My husband and I came here for dinner a few days ago, for the first time for both of us. They cut the meat specific to each sandwich, so it's fresh and by the taste of it, you can tell it's high quality! We were given a "Rookie Cookie," due to it being our first visit. The employee was very helpful in giving suggestions and we were well taken care of. The prices are a little bit higher than Subway, but like I said, the meat is higher quality. You get what you pay for. We'll come back for sure! read more

Ive always been seeing these around whenever Im always somewhere and I wanted to try something new besides the usual sub places. But I looked on yelp and found this place after I took a visit to this city to install a car part for my car and went to this one. Its busy the time I went there which is around lunch time and took a look at their menu to decide which one to get. But I decided to order a Turkey breast and provolone sub large. The whole process of watching your sub being made and your meat being sliced in front of you was fun and adding the provolone cheese which I love. The staff was pretty nice from start to finish and helpful from the creation of your sub and what you want it. I didnt end up getting a drink but when I decided to take it to go I just decided to eat in my car and it was hot so I turned the AC on but it was a really rather enjoyable experience to eat that sub from start to finish. The flavors coming in together and each bite was really good so definitely one of my favorite turkey breast subs. Thanks for a first timer experience. read more

decent size sandwich; kinda pricey for a sub. lettuce that day wasnt great but im sure its not always like that. i tried the MIKESway and wasnt really taken by the oily drenched sandwich but my roommate loves it that way. Maybe its the soggy texture that gets me.. but thats how she like it. haha It might be an East coast thing. I didn't ask. Its got plenty of parking and not far from home. Ill keep giving it a chance as long as a PhillysBest doesnt open up closer. read more

A sort of Subway atmosphere, with choices of meats and veggies. Considerably more expensive, however. The sandwiches were better than subway but not enough to justify the price. I am always on the lookout for a fabulous sandwich place, and I was hopeful when I heard about this one, but my search still continues. Excellent sandwiches. They use very high quality meats and pack them on. They make some of the most flavorful sandwiches around. You can really taste the meat not like those other Subway chains that give you mostly poor quality vegetables and almost no meat. read more

Just had the worst sandwich ever. It was drowning in hot sauce to the point it needed a life preserver. Unfortunately it didn't come with one. I'd never been there before and after this sandwich I won't be going back. Don't order the #44 (I think) it's absolutely gross. Way way way too much hot sauce. Sadly I love spicy but wanted to taste the meat lettuce tomato and cheese but those items, although present couldn't be tasted. When you open the sandwich and the bread is drowning in hot sauce it isn't a good sign. Sad. read more

This place is really good! Their Philly Cheese steaks are delicious and they are generous with the meat. IF you love philly cheese steaks, this place has it. Get the big kahuna. unfortunately they do not have cheese whiz, but their american cheese is fine. I've only had their cheese steaks so i can't talk about anything else. read more

I often come here for lunch because its in walking distance from my work. I usually get the roast beef or turkey mini sub. The meats are cut when you order and the veggies, cheese, etc are always very tasty. They don't have as many bread options as Subway but their selection is very fresh.I don't like to get my sandwiches Mike's Way because it makes the bread soggy. The staff is always very friendly and restaurant is very clean. The line can get long at lunch time because they have to slice the meats to order. The prices are a bit high when compared to Togos, Subway or other sandwich chains. read more

I called ahead 15-20 mins to order one cold sub. I got there waited in line like normal and told the guys i had a togo order that i called ahead... They then walk over grab the ticket for my order and start makin my sandwich right there on the spot... So then i waited another 10 mins. Idk why i called ahead if i had to wait just like normal. Bad customer service. This isnt the only jersey mikes ive had issues with. Most likely wont come back or refer. They get 2 stars only cuz the sub was good. read more

I was just at this location and it was training day. I didn't mind waiting but the girl who was being trained with the red hair was obviously annoyed and was not good at costumer service. She made the rest of the employees look bad and made the waiting experience much less enjoyable. If she had smiled or acted more pleasant it would have been a lot less hostile vibe. read more

Super yummy foods. However, this location was a little filthy. The floors were not swept, and there was a cricket on the floor. Gross. Really messy sandwiches so I would assume they would clean the floors, but as we were walking out saw an employee wiping down a table that had a nasty floor under in. The Big Kahuna was great. Parmesan Chicken was nothing special, especially with the hair that was in it. When we pointed out the hair, all they said was, "It's not our hair." Uh, it was cooked into the cheese. Food is overpriced for what it is. read more

Very tasty. Philly cheesesteak was fantastic, hot and flavorful. Meatball sub also very enjoyable.

The sandwiches I eat usually the 13 (Italian) or 7 ( turkey and cheese ) are very good. My only observation is , I never see the employees washing there hands, they put on those plastic gloves. read more

A few weeks ago my roomates and friends wanted this place. None of us have had it so we didnt think to order online or call ahead. So walking into the location with 10 different sandwich added some stress to a slightly busy store. The girls working that night did not hesitate to prioritize guest and my order and executed it perfectly. All i gave them was a list of sandwiches with names on it. Without asking they wrote the names on the sandwiches to make it easier on me. I will be coming back for the food and great service! read more
