Even though they were already on another service call, they were able to fit me in within 30 minutes and quickly stop the leak. What really stood out to me was their honesty. They didn't try to upsell me or charge an outrageous fee just for coming out. Instead, they explained that they wanted to inspect the issue first for free before providing a an accurate quote. The estimate they gave me was very reasonable and affordable. Jimmy took his time to make sure the repair was done right and that the quality of the work was top-notch. He came back the next day to do the work and he walked me thru everything he would be doing and how long it would take so I could plan around the water being off. Got it done sooner than he expected! After he left there was one place that I saw was dripping a teeny bit, I texted and he came back the next day, fixed it, no problem! Coincidentally we needed a backflow test so we had Alex out the following week and he was great too! He let us know that although we passed this year to be ready for next year being a problem, and we appreciate the heads up! The backflow test was $100 less that another place we used to use so we win! We will absolutely use Western again and would recommend them 100%!

I called Eddie for a hydrojetting after someone else had unsuccessfully attempted to snake my main…read moresewer line. Eddie was at my house in a couple hours. With his camera, he revealed a bunch of rocks and dirt in my main sewer line. Eddie and his brothers Pablo and Pedro opened up some concrete in front of my house and pulled all the rocks and dirt out of the line then shot a liner through to create a new pipe. They also installed a new 2 way cleanout in front of my house so I no longer had to use the old cleanout attached to the house. I have a decorative driveway and walkway and the brothers were very creative in minimizing damage to the decorative features. They had to do 2 excavations and kept the demolition to a minimum, even though it made it harder to access the pipe. I ended up paying 9k for them to excavate, remove damaged sections of pipe, remove rocks/dirt in the pipe, install a new cleanout, install 50' of new pipe liner, patch up the concrete, and then hydrojet all the house cleanouts at the end. The brothers were all very courteous and respectful and I'm glad I went with a family run company with little overhead.

Originally had a plumber sent out from Alpine this morning which he did not have the correct equipment. Following the miscommunication on my part (Plumbing vs HVAC tech) the owner Vince personally called me and told me that he was sending out another tech in the next hour that had the correct HVAC equipment to get the pipe cleared. (He said the drain pipe is a grey area between Plumbing/HVAC as while it drains into the sewer, that the plumbers don't usually work with pipes that small.) Incredible service! And really appreciate the owner calling me to make it right. We'll certainly call Alpine back the next time that we need help.

The Alpine team helped me calling the Navien team to get the new part replaced through warranty so that's good value. I found out my water is very hard so lots of scum got accumulated which destroyed the water heater tank not able to heat up normally. To prevent his from happening again, I decided to install the Halo-5 water treatment system. The Alphine also managed to rework the pipping and make the installation of the Halo-5 with great care and efficiency! After the Halo-5 installation, Vince also helped flushing the water heater. While the flush is ongoing, he also helped me check my AC air filters as a courtesy. Before the maintenance, I was worried about the repair experience as I rarely have to worry about things like such and I'm very glad to say that the Alphine team has done an exceptional job! Thank you Vince, Edgar, Shawn & John again! This is the kind of team you would trust to get the job done professionally with a very friendly and polite manner!

This wall ruined many of our plants and trees. The wall was 140 ft long. To fix this wall we had to host a tractor service for 7 days. They moved and parked their tractors daily on top of our septic tank and system Yikes!! I needed an honest company that would come and verify that our septic system was OK. This became a huge worry. Craftsman Sewers came in and cleaned out our septic tank. Then they took a camera and inspected the tank, lines and seepage pit. All this was documented by photos. Felix was very communicative and honest. We did have issues that needed to be fixed to be have a certified system. Felix explained to us what we needed to do to fix our system. seemed nice on phone...got here not knowledgable enough ended up breaking our dishwasher computer panel because he was aggressively pressing all the buttons several times to try and get it to skip cycles to drain because it was taking too long...he was here to fix our clogged sink and possible air gap...wanted to do extra stuff like clean out our main...trying to obviously make more $...I was so angry that he broke washer, its brand new and we spent about $1,000 dollars on...he left even without leaving an invoice or charging us for anything because he knew he was too blame...called owner and he is "backing up" his employee said he didnt break it and wont fix anything because now there is a personality conflict...suggestion...ck. with your friends on FB for any recommendations for plumbers, contractors, etc... Our first week dealing with JB Plumbing was good, the workers did good work, but I was not happy with the end results. They damaged our molding around the kitchen area then put on a half painted modeling. The tiles are not even in several areas so my granddaughter has has tripped many times. One of the supervisors lied to me continually and then tried to charge me $300 for the clean up that he offered because they neglected to put the plastic up to keep the dust out of the back area of the house. I told them over and over that I had asthma and they needed to maintain the dust. They didn't and I got Bronchitis and now I have pneumonia. i was so pleased with jb plumbing quick and professional service. the plumber that came out to do our estimate "johnny" was fantastic! he answered all of our questions and took the time to show us how to read our water meter in order to detect a water leak. it turned out we only needed to replace our water faucet and replace some lines. johnny stayed in touch with us through out the holiday weekend and even into the evening , making our decision so simple to have jb plumbing replace and repair our bathroom. we will always use jb plumbing in the future and recommended them to our neighbors and friends. and will always ask for johnny to come out personally. thank you jb plumbing and johnny! lorri k. read more

In more detail, about a month ago it became apparent my old water heater was on its way out. It was leaking but, yesterday, the leak became pretty bad. I went to another site and reached out to several plumbers who served our area (Claremont) for quotes. Mike responded within a few minutes, gave me a REAL AND VERY REASONABLE QUOTE via email/text (without any "oh, I can send a technician out to take a look" spiel), asked for photos of the old and new unit, and then (when I accepted the quote) scheduled an appointment for between 10:00-11:00 this morning. He was at the house before 10:00 (he called first, of course), installed the new water heater up to code within an hour, hauled the old heater away, and DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL. Mike and his wife/business partner were absolutely great and I'd recommend him/them to anyone. Thanks Mike! I've included a few photos of the new unit post-install.
