Stopped in for a quick coffee while doing some full blown tourist shopping. Wife already had a Starbucks but I decided to try this. While the shot in my latte was pulled good and not sour, the beans were just not good beans, or not a good roast. This flavor is exactly the type of bean I try to avoid, I would pass this up and go to Starbucks for more depth of flavor and a much smoother roast. Service was fine, and the ambiance is pretty neat being inside a surf shop, but when I'm looking for coffee, I need GOOD coffee, not just convenience and ambience.

This is a nice little coffee joint inside Huntington Surf and Sport. They have a nice variety of drinks, breakfast items, and pastries. I went with iced tea which was pretty good. I was lucky to get a seat at one of the outside tables You can watch the action on Main Street while enjoying your food or beverage. It beats walking to the major chain joint up the street.

Top-Notch hospitality! GREAT 4 shot mochas with oat milk or whole milk! Treat yourself to the REEF on a everything bagels! Highly recommended! :)

Pretending to be pondering my order but we all know I'm getting the lavendar latte ;)

Tucked away in Huntington Beach's iconic Huntington Surf and Sport on Main St. right by the pier lies a favorite locals coffee shop called Java Point. Can I give 6 stars? Because these girls deserve it. Lauryn and Jessi know just what I like; a lavendar latte with almond milk and sometimes even have it ready for me when I get there! I had been telling the girls I wanted a Java Point T-shirt, so they ordered some for customers and are now carrying them in the store! My favorite breakfast bagel-sandwich is the "reef" If you want an authentic surfer-type experience in "Surf City USA" grab an awesome coffee and chillax at the pier!

Avocado toast with feta cheese and hot sauce. Washed it down with a refreshing cold nitro coffee. Delicious!

I am visiting from out of state. I have been coming here almost everyday since I tried it for the first time. The avocado toast is the best toast I have ever tried. I get it with feta cheese and the bread is lightly toasted and so soft on the inside. The service is great. The employees always smiling are on point with friendly, quick service. I will keep coming here until I leave.

    17 dollar avocado toast

17 dollars for one slice of avocado toast that wasn't any more than decent. Sure it looked pretty but this thing wasn't filling at alllll for the price. Disappointed because it was a cute place.

Cinnamon pull apart, pizza bagel toasted with cream cheese and a cold brew coffee with vanilla and a caramel drizzle!

The girl noticed i was struggling holding everything by myself so brought everything to my table. Initially I had a substitute for my drink (latte instead of americano) and they called my name and the same female staff noticed right away even before I got there that the mistake was made. This shows the cafe is responsive and accountable! I will 100% be back. Breakfast burrito was also a DREAM. i don't usually enjoy breakfast burritos because of the way they tend be extremely heavy and oily, but this breakfast burrito was made with fresh ingredients, with nothing frozen. It was also a huge size for the price. Definitely this cafe is the epitome of an HB cafe and can't wait to be back!

I had the iced bananas latte and a chorizo breakfast burrito. The latte was tasty and sweet. It was also quick to make, so that was appreciated. The burrito was grilled with a nice crunch on the exterior. The salsas were delicious. The only thing was the liquids dripping from the burrito before I added salsa. I wasn't sure what that was from, but otherwise it was fine. The atmosphere is a fun vibe.

The ambience is inviting and aesthetic. This is a great place to study on the weekdays, not so much on the weekends bc it gets pretty busy. The atmosphere is modern and sleek. I ordered the earl grey matcha, one of their spring specials. My sister got the sweet corn latte. Understandably, due to the crowd, there was a bit of a wait. When they finally called my name, I only received the earl grey matcha. I figured they were still working on the sweet corn latte and decided to try my drink first. To be honest, it was nasty. I did not like this drink. I think it's the earl grey syrup. It tasted very artificial and had an unpleasant aftertaste. 20 minutes passed with no sign of the sweet corn latte. Eventually, I went to check in with the staff about our missing drink, and they just made it on the spot. I was especially irritated because the staff was making small talk with customers that seemed to be their friends. I don't think that sort of lollygagging is appropriate when there are customers such as myself who were missing drinks from their orders. Perhaps if the staff stayed focus on their jobs during their shifts instead of chit chatting with customers, they would not be forgetting drinks from orders. The sweet corn latte was ok. I did like how there were specks of ground corn in the drink, which made it seem like they used real corn instead of artificial flavoring. I would maybe give Brew Story another shot as people seem to stand by it, but my first experience was not very good at all.

Certified Matcha tonic enthusiast here! Lately a Matcha tonic is gonna do it every time for me…read moreeither that or a Matcha cloud. This place was actually right next to another tea café I reviewed for their mango sticky rice smoothie. Inside it was a little quiet and calm, but plenty of tables and chairs to sit down and work if you're into that type of thing. I came in for what I thought would be a vanilla latte, but when I saw they had Matcha tonic on the menu, I was sold. I also saw a spinach pastry in the enclosure, which I opted for as well. One thing that could be better, which I've also seen in other reviews is that there's no description of their drinks or food items. It would be really helpful if there was a name and description associated with their available offerings. Now that I've made my remark on improvements, let me tell you what they're getting right. This Matcha tonic was everything!!! I'm shamelessly obsessed with Matcha tonic and I've tried a ton in the local area and not everybody makes their Macha tonic the same way. This place does it right. A perfectly carbonated beverage with a quality Matcha pour on top was perfection and then the spinach and cheese pastry I had was a perfect compliment to start my morning. I cannot wait to go back, not so sure when I will switch up my drink, but I'll keep you posted when I'm ready to venture onto something else.

I went around 12:30 pm and it was a packed lot. The store itself was too busy and felt cramped. The space seems suitable for smaller groups. At the time, there was a line before you could order. It took almost 10 minutes for the order to be ready. American Express is accepted here. Sea Salt Coffee: This was on the signature section so I had big expectations for it. It was a very small drink (9 oz). It was slightly salted, tasted bitter, and wasn't sweet despite having condensed milk as an ingredient. It wasn't good. Canale: Despite having to wait for the drink, I needed to wait longer for this because the staff forgot to put it in the order. I needed to wait for them to prepare it in the back and also go back to the counter to charge for it. All to wait for something that was mushy. Coffee Beans: I saw there were coffee beans from Glitch in Japan. It was a brand that I loved there so I wanted to give it a try. I don't usually like fruity notes but this was really delicious. However, it's extremely pricy for how little beans there is.
