy. There was no line out the door, no rush, no obvious reason for such a ridiculous delay. After waiting long enough, I finally went up to an older gentleman working there (I'm assuming the owner) and politely explained that I had been waiting a very long time and was confused why people ordering after me were getting their food first. Instead of apologizing or even acknowledging the mistake, he was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was inconveniencing him for asking about an order that should have been ready ages ago. Then, after another 10 minutes, my bowls were finally ready. In total, I waited about 35 minutes after checking in for pickup. To top it all off, the older gentleman practically shoved the bowls at me without so much as a "sorry for the wait." Look, delays happen. Mistakes happen. What bothered me was the complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service. If you're running behind, just be honest about it. Don't tell someone 10 minutes when it's really going to be over half an hour. The açaí is good, but not nearly good enough to make up for being treated like an annoyance. There are plenty of other places in San Diego serving great bowls without the attitude.
