I come here often for drinks since it's closest to me, but doubt that I will again. Tried to use my fundraiser card (had three people), and staff was adamant about a new policy about only one use per visit. It says that nowhere on the card, but maybe corporate policy did change. This wasn't the problem though. After asking for clarification about this new policy, the staff was very rude to my face, saying to the person in charge that they should "tell her boss." It was obviously loud enough and within earshot. The attitude is what really disappointed me, and I hope it changes for future customers. Also, they attested that the card was "tracked", so I couldn't use it as two different purchases for two different people. This is untrue, since Jamba's system of tracking the card is through a holepuncher, not a system swipe. read more

I want to start off by saying, I just don't learn my lesson! I guess I keep coming to this place because it's conveniently located near my home. Every time I come here, the smoothies taste like water/milk and have no flavor or the wait time is ridiculous. Hence the reason why I'm sitting here waiting on my smoothie and writing this review . I could understand the wait time being long if their is one employee and a line of people but every time I come there aren't that many. It's been 25 min and I still haven't received my smoothie. Sometime you just have to shake your head and laugh. Now I am not a Jamba Juice drinker but my girl had a gift card. Apparently, Jamba Juice is not a simple point and order affair. After deciding on her main drink, she asked the guy at the counter what Lean Advantage Boost was. He said "I'm not sure". Silence. And...!? Boss man comes over and he looked perplex, like he had never seen that on their menu. At this point, I'm thinking maybe no one has ever order this and maybe it would be better to just walk away. Then a light comes on with boss man, I could almost see the light reflecting in the cavern behind his pupils. He then reached over and whipped out a brochure, and said "here read this!" Wow! The staff at this location are super nice and friendly. Came in on a Saturday morning for a breakfast smoothie. I tried one of their fruit and veggie smoothies. Apple n' Greens smoothie with kale, banana, apples and peaches. It was absolutely delicious. You can't even taste the kale. I also had their spinach and egg wrap. Very tasty and a great acoompaniment for the green smoothie. Will definitely come back for it. Going back to the staff, I like how they made small talk but still remained professional. Other customers who came in the store seemed to be pleased as well. I highly recommend this location. read more

Absolutely wonderful! Jamba Juice is overall my favorite "watering hole". Its been a while since my last visit to this location, but it wasn't too bad. Meaning there wasn't much of a line when usually its packed. But it was a very nippy January afternoon..somthat could have something to do with it. Service was friendly, quick and delish! I love coming to this Jamba Juice even though there are other locations that are closer to me. This store is always clean and the service is fast and friendly. When I want something indulgent I go for the Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie :o) They have so many choices and they are constantly updating their menu and introducing new products. The flat breads (which are really like mini round pizzas...but who cares) are actually really good and are a nice compliment to a smoothie when you just want to have an extra something. My only suggestion to Jamba Juice would be to drop the ridiculous names for their smoothies...it's embarrassing...and we don't need gimmicky names...other than that...I love Jamba Juice!!! read more

This is like my main Jamba Juice spot I go to since it's never as busy as the one closer to my house. Typically, I have a fairly good experience. Easy time ordering, relaxed vibes, hardly ever a long wait. My only issue here is that the smoothies are never really consistent. It's always a hit or miss so I wonder if actual measurements are required to be followed? Yesterday, I ordered a Caribbean Passion & it tasted like very lightly flavored water. Couldn't taste any passion & there was nothing Caribbean about it. I almost wanted to turn back but I did not have the time to do so. Pretty disappointing but I can't say I was surprised. I'm surprised I didn't write a review on this location well i came by here since it was on the way back from Office Max every since i've been hooked on Get Shaved I really haven't had Jamba Juice in a long time. Well i got my usual Citrus Squeeze still good as always it was crowded but the workers here moved smoothly so the wait wasn't bad at all which i liked. Plenty of parking since it's in the shopping center with tons of other places even was able to stop in front of Vons to get Girl Scout cookies lol. I visited Store #17 with my co-worker this morning, and had a horrible experience. The Cashier, Kamil was very short and had terrible customer service. I visited your store because of the National Smoothie Promo, and started my visit off asking about it. I was greeted with a no,sigh, and an eye roll. Worst bowl I've had. I came in with a coupon for a bowl. The girl told me it was only for the 12oz size, which is stated nowhere on the coupon and not said by any other location. When I told her this, she sounded irritated and said, "So what size do you want?" After taking my order, she walked away mumbling, "bowls, bowls, bowls..." I suppose a lot of people are ordering these, since there's a special, but her attitude was unacceptable. I was the only customer, and it took over fifteen minutes to get my order. Seriously? What the heck? When I did get it, there was hardly any kale added and it was blended badly. I couldn't taste and peanut butter, and the thing was flavorless. If I could give that cashier Kaya 5 negative points, I would. The two stars are for the location because they hired her and they did not have a manager on hand. She was rude, aloof and inhospitable. We came in and ordered a surf rider and a "candy" smoothie, both in size small. There were approximately four (4) other customers behind us and NOBODY working the prep area. There was a man working on the system they use, but he was not affiliated with the company as an employee. Kaya took ALL the drink orders, never once calling for help to get the orders started nor did anyone come out to see if she needed help. My daughter and I stood there for approximately fifteen (15) minutes, waiting for the orders to get started! Finally a guy with short, dark hair walked in and went straight to the back. He was there about 4-5 minutes before he emerged. I'm not sure if he washed his hands prior to getting the smoothies started, but I didn't see him do so at the sink in the front nor did Kaya. She just began making smoothies. That is a HEALTH risk and nasty. A decent person would know to do that without having to be told to do so. Afterall, they should all have their food-handlers certificates and that knowledge is included in the training! She proceeded to make smoothies, all of them; randomly/out-of-sequence, and shove them to the customers without IDENTIFYING what she was passing to us. Most of the customers didn't know what had been passed to the counter for pick-up. One customer had an allergy and she received a smoothie that could've potentially given her a reaction (from what I overheard). Kaya didn't care. When I confronted her about my order (as I was the first to order, but the LAST to receive mine), and the fact that I was missing a smoothie, she gave me a stupid "and??" look (though I'm sure it's how she looks most of the time) and then acted as IF I was wrong for questioning where the smoothie was that I PAID FOR! She even had the nerve and gall to mouth-off to me when I confronted her. So much so, that the guy with the dark hair yelled at her "the customer is always right" and told her to leave the area. She is a sorry example of an employee and a poor example of a woman. She should be FIRED, as her unprofessional and confrontational attitude and behavior could've potentially set-off a volatile situation; all because she did not express remorse for her BLUNDER and IGNORANCE. One of her co-workers came to get my name and phone number, but I had already made up my mind to get the name and phone number of the manager. He really should reassess how he runs this store. Leaving the employees to run it as they please is NOT how businesses are operated. I now see why the overall score is so low. read more

