Love this place! I got the daily special, the old bay bagel and it was amazing! I got it with an iced coffee which was good! Prices are great too and makes this very affordable compared to all the coffee shop options out there. My iced coffee was $3 and bagel was $2.25. Cream cheese is $2 each and comes in a small container. It will be easier to split a container with someone as I used less than half of mine. This place gets packed on the weekends. Be patient as you wait in line. The cashier was so friendly, helpful and sweet. I've never experienced a better cashier than this. She flipped over her screen to let me customize my drink (and also was transparent about pricing, which is so helpful). There is seating both inside and outside, so you may have to wait around to get seats. I don't think this is an ideal spot to get some work done. read more

The bagels are really good here! I liked they offer a flight of spreads. Surprisingly I thought their butters were better on the bagel compared to their cream cheese spreads. Coffee was also decent. Service was friendly and fast. My hiccup here was that I bought a bottle of water and they rang me up for 4 bottles. Definitely a grab and go spot. Some nice options but my first experience was underwhelming. The onion pieces felt a little burnt on the bagel. We were staying at hotel down the street and breakfast wasn't included, so we opted to order online and then pickup our order. Ordering online was easy. Jeff's Bagel Run is a pretty standard bagel shop. They offer bagels, spreads, coffee, and some beverages. I ordered three separate bagels with spreads. I was a little surprised to see they didn't offer bagel egg sandwiches. Each of us got a plain bagel, one of us got the cannoli spread, the other two got plain cream cheese. Drinks-wise, I was hoping they'd have regular milk on the app for my kiddo, but they didn't, so I sprung for yoohoo, I got an iced peppermint mocha, and my hubby got a hot peppermint mocha. When I went to go pick up my order everything was ready to go. When I got everything home, we dug into our bagels. I really liked my bagel, it was chewy and delicious. I googled best bagel place in Orlando and this came up as number 1. Really delicious, chewy, fluffy bagels. My star deduction is because they don't and won't toast them. Bagels came out warm still though at least. Maybe this is sacrilegious for traditional bagel making but I love a toasted, crispy edge on mine. Good selection of cream cheese flavors - a lot of sweet options. I'm a savory girl so got an asiago everything with a side of veggie cream cheese and a side of chive cream cheese. All bagels are $2.25 each and all cream cheeses are $2.25 and come on the side. I wish the girl working would have told me to get the flight of three for $6.00 and I would have thrown in the jalapeño one. Not a lot of room to sit inside at this location (just 3 small tables) so I think they mostly do orders to-go. read more

Honestly, this is my favorite bagel spot even tho the line is always out the door. They do a good job of keeping the line moving tho and it's definitely worth the hype. My only criticism would be they may need an additional barista at this location because everyone single person who had an extended wait was due to their drink order being prepared by one person in the back. read more

This location can be tough for parking if you are coming during peak hours but the staff is always friendly and willing to help. This is by far one of the best bagel spots I have tried. Similar to the pop up bagel chain, this bagel shop features fresh in house made bagels, cream cheese and butter spreads. Their selection for each was vast and creative, such as a banana pudding cream cheese. Every staff member was efficient and timely in getting the bagel orders out in time. I rarely give 5 stars, some places deserve it. I also rarely give one or two stars but again, some places deserve it. The good, the bagel was good, wasn't great but good. You'd think it's a gourmet bagel but it's average. Decent chew, needs more time baking to get the crust right and kinda small. But I'm sure they know what they're doing (wrong). The cream cheese is provided NOT on the bagel. Not so they tell you this. So you get in the car, start driving and reach for your bagel and realize some assembly required. So they give you easily twice as much cream cheese as needed and you feel badly tossing the rest out. It's a huge waste. I called them after and they said they weren't licensed to make a sandwich. And apparently also not licensed to tell you that either. Coffee is good, nothing special there either. Also I like our environment but wasn't a fan of a wooden knife to spread the cream cheese. I'm told they want to expand to 30 locations, and I can tell you there's no real reason to go, nothing special about JBR except frustration. Nothing to see here read more

The bagels are all fresh and flavorful. You can specifically request a hot dozen for specified time frame. The cream cheese varieties are so good!! We are from out of town but always stop in to grab a couple bagels when we are in the area. Cacio e pepe is leading our favorites for now. Every flavored butter and cream cheese has been great, especially the birthday cake and cannoli cream cheeses and garlic whipped butter. We ordered on the app and was easily able to go in a pickup at time quoted. Everything was thoughtfully packed. We haven't tried any of their coffee/drinks yet, but they always have some lovely seasonal options, nitro cold brew, lattes ect. Great prices for bagels! $2 for bagels $2 for cream cheeses. They have a great variety of cream cheese and bagels. So really unique ones they feature each week too. I got the everything bagel with cheese and veggie cream cheese. It was very delicious and I paired it with a cold brew they had on the featured list with oatmilk. The cold brew was great but a little expensive for almost $9 with oatmilk. Their space at this location was small inside but we sat outside and it was really nice. My daughter dragged me in here because she is hooked on these bagels. I can see why because these are the best bagels outside of New York. Always boiled, made from scratch, in a variety of flavors. I believe there is a daily 'special' bagel or sometimes a weekly one. Just don't ask them to toast your bagel because they won't. Truthfully these bagels don't need toasting anyway as they are wonderfully fresh and delicious just the way they are. They do offer a wide variety of shmears and will even give you a little taste so you can make an informed decision. Problem is that you make actually like way too many of those and then you have to come back a lot so you can make your way through the entire offering. I found this place on instagram and was excited to try when we went to visit my son in Florida. I loved that the women taking our order said they never toast their bagels . We are from New Jersey and I was expecting something similar. The selection of bagels was great and they had some interesting flavors of cream cheese. We ate ours pretty soon after we left but the bagel was so soft . When they give you the bagels they wrap them in paper and I think the heat steams them and makes them soggy. Such a shame , I wanted that real bagel crunch and soft inside. I actually could only eat the top as the bottom was mush .
