I love jamba juice. I could substitute a meal with the smoothie. My favorite smoothie is the protein berry workout (aka protein berry pizzaz) I feel that each jamba juice makes their smoothies just a little different from each other store. For instance, some stores make their smoothies creamier than others. I prefer my smoothie with that rich soy flavor. It's early in the morning.. I am exhausted from the night before.. so I thought I want something healthy to perk me up to get my long day started.. I come in here and ordered a 16 white gummy and a onion cheddar twist. I paid and waited.. and Jillian gave me a tomato cheddar twist i believe.. and I told her that I did not order that.. I ordered a onion cheddar twist.. and she gave me this dirty stare like I'm a moron.. then she took the onion twist and just tossed it in the oven.. and I was the last one to get my drink when I ordered before 2 of this other guest.. no bueno.. I would think twice about coming here in the morning now.. My work is on powell st.. and I would take muni and stop at montgomery walk to jamba juice then walk back to powell.. The cashier (michele) was extremely rude and didn't even offer to give me my receipt and Disappeared. Another co worker took over and was handing out surveys to a group of people right after me and was telling them to give good reviews. It's funny how I a paying customer wasn't offer my receipt or a survey. read more

I agree, this location is pretty darn small. Theres no seating so you have to be in and out. I usually call ahead and have my drinks ready when i arrive. The staff is all super nice and helpful. The mobile app doesn't have all the drinks and neither does the to go menu so sometimes its easier to see all the drinks in the store. read more

Bad. completely inconsistent with the ingredients. I ordered a green smoothie today and it tasted like pure sugar. They add sherbet or sugar to the smoothies, and way too much of it. If you have to go here, make sure to ask for no extra sugar in your smoothie. Also, the breakfast wraps are not cooked properly (unless you like partly raw eggs in your breakfast wrap). read more

i used to work for jamba juice when i was a wee chillun, so i get how this job can be. with that being said: this store is terrible. the last time i went in, the girl who took my order was maybe 12 years old and was too busy clicking her gross tongue ring against her teeth and flirting with one of her 14 year old co-workers to even finish putting my order into the computer. i made the mistake of ordering one of their bread items because it sat in their microwave thing for way, way too long and when the MANAGER finally got annoyed from hearing the microwave beep too many times (because tongue ring girl was too occupied singing along with the truly terrible teen pop song blaring over their stereo system), she simply opened the door and let it sit there... still cooking, while she talked to one of the 15 year olds watching the smoothies blend. WATCHING THEM BLEND. when she eventually handed it to me, i thought it was radioactive and i feared losing all feeling in my hand. when i eventually got my drink, it had the wrong nutritional boost in it, but i was annoyed having watched the entire production that i didn't even bother trying to salvage my experience because it wasn't worth it. don't even get me started about how nearly every time i simply walk by this place, the employees are sitting on the counters, leaning and chatting, and doing absolutely nothing but looking lazy. it's like an inconvenience for them when someone comes in to order something. read more

It's a jamba juice, I won't waste your time or mine going on about the menu, we all know what it's like. I come here often for lunch. The quality is consistent, but the service, not so much. The manager is good about ringing you up quickly and getting your drinks quickly, but the rest of the staff are a bunch of teenagers and students who seem perpetually new to the job, a bit clueless, and spaced out. I guess I can't blame them, as most of them are probably planning on quitting in less than a year, but still, it can be obnoxious when you're trying to get back to the office in 10 minutes. read more

Had a Berry Fulfilling. Good stuff. Cool Jamba juice location because it's connected to Bread and Cocoa, which is a great lunch spot. I would recommend you get food from Bread and Cocoa and just stick to smoothies at Jamba Juice. I do recommend the chunky strawberry topper. Although it's not really the healthiest thing on the menu, it's still really tasty. You feel cramped when there's more than 5 customers in there. Overall, jamba juice still makes great smoothies and their new line of food products doesn't make them any better. It is a little bit narrow for a normal Jamba Juice store. read more