The Good: Drink was prepared quickly and was delicious The Bad: Cashier's mask fit perfectly but he kept pulling it up/down, covering/uncovering his nose multiple times. Stylized his hair a few times during our interaction. I ordered a pretzel and he didn't wash his hand nor use a glove when preparing it. He also made his way to the cold bar and I'm sure trying to give a helping hand... handed and called out my drink touching yet again another surface with contaminated hands. Literally it is 15 minutes before close time and the doors are open but they are done for the day. I asked them why even leave the door open and they said, well, because if you want something that's already made then you can buy it but we're not making anything because we've already cleaned all the machines. If you open your business till 10:00 p.m. then your machines should be cleaned at 10:01 p.m. Other customers walked in-and-out while we were still there. I visit this location quite often, this morning I placed an order for pick up an upon arrival I noticed the location was closed. Another woman arrived shortly after and asked if they were closed. I explained the light are off and the door is locked. She proceeded to look online and said there hours day they open at 7am. I agreed and explained I come early quite often and they are normally open. I left and then left feed back on their website concerning my experience. At my lunch time I reached out to the store because I had placed an order online and wanted to know about my refund. When I called I asked for a supervisor and explained the circumstances. The young lady told me it was an issue they were aware of my inquiry but I was corporate fault and they'll refund me in 3-5 days. No apology provided no accountability taken just a rude young lady that was snarky and unprofessional. When I asked of the general manager can return my call, she again told me it was corporate fault and she was aware. Instead of just taking down my information and forward it to the correct party. When I attempted to try and explain telling a customer "like I said was unprofessional" she continued with the same behavior! I asked her name and she proudly replied Mia. I went during lunch with my coworker and asked for the buy one get one free option since i have it on the app. The manager who sounds very young tells me "ma'am we are just going to ask to be patient. If our system does not see it then we cannot honor it" and I told him I understand this is an issue and need to update your system, but that's not the issue and he's like "oh what's your issues" So I told him that his employee was extremely rude and snippy and it's unprofessional for her to say that it's not her fault on the she just works there. I've been in customer service for over 15 years and it's lack of training and professionalism. Service was fine and the order was ok. I was disappointed that I ordered a strawberry banana chunky bowl and it wasn't until after I paid that I was told the bananas were still too green. They made up for it with extra strawberries but it would have been nice to know before I agreed to purchase. My reason for 3 stars is based on the stores appearance. Every time I step in there I can't help but notice how dirty it looks. The floors and doors look like the need a deep cleaning. Perhaps a new coat of paint. I would give Negative STARS I just experienced the worst disregard for customer service at this Jamba Juice location. I've been craving and looking forward to your Sweet Cold Brew ever since I saw it on your menu. Today was the day. Complete DISASTER. 1. I asked an employee after waiting 10 minutes for my order "Where's the Sweet Cream" 2. She responded it's inside. 2. It was not because I've seen people order this drink and the cream is noticeable. 3. This drink was as dark as mud. 4. I asked the girl can I please have some sweet cream on the side to add to the drink. 5. She says yes. 6. I wait a few minutes and I see her the whole time just making other people's beverages. 7. I called this location this morning because I like to check if my item is in stock before placing an online order and the phone kept ringing and ringing after 3 calls back to back. So, I ordered online on the app... went to pick it up this morning and the store was closed. I have been calling almost all day. I was still willing to pick up if they opened later than posted time. Nothing. But, I was charged for my order still. When I called in the morning it just kept ringing . Now, it's just a busy tone. I don't know what's going on. So disappointing. I was also charged for my order that wasn't picked up. They could say they aren't taking online orders like the other Jamba Juice in Torrance. This place is so bad. Idk if it was just busy today but we ordered a large mango, medium mango go go and a large strawberry wild. The large mango go go was only partially fill to the top and had a gap on the side. The medium mango go go didn't even look like it. The color was peach and had big mango chunks.
