Everytime I go here, which is not often....im glad to see its not PACKED and busy. Not a good thing for business, but awesome for customers who dont like to wait for certain things. Plus the store looks well kept and clean! While I am not much of a smoothie drinker, my kids are. Sometimes a smoothie goes a long way on a hot day. I admit, it is extremely refreshing and I will definitely go again when the kids beg or the sun is blazing down. The staff is always friendly and the drinks come out quick. This is my go-to Jamba Juice when I visit home. It's a close 5 minute drive from my house (I could walk it but ...that would be way too healthy. Come on, I'm already getting Jamba Juice!). I love the acai primo bowls here. They don't serve it on the mainland (they do on the neighbor islands) and so I come here nearly everyday to get one (and one for my daddy). It's a bit steep for 8 bucks for the larger size and 6 for the smaller size. The acai primo bowls come with acai smoothie mix, with granola, bananas, coconut, honey which results in a sweet, crunchy goodness. I get it after my workout and I usually eat it as a meal. I can see the smaller size passing for a good snack. Parking is good here and there's a bunch of other stuff around too. The people here are so nice too! Even when they're super busy, they keep their calm and are able to service everyone. I wish Jamba Juice would bring the acai bowls to the mainland :'(. read more

Roughly 7 people that came AFTER ME got their drinks before me. Even though they knew I was waiting and ordered before them. Here at 7:05am and wow...no line! Gotta chance to use my BOGO cards, which is always a plus when getting something refreshing and sweet! I like that you can a combo with your drink - their wraps, sandwiches and pizza are very tasty and full of flavor. This location doesn't have the greatest parking in front of the store, but there are spaces to choose from - even across at Jack in the Box. This is the first Jamba Juice I've seen that has a public restroom. (LOL). My favorite drink to get is - Gotta Guava sub Banana (no peaches). It's not too busy when I come here in the mornings and whoever works here answers my questions when I come. It's a fairly smaller facility than some of the other Jamba Juices I have been to and Starbucks is usually always next to it. Today I got a cocoa moco with an energy boost and zinc/antioxidant boost. Very chocolatey and the Greek yogurt I hope packs an extra amount of protein. There is also acai, chia seeds, chocolate chips, almond and honey in this mix. I wonder how it would taste with extra greens. 4 stars because the parking here is small and limited. You could park around the jack in the box or bank of hawaii area if you plan to study at Starbucks. I have so little to write about this Jamba Juice... Usually Jamba Juice is known for their speedy service. Today was the polar opposite. The line was not long but I was standing behind the people in the front of the line for almost 10 minutes before I walked out because I was running out of time. PRESTON is his name. Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! First of all no one was up front to even greet me hello. A minute after someone finally came out and asked "are you ready to order?" Honestly I wasn't I was still looking but I ordered the 16oz Acai Primo Bowl. I then proceeded to ask him if that was the smallest size. He paused for a few seconds and told me in such a rude way that "THATS THE ONLY SIZE" I ignored his reaction and just went with it. He told me my total was $7.32. I quickly grabbed the exact amount from my wallet and laid it on the counter. He then , had the nerve to say "oh exact change?" In such a rude way. I asked if that was a problem he told me no. I know I'm going to come off as some random customer who has nothing better to do but complain and I understand that we all are dealing with this pandemic and the toll that it takes on us - especially essential workers - but being one of many people who still work during this time it was very disappointing to see how little concern employees showed to enforce social distancing rules that were set by the state. This location does have signs visibly posted informing customers of these rules before entering the store however as a customer i felt that the employees were not looking out for my safety as they allowed people in the store exceeding the set limit. read more

Here is an update to my previous review, so I called shortly after because I got the strawberry surfrider for the girlfriend and I don't know what that looks like or tastes like so I was accepting of whatever drink was given along with mine. Come to find out my girlfriend tasted it and it was possibly strawberry dreamin not strawberry surfrider. Appalled and disappointed I called to see if they can fix this as I was already far away from the place and on my way to a hair appointment. The first girl who answered said they don't do store credit and I would have to return with the wrong drink in exchange for the correct one. But just to be sure I was then transferred to another girl who seemed to have been the one at the register as she knew what was going on and apologized as well as allowed me to come back at another time to receive the correct drink. Came to this location to get the 2 for $10 jamba deal and asked for fresh OJ for the orange dream...was told by the worker & cashier shalay that they cant do any modifications. I asked where is it stated on the signage and she could not show me. I told her I got this same item request at another location and her response was that its policy. I asked to see the policy and she just went n the phone. As i type i am still waiting for the info but nothing. This is such poor service. So I went in with my boyfriend about 2pm today ...I ordered a chunky strawberry and banana acai bowl..the bowl did not have no strawberries! Also we ordered 2 dijon sandwiches and 2 blueberry scones! The Filipino guy who was at the front acted as if he didn't give a crap about what he was doing because we got our food and the scones were harder than a brick and our sandwiches were so chewy!!! I immediately went back to the lady upfront I did not get her name but she was so awesome. She fixed the problem and I overheard her telling the boy who took my order to check the scones before he serves it! She was white with a tattoo on her wrist...it takes one person with common sense to make your whole day!!! Please train your staff to assist people who are there to pick up an online order. I think management should delegate a staff member to focus on the online orders so when the customer arrives at the designated time, their drinks would be ready to be picked up. I'm not saying to have an employee watch the computer screen all day, but to make sure they communicate with customers,, including children to determine if they are there to plac an order. What's the sense of ordering online when the customer would still have to fall in line to get their drinks? Fast forward to 5/1/17. I did another online order and guess what? I've had better experience at other Jamba Juice. I usually order fruity pebbles or some kind of creamy drink when I go to Jamba, but this time I thought I'd try something different. When I came to this location, I ordered the kids meal w/the parmesan stuffed pretzel and the strawberries gone bananas. I was not pleased with the pretzel because it was not hot enough and was rubbery. The drink was alright, what I didn't like was how it was runny, nothing close to like a smoothie. Also, I noticed that my cup wasn't filled up to the top, it was filled up at 3/4 which I don't understand because there was enough to fill up a small cup. Weird experience tonight. On Jan. 25th 2016 at around 7pm I went into Jamba Juice Kunia. There were two male workers one whose thicker and older than the other guy and also a girl who seems like she was already off the clock. Anyways as soon as I get to the register the older guy tells me their only excepting cash. I was like Ok, luckily I had extra cash. So he punches in my order and proceeded to make my smoothie while he lets the younger guy finish. I gave him my money as he handed back my change I asked him for my receipt! He said cannot because there drawer is down or something. Then I was thinking to myself how could they take my order and give me my change if the drawer was down!??? Then he tells the other girl that was there "how do I tell him?" He then said I could take a picture! I said never mind it's ok! Just found that whole situation fishy!!!
