I'm not sure how to make this review apply to every Jason's Deli I've used, but I can do nothing but bow down and praise them. The food is always on point, but the service is what I love. They are amazing! The delivery drivers always have a smile and are so helpful! Even when we are changing meeting rooms while they are looking for us. Being an Admin asst, you have to be ready for those last minute changes, but that's not their responsibility. They will call me on my cell, unless like today when I had to turn my phone off for interviews, but we got it handled, and they stayed professional. Today was not the best situation, and they still came through like soldiers, I don't know how to thank them enough. If I could afford it, every delivery person we get deserves big bonuses on top of the tips when I can give them. Austin Community College and Lisa Carter is so appreciative and respectful, and love Jason's Deli. You are an amazing business with amazing employees, and I thank you! read more

Ordered to-go and everything came out quickly. The salmon sandwich (comes with guacamole on it) was so fresh and delicious. Other than that, the sweet tea is perfect and the soups (broc/chz $ tomato) were a good temperature by the time I got home. read more

I had heard so much about Jason's that I wanted to try it out for our company lunch. We orderd a few platters of sandwiches and wraps. The drop off and set up was AWESOME! But the bread was dry, the chicken salad was not to anyones liking and we only got about 8-9 sticks of pickels when we were feeding about 30 people. Next time I will pick up, to be sure bread is fresh and there are enough condiments. read more

I'm gunna say while clean and consistent Jason's Deli is just a normal spot in my opinion. Nothing fancy nothing that has the wow factor but it's a standard deli. I e also get it catered to work regularly. It's got an Applebee's meets Panera vibe if that makes sense. However I can say that you get exactly what you expect. They do have a nice salad bar and even offer free ice cream to all. Not taking anyone on a date here but I don't mind stopping in for a quick bite or sandwiches for a road trip. read more

We have had better luck at the Loop 410 location! Stopped at the IH 10 West location and had to wait longer than usual for our meal (the restaurant was not busy at all). The menu for the Club Royale says it comes with lettuce and tomato and the sandwich had none. The dining room attendant did not come to our table to ask if we needed anything. My husband and I have been very timid about starting to eat out again with COVID increasing but we felt very comfortable and at ease while dining at the 41st location. There were clear signs of what is expected including masks and provided hand sanitizer at the door. Social distancing was very well planned (you don't feel like someone is going to come sit close to you) and even took into account the entry and exit for seating. Menu is very visible and staff will even bring refills, if needed. Tables, area, and counters were clean (staff were cleaning the whole time we were there). Staff wore masks and gloves and made it made things easy. We truly appreciate it!! read more

I have been eating at Jason's Deli for years at the Westlake location. Today I ordered a salad to go from the Hancock location and when I got back to the office I realized it did not have the avocado as advertised. Also, the chicken didn't taste very good. I called the Hancock store to let them know and without apology they just stated "yeah, we're out of avocado and probably won't have it for a few days". I asked why they didn't bother to call and tell me and they said they were too busy. When I told them about the chicken not tasting very good they said nothing had changed except now they cut from a filet instead of strips. No apology, no offer to correct the order or give me a credit for not receiving the avocado, or even a coupon for a future visit? I will not be returning to this location! read more

Just placed an online order, received a confirmation that my order would be delivered between 11 and 11:30. Perfect! My luncheon starts at 11:30. Not moments later I get a call from the store, and due to the fact that the online ordering system doesn't talk to the POS system at the store. Turns out my lunch wouldn't be delivered for an hour or more out, despite the confirmation email I received. While the store employee was pleasant in our phone call, I have to say having excuses about computer systems not talking, in this day and age, is completely ridiculous! Like Alex L. said, Jason's offers lots of options for meat-eaters and vegetarians. I love this place. I've tried their baked potatoes (I sort of suspect it's either a mutant potato, or two somehow squished together to look like one), an extensive salad bar, make-your-own sandwiches, soup/salad combo (the tomato has no meat stock), and the delicious, soft serve is complimentary with every meal! This is the kind of place where you order, get a number, and put the number at your table, and your food is brought out to you. Jason's was also the first place I ever heard of that banned trans fat from all their food. read more

