Storefront... super long line out the door on National Smoothie Day!
    Nadine C.

Celebrating National Smoothie Day between 3pm and 6pm on 6.21.24 with $1 Strawberry Swirl or Mango-A-Go-Go... 16 Oz... one per person, while supplies last. I tried to figure out which Jamba Juice would be the least crowded at 5:30pm. I guessed wrong... Located at Kunia Shopping Center, this location of Jamba Juice was PACKED! There was a line out the door! I was about the tenth in line - not counting all of the people inside of the small shop. The line inside snaked around like we were waiting for a Disneyland ride! When I got inside, I did notice the convenient restroom! Other than that, I really can't comment on ambiance since it was wall-to-wall people! At least everyone was patient and respectful of each others' personal space. At 6pm, the manager apologized to the customers that they had run out of the $1 specials. A bunch of us left. I couldn't wait around anymore. Lots of errands still on the list!

Decided to order from Kunia Jamba since it was on my way. I got there around 8:30 a.m. and the first thing I noticed when walking in was the overflowing trash. There was a customer already waiting in line, so it didn't bother me that the worker didn't greet me. I figured they had already greeted the person in front of me. The worker completed making the smoothie she was already working on. The person in front of me began ordering blue vanilla (not certain what the actual name is). The worker said, "we don't have that because it's not blue any more it's white" the woman asked what is missing that it's not blue and the worker again repeated "we can't make it blue" by a quick look of the menu it was probably because they didn't have blue spirulina, but I didn't want to add to the conversation as I do not work there and wasn't really sure. Fast forward to my order, I had a mobile order. I could see there was a fridge for online orders but I also had a pretzel and didn't see it near the fridge. When I let the worker know I had a mobile order and my name, the reply was "top shelf" while pointing to the fridge. As I began to ask for my pretzel the worker just turned and grabbed my pretzel and handed it to me. The entire time, through both my order and the person before me, the worker never smiled. The only reason I am giving this Jamba 2 stars is because of perspective. I'd like to believe that with the trash looking like that, it must've been pretty busy before I got there and the worker was feeling overwhelmed as it didn't seem anyone else was working.

Friendly staff, clean spacious location, a couple of tables and chairs if you want to enjoy your Jamba on site. Always a refreshing option to curb your hunger with something healthy and fresh. Located next to Starbucks, so you can get your caffeine fox too.

    Personally delivered Jamba! :)

Huge shout out of appreciation to the manager, Sharay! I placed a four item order through the Jamba Juice website to be delivered to my workplace. The driver who picked up the order called me three different times, confused about the location and entrance to my job, even after clear instructions over the phone. Long story short, after almost two hours, the driver never found my location and I never got my order. I called Jamba Juice to ask for a refund. Sharay was very helpful and politely explained that they unfortunately couldn't give me a refund due to the third party deliverer. She offered to remake my order and personally deliver it to my job! Her patience and kindness definitely flipped this unfortunate experience into a positive story that I'll gladly tell others about. It was such an incredibly nice gesture! I can't express how greatly appreciative me and my team are with the consideration Sharay showed today. Thank you girl!

Popping pearls in your choice of drink! Heard they had this I just had to try it. Well it was ok for me. Something about the pearls in my jamba turned out to be so so. Don't know if my taste buds were just confused lol. I had my usual Caribbean passion with Strawberry pearls. It was ok. I'll stick to my regular without the pearls next time. A

When you first enter, you'll see a few chairs and tables where you can enjoy your food. I was disappointed to see that there weren't any smoothies that offered protein powder. You will have to request protein powder and pay extra on top of an already high price. I don't think their prices are reasonable at all. I ordered the Tiger in a medium cup. It was sooo delicious, but they skimp out on ingredients by putting it in a tall cup. Their acai bowls are not served in your average, compostable bowls. They come in cups for beverages which I thought was odd. In my opinion, their prices are not worth it. However it was great to try a new spot !

No outdoor seating available. We went in knowing we wanted açaí bowls. They offer signature bowls for those who don't like having to decide on bases, toppings, drizzles, etc. Signature bowls come in two sizes: regular (16oz.) $13.99 and large (24 oz.) $15.99. Whatever bowls give you the freedom to decide on base - bonus base - fresh fruit - super foods - drizzle. These are priced the same but you decide what you do and do not want, which is nice. Mind you, they also offer: toasts, smoothies and drinks such as lemonade, iced blended coffee, matcha, and cold brews. Açaí bowl was a generous portion of base / bonus base / fruit. I appreciate how they chop their fruit into bite size pieces. Idk what it is but I like my fruit in my bowl to be bite size like small easy to eat and chew. Maybe it has to do with base/topping/fruit ratios!? Fruit was fresh too, which for this price point- I'd expect and they delivered. There are many options available which again, for this price point you'd expect, so it's nice to have. The only problem was they were out of Nutella. Like, why? My daughter went a week before writing this review and she said they were out of bananas. In my opinion, banana and Nutella are not items hard to keep in stock! We would visit again. Side note, Monday - Friday 6-7pm they offer $2 off signature bowls!

SWITCH UP THE BDAY CAKE TO A BDAY TRAY!…read more I have been supporting HI Cravings since they were JessDaBest Acai Bowls and it is so cool to see the empire they have become. My daughter is a huge fan of their bowls, so for her 2nd birthday I decided to opt for an acai tray (my first time ordering). The day before my scheduled pick-up date, I was hospitalized switching up lots of the plans we had for my daughter's birthday. I had emailed that night and asked if they were able to write a personalized note from me on a post-it or foil for my daughter to read when it was pick-up on her birthday as I wouldn't be there. They went beyond to decorate and write an actual birthday card for my daughter, which meant the world to me. As for the acai tray... an absolute hit! It was picked up on Monday morning and stored in the freezer until Wednesday night when I returned home. We left it out about 30 min before eating and it was still fresh. It has lasted us multiple desserts and breakfasts. Thank you so much to Brandi for making everything work despite being on vacation and the HI Cravings team for your hard work. Will definitely be ordering again.

I've tried their mobile van twice to see if it was a one time thing but sure enough, it has changed to me. Their base used to be very creamy and soft but now, it tastes very icy and less flavorful. Fruits are still very fresh, and their topping selections are top tier! Service is undoubtedly still amazing. Wait times are a bit long but no problem with that as there is usually only one or two people working.

She was watching Tinker Bell on the TV and didn't greet us or even look up - no hello, no smile, just awkward silence. We were the only ones in the store and still had to awkwardly approach the counter just to get help. As first-time customers, there was also no explanation of the scoop sizes or pricing, which made ordering more confusing than it needed to be. When we finally ordered, two items were made correctly, but one person in our group ordered dragonfruit gelato. The employee started scooping strawberry instead, and even after we politely pointed it out, there was no acknowledgment or apology--just silence. It made for a really uncomfortable interaction. While we were eating, the employee went into the back, and we could hear her loudly scrolling on social media with the volume on full blast, even laughing at times. Toward the end of our visit, she came back to the front, sat down, and continued on her phone. The entire atmosphere felt so awkward that we decided to leave and finish our gelato in our cars. Even as we walked out, there was no thank you, no goodbye--no acknowledgment at all. It was honestly disappointing. That said, the gelato itself is actually really good, and the interior of the shop is nice. That's the only reason I'd consider coming back. Unfortunately, the service really brought the experience down. Proper customer service training is definitely needed. I would come back for sure, but I wouldn't return if that same employee was behind the counter.
