Trinity is heaven sent! She was very attentive to detail, took her time shaping which I love!!! It's so hard to find an artist dedicated to detail/shaping. I have been in search of a nail tech since moving to San Diego and she was worth the 30min drive. The vibes were immaculate! I took a long break from the conventional nail shops. I'm back on the nail scene in search of something different. The majority of them out there have a common theme so this time around I want to break the mold. I'm glad I came across this really unique nail lounge in the SDSU/College area. When I walked in, the vibe was very very chill. I immediately noticed the photo opp for social media which is cool. During my basic mani/pedi services, I didn't have to worry whether or not the nail technicians were talking about me or was curious about the background conversations or didn't even worry about being misunderstood while feeling no pressure at all to upgrade my services. It wasn't a noisey place...just had music videos streaming on the TV. For the very very first time, I had a peace of mind which is a major plus in self-care. I did question the cost of services for my natural nails but the owner/manager wasn't around to confirm. FYI - I highly recommend scheduling an appointment instead of walking in. read more

went in to see sidney and she was like no other nail artist i've ever been too i fell in love and absolutely had no thought in mind to ever go anywhere else again! I went on three different occasions and even got my mom in to see her! long story short she asked in november when i got my nails done if she could freestyle on me obviously i agreed i mean ive seen her work! well i went in to get my nails done for christmas and she gave me the absolute worst style she's ever done i can't even explain it i was so sad and upset i cried and was so frustrated and she could see it on my face but she already had another client waiting so she hurried me up and sent me on my way without even taking a picture of my nails like she has with all her other sets in the past and charged me up the freaking butt, she has some artistic skills i'll give her that but her people skills are absolute crap she makes you feel as though she could never do anything wrong read more

Came here a handful of times and won't be back. I don't remember her name, but the Nail Tech I had (and I use that term loosely) doesn't really do nail art (I guess she mostly only does those Gel-X tips or whatever they are) and she doesn't know how to apply the primer and acrylic properly, because each time my fill lifted within a week. The nails were too thick and they looked "pregnant" as the nails as were wide, and had a huge hump in the middle. She just couldn't seem to follow the narrow stiletto shape that I already had. Maybe the owner herself is better, but I won't be back to find out. read more

Came in on Monday around 12PM and was disappointed. There was only one employee, and one customer getting her nails done. Thinking that "walk-ins" are welcome, they definitely were not. She refused to take me next and asked if I had an appointment available. Don't come here expecting to do a walk-in nail appointment, or any appointment for that matter. read more

Carolinaaaaa is amazinggg. When i say run, dont walk...i mean it! She is so helpful with finding that perfect fit, so patient, lines are soo clean, and shes well versed in designs. And she got me the perfect shade of green. I needed something to compliment my skin tone, while also going out of my comfort zone. I'll be trying more colors, charms, and designs with Carolina. If you are looking for a nail tech that can be consistent, sweet, fun, and talented in the sd area, def see Carolina. I got my lash extensions done at this place and the negligence of the lash tech that had done them cause damage to my natural lashes. She had not taken the proper steps in removing my old set and continued to glue right over them. She glued MULTIPLE parts of my natural lashes together on lashes that were not fully grown out knowing that this would cause damage. I called for a refund and was basically told that it was my fault and that I cannot get a refund. I now have some bald spots along my lash line as well as lashes that are all bent and not growing properly. All I had asked for was a refund and what I got in return was a rude response followed by them saying that they cannot do anything about it. I do not recommend coming to this place for lash extensions for fear that they might just be causing damage and covering it up. I had trusted that they would take the time and care needed but I was proven wrong and I am so upset by their actions and lack of care. I will definitely be filing a report on this. read more

Found her from a post on Facebook and fell in love! All of those extremely intricate or beautiful nails you see on Pinterest or insta- she can do- and the price isn't bad at all for it. I'd had this certain nail look in mind and every nail salon tried and failed or straight up said they didn't do those types of nails. I love the privacy and individual attention Jassie gives each client. There is not the busyness of the typical nail shop. She pays close attention to her work and doesn't rush to get next person in the chair. My nails were absolutely beautiful, the use of quality products made all difference in the world.
