Ordered online for pick up at 7:15. Received a call that it was ready at 6:15. I explained it was supposed to be 7:15 and they said they would remake it. I double checked my order to ensure I did not make the mistake and once I confirmed it was 7:15 I called to make sure they were going to remake the food. They then tell me that they mixed up the tickets and our food was never ready at 6:15 to begin with. We pick it up on time get it home and is DEFINITELY old and has been sitting since they first called at 6:15. I called to complain and they were less than understanding. Very disappointing lunch. Stopped in for lunch special- 2 cheese slices and drink. Pizza had virtually no sauce and not much cheese and on top of that, it wasn't cooked enough. Only could down 1 slice and threw the other slice away Eaten here probably a dozen times and by far this was the worst. Too many decent Italian places around 210 to have to eat this. It's the best Italian food on 210 West! Until there is some darn competition. The Italian food is fine, the pizza is better than the Domino's across the street, the service is usually acceptable. They are just so darn busy most nights. It's a small place, 12 tables. The best thing: the portions are generous The middle thing: If you do have an issue the owner won't admit who he is and pawns the problem off onto a lackey. (Hint, he's the gentleman spinning pizzas.) The worst thing: The men's room toilet has been broken for 6 months? Maybe a year. And the hot and cold water faucets are switched. This is the 4th time here and it's always great, and for some reason never crowded. This is our first time having anything other than pizza, because the pizza is awesome! I had the chicken parm. We have been ordering delicious pizza delivery from Jenks since 2003. The pizza is tasty and would definitely recommend. Sadly, it must be noted that over the past few years the phone service that you get when placing an order has declined. The phone operator is short and seems incredibly bothered, beyond what you could empathize with in a busy pizza restaurant. Overall, still recommend because of the great food. read more

So from a taste stand point, I actually like Jenk's Pizza; however, while the cook was making my pizza I noticed him scratching his head and legs in between touching the pie. I am disgusted. This is probably my least favorite restaurant now we ordered my son spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce my wife sniffed his food after he took a bite and screamed "this is spoiled" now in the morning he is saying I have to throw up gos food was actually spoiled and now he may be food poisoned. Stopped in to pick up a pizza while grabbing smoothies next door. Reviewed the pizza menu some descriptions looked interesting but with the little one we decided on a deluxe pizza (basically a supreme at most places-vegetables and meats) and an instruction to make a couple slices with a few toppings for the little one. When we picked up the pizza they showed the two slices with just the few ingredients and the rest of the pizza was as ordered. Got the pizza home and it wasn't the prettiest but tried it. There was little sauce on the pizza, a bit of oil pooling on the top and under the pizza in the box. The bottom was a bit overdone and nearly black, the crust bordered on dry but crispy, toppings were sparse and I think the oven was too hot as the vegetables were really cooked ( I wonder if they precook the vegetables). Anyway, all agreed it was not a fave, and even the youngest said it tasted different from other pizzas he's had. First and last time. The food was average to say the least. The prices are misleading a steak and cheese 6.99 for only steak cheese and bread. Each additional topping .50 even mayo, which was surprising. The service time was normal. My suggestion don't charge .50 for mayo. read more

The food is good here. I've dined in once and ordered out three times. Here recently l left a review regarding my issues with not receiving the homemade bread whenever I ordered pasta entrees. I accidentally called it garlic bread... because I've never actually had it so I didn't know. It's a minor and unfortunate thing to complain about but I felt it necessary to point out because it happened every time I order through DoorDash. So, I cant say for sure if it's on the restaurant or the service's error to be honest. Someone who works there did reply back to my review, which I think is awesome that they look at these. She said they always give bread with the entrees so maybe I was just unlucky a few times and will give them another try later on down the road. The owner is a friendly guy, who will often stop by your table to chat and see how you are enjoying your meal. Located in the plaza across from Winn Dixie on CR 210 next to tropical smoothie, Jenks is a local favorite, offering pizza and dinner delivery service locally. Before Nonnas opened on 210, Jenks was the only place we would go for pizza. There's probably only one complaint that I would make, which is that they switched to using FRESH mushrooms, instead of canned on their pizza. Went here on Saturday night with my kids and wife, and had the worst food I've had in months. We had 2 pizzas, both were flavorless. The sauce and meats had absolutely no flavor, the crust couldn't hold the cheese and toppings as it all slid off onto our plates, leaving us with a limp piece of crust slice. The garlic cheese bread was under cooked, not crunchy, and the cheese hadn't fully melted. Had to get up and get my own silver ware. Cooks in back touching money, phones and my pizza, bare handed, and not washing hands. I've lived here 10 years, eaten there 5 times, needless to say I will never, never go back. And though I've never had the pastas, people in my family that have say it is just as amazing. Our family lived near Jenk's for almost two years.....this was our "go to" spot for pizza. Our family loved it. My wife is from New York and she said she felt right at home when eating any of their pies. Their pasta on the other hand was not our favorite, we would order a dish or two every so often then not for a while. All of this said....if you look at other reviews you will see the opposite of our experience, hence personal taste. No, the crust is not rubbery ( is that really a good thing? ) but it sure as heck is not "gas station quality. I say go check it out. read more

Had a horrible gyro platter with Greek salad. The pita bread was cut up into little strip and the meat were dried out pre - sliced deli meat. The dressing on the salad simply tasted like a tiny drop of vegetable oil and vinegar. The French fries were crispy, but served without salt and a packet of ketchup. ..just weird for dine in when they also have bottles of ketchup. Before our entrées were served, a fly visited our table and a visit to the men's room felt more like some dirty gas station than a restroom in a restaurant. The cheese pizza a table across from us looked decent enough, although they sent back a pizza slice for some reason. This place suffers from an overall lack of care and a huge menu that the kitchen can't pull off. Ditch the gyro platter...I've never had worse. read more

I USED to love Jenk's Pizza and would order from there frequently. However, tonight I ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese. Now I'm the first to love like double cheese but this pizza had 3-4 times the normal amount of cheese that it was just too much...and very salty because of this. I called to inform them and the manager/owner who answered the phone just didn't care at all. Kept arguing that I should be grateful and thankful for so much cheese. Very condescending to a customer who started out telling him that we usually love the pizza from there but tonight it was not up to the quality we have come to know and expect. They just don't seem to care. Forget ordering on a Sunday which makes no sense because during football season, pizza and wings are very popular. We ordered a pizza, salad and two pasta fagioli soups to go. When my husband arrived they were pretty much packed up to close. Soup containers were half full with what looked to be over cooked pasta sauce a few beans and elbow pasta pieces. Definite not pasta fagioli. The pizza was absolutely tasteless. If you want some Sunday football food you are better off elsewhere. This is the second time we have ordered on a Sunday and the food was sub par. For hopping off the turnpike and just plunking down we were satisfied! 3 out of four had subs really great bread! Light on the meat but the bread was big on if you put it on just half would have looked like a lot more. I had a gyro. Really great bread again tasty. There's nothing special about anything here the pizzas are ok but it seems like they use the cheapest quality meats. I have one compliant and one I would consider Huge. If you go or order anytime after 9 pm, you choices are limited. The closing time is not until 10 pm but the staff seems very eager to leave prior to this time. So when trying to order menu items, I was told "sorry, we've already cleaned and closed that cooker down". This has happen on a couple of occasion now and has given me a sour taste about how they care for their clientele.