I've only recently started eating here as an option for the lunch bunch at work. However, out of the 5 sandwich's or wraps I've had I can only say I liked one of them. The food is just ok. Really terrible customer service. I got the worst food poisoning of my entire life from a strange tasting Caesar salad. I contacted the manager who was extremely slow returning my calls and refused to provide a refund. He would only refer me to their corporate office who did not return my calls either. He claimed to have filed a complaint for me which would be followed up on but I was never contacted. Terrible response to a serious situation which could have been very simply remedied. read more

If you've never been to a Jason's Deli it is a decent salad bar, pretty darn good sandwiches(yes, they do have gluten free) & okey dokey soups. I haven't tried every soup but the ones I have I wouldn't write home to mom about. The kids and I were in the mood for a salad and I used to live down the street for this location. It's always clean, decently stocked and usually fresh. We just did the salad bar today and it was great today. Overall a pleasant experience. I will return when I'm in the area and in the mood for a salad or sandwich. read more

I dont like wraps, sandwiches, or deli food in general...but I eat at Jason's Deli several times, every week. Turkey Wraps are my favorite...turkey, tomatoes, guacamole, sprouts, and ranch in some sort of (maybe spinach?) toasted tortilla... And of course...the salad bar is always delicious. Got the Chicken Pot Pie soup, it was disgusting. It taste like creamy water. Very little meat, and the topping...Horrible. I thought it was a flaky puff pastry but it was a flat piece of not sure(dough) that had a spongy, soggy like texture and you can't cut it with a spoon. It was just terrible. If you're not familiar with Jason's Deli yet then you've been living under a rock. The location at the Hancock Center just reopened as it has undergone some remodeling. I think the change is nice. The food is what you should expect: "semi" organic food at a decent price. The employees are very attentive, maintain a positive attitude, and make a great effort of keeping the establishment clean as many, many people go in and out throughout the day. I will say that what attracts me most to this Jason's Deli is it's location. They picked a great spot for business as there is an HEB, a Twin Liquors, a dentist, etc. LOTS of people go to the Hancock Center, and more specifically college students who like to get a good meal in no time. I really like this Jason's Deli because it's consistently fresh. This location's salad bar is pretty popular so the turnaround is really good. Thus, the salad bar has to be tended to frequently. No spotting lettuce or oxidizing apples. The red-pepper hummus is fantastic as well. Coupled with a drink, $10 bucks is pretty decent. I cannot comment on the sandwiches or soup though. To wrap up, I recommend this location due to it's upkeep and the surrounding area has dessert places you can visit after wards. read more

Worst service yet. I walked in to take something to go. The lady was busy on the phone so I decided to order it through the dine in. That lady told me the to go was on the other side. I told her she had been on the phone for quite some time now. Well she decided to take my order at the dine in. She took my name and told me it was going to be a while and smirked. I was wondering why? It was dead. This was about 3:40 pm .. Well I sat and waited and waited..then waited some more. I decided to get up and walk around then I noticed other people that placed their to go orders were getting theirs. So, I stood in front of the To go and not surprised I was ignored again. This time there was a lady wearing a blouse that was too short for her behind the to go lady and she was speaking to who I believe was the driver. The to go lady was still on the phone. Well I was just rudely ignored.. none of them didn't even look up and notice I was standing right in front of them. Finally the to go lady puts the phone down and I ask her where is my order & that I was waiting for a good while now... Known behold my order had been sitting on the corner right behind her getting cold. And worst of all that potato sucked... no apologies no nothing... Never Again!! Despite one of the employees on the food line having on one glove the customer service from Bo absolutely superb. I mentioned the glove issue to the manager and he immediately addressed the employee. I ordered the quarter-muff combo with a 1/4 vegetarian muffaletta (Veggaletta Muff) and the french onion soup. The sandwich was great! I loved the hot portabella mushroom inside. As for the soup, I was just excited I could eat it. Normally French onion soup is not vegetarian. It was pretty good but a little too salty. I tried my friend's Vegetarian Vegetable Pasta Soup... it was ok. All in all... better than expected! It's awesome that it's cheap AND they deliver. read more

I spend entirely too much time and money at this place, and they're at a darn near 100% success rate from my experiences. It's walking distance from my house and, more importantly, open until 10. I don't do anything early and it's not uncommon for us to go out foraging for dinner at 9:30, so it's nice to have a close, healthy option. There is a wide enough range of choices on the menu that I don't get bored, and the food is always fresh, the staff friendly, and free ice cream? Can't go wrong with that.
