Fantastic restaurant! We had heard of it but thought it was a different kind of restaurant than what we liked. Boy, were we wrong! This has quickly become our favorite restaurant in Hiram. The servers are so very nice and my partner was happy to have a server who was also from Kansas! I love ordering the traditional double dipped wings. So fantastically crispy on the outside and tender inside, I've been experimenting with different sides and I've gotta say, the house made chips were yummy! Just wish it came with guacamole. My partner like to order a burger each time and he said it's great every time. The atmosphere is pleasant and has a nice comfortable vibe. The employees seem to be happy and we hope we add to that happiness when we eat there. To the owner, keep up the good work, take care of your employees first and the loyal customers will follow. Food was great, service was optimal, no waits to get to a table. I went with my dad, he got the garlic Parmesan wings and I got the mild chicken sandwich. Quality of the meat was beyond perfection, stringy and for any picky kids, had no fat or gristle of any kind. Many menu options for all age groups and tastes, though most of them won't be low calorie, but seemed genuinely nutrient rich. Tables and booths were spaced. Music wasn't too loud so you can hear your own thoughts. Overall a great place for anyone in the family or any friend group. Kazzandra served us and was very respectful to both me and my father. Jefferson's, Jefferson's, Jefferson's..... where do I even start? It was a hot summer day after a long and grueling commute across the desolate land known as Atlanta. As I entered Paulding county, I was desperately searching for a local watering hole to wet my whistle and grab some grub. Arby's ?God please no. Taco bell?I appreciate my digestive system too much. Another Mexican restaurant? Nothing seemed to capture my interest....but then , like the shining beacon of safety and hope from a lighthouse to a sea weary captain, those 10 illuminated letters of Jefferson's called to me. I hastily pulled aside, salivating at the mere thought of wings and a cold beer. The next moments are somewhat of a blur to me simply because of how DOPE this damn experience was. Sorry, I get a little passionate when I talk about Jefferson's meat. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with the sweet sweet smell of OBVIOUSLY outstanding food. I took a seat at the bar, waiting for what lay ahead. I was greeted by a sight for sore eyes with service that made me feel like I was at my grandmother's house for Thanksgiving. I felt at home. It was as if the gods themselves had rolled out the red carpet to the gates of heaven just for me. Ice cold beer, piping hot and GOOD food, and amazing service you say ? SAY NO MORE! It was love as first sight and continues to deliver to me daily. I travel far and wide just to get some Jefferson's in my life. The food is consistent and pretty good for me. I am a little disappointed with the size of the oysters. I have had great ones and some very small ones that were kind of dry. The girls working there do a good job though. read more

Horrendous service! Came here for the first time tonight as I kept hearing it was good. The food was decent, but the service completely ruined the experience. When we walked in it was seat yourself. We got a table and waited about 15 minutes before we were even greeted or given a menu. Once we ordered it took an hour to get our food. The waitress never came to check on in between this time. My husband asked for a drink that took 30 minutes to receive (just a soda). We were never given silverware, we had to ask for it and had to sit and wait to start eating until it was brought to us. We were never offered refills on drinks. The waitress had zero personality and absolutely no sense of urgency in bringing food to anyone in the restaurant. If the place was busy or short staffed we could understand waiting a bit, but the place was maybe 25% full with several servers walking around. We won't be back. read more

I walk in at a slow time and four members of the staff was at the host stand and each one acknowledge me with smile and very friendly way. As the law in Georgia is different from what I have been dealing with due to covid is was nice to see the smiles. I was seated at a booth and within minutes my server (Amber) was there to ask me for my drink and I ask if they had lemonade and was told there where out right now. I got a Dr pepper and as I taste it it taste flat. . And explain that it was tasting and they could it away. So I ask for water. All this happen with 5 minutes of my walking in the door. I order the chill burger with fires and less then 10 minutes it was at the table. The chill had a sweet taste to it which is not to my liking but it was not over sweet, just not something that I would order again. The burger was cook perfect and the fires was evenly cook and salted just enough. Overall a nice place to eat and the staff was great. Amber was great. A Place worth going back to read more

The worst Jefferson's I've been too. Customer service was non-existent, drinks were not good. Asked for silverware and an extra plate when we ordered, had to remind twice. Food wasn't the worst, but not the Jeffersons chicken and fried pickles that we are used too. read more

I normally don't leave reviews but I feel that I should after tonight's visit. It was our very first time here. Restaurant looked dirty. The door was left open at the bar area to the outside. People would go out & smoke so you could smell it & the cold air was coming in. Not comfortable. I'm not sure what was in the burger I took a bite out of. I can't begin to describe the taste except gross. I didn't get past the one bite. Corn nuggets were ok. I definitely will not be back here as there are other places that I could enjoy & spend my money at. Very disappointed. read more

First time here, heard they were in town................but they don't ever have to worry about me showing up EVER AGAIN!! Those were the WORSE oyster rockerfeller's I have ever had. Full of actual bacon pieces and over done with sauce. There was no love in this dish. They just grabbed a handful and and douced them! They tasted awful! The wings were under cooked and the Coors on tap was watered down (got no buzz). I was too tired to complain. Again, I heard they were in town and decided to give them a try.....................and btw, my daughter hated the cheese fries with halapenos. Ugh!! Not sure what to say. The service was extremely slow, the food was good, the server was great...but the overall cleanliness of this new establishment was not so so good. I stared at a piece of bacon on the window seal while I ate. I ate in the bar area. I am not one to complain normally but on this occasion I feel the need since it was so bad and maybe the single worst experience I ever had at a restaurant to date. We came in and were seated like expected. The waiter came over and introduced himself and took our drink orders. We made our decision and he finally returned with our drinks and took our order. We sat and sat for sometime while noticing that two other tables of 6 and one of 2 people came in well after us but was being tended to much more and quickly had their appetizers and drinks. We continued to wait and by now it had been maybe 30-45 minutes since he took our orders and he finally looked our way as if we were in the restaurant and we asked him to come over. He acted somewhat surprised that we did not have our food and when he finally figured out what had happened he realized that he never entered our order with the kitchen. We then asked for more drinks which never came and after sometime later when he realized that he didn't enter the order he finally came back over to admit that he forgot what we ordered? I told him what I wanted but wasn't sure of my son and of course, he had no idea either so when the food finally came he was missing his salad and more or less indicated that I didn't tell him that he had ordered one as if it was my fault? The food was not good- overcooked and little taste. The second drinks were also forgotten and what was ordered so that took more time to get those. His excuse was that it was so hectic but waiting three tables with at least 3 other servers that kept bringing the food out for him was not my idea of an excuse or hectic. Not in the least. He was very attentive with the other tables but he hardly knew that we were in the building? Very disappointing first try of Jefferson's and it will be my last for the one in Hiram. I went to this location 18 days ago and I said I would come back and try something different, well I did. Last night I decided to try the fried pickles ordered at 9:20pm when I got there at 9:31 there were no customers didnt get my order until 945.....For fried pickles.... The first picture as you can see was the first order, they had no batter and basically tasted like I just pulled the pickle out of the jar, very limp. The second batch as you see when I pick them up there are three or four attached. This batch tasted like I was eating Lay's potato chips. I could literally crumble them in my hands. They were truly overcooked. I certainly appreciate them trying to fix the issue but not sure if the staff is using timers. Well by this time it's 10pm and they are about to close and I'm hungry so they offered to allow me to try something else I chose the macaroni bites. They would have been perfect except they were kind of cool on the inside. Will certainly give Jeffersons one more try because the staff was so nice read more
