Bruh... these guys are good. Honestly, I hope whoever owns this franchise realizes what these guys do.. each one is like a rare find. I've seen them clear huge lines, but the way they do it is definitely not common. It's like an all star team of the best multi-taskers working together. The two main guys I think Hispanic and Asian (didn't get their names) could probably run a shop of their own, but they communicate, move super fast, and get ish done.. which is definitely rare. When I see long lines, I'll sometimes think of going somewhere else, bc I don't have a lot of free time. However, when I see them, I know it's not an issue. My kids love their ham and provolone sandwiches, and the bread is fresh. I don't have many choices as they can be picky. I'd rather have them eat sandwiches than fast food so jersey mikes is a win. A efficient staff makes it a win win.. and all the points I rack up is a win win win.. I can keep going, but I just wanted to drop my 2 cents bc I'm grateful!

Sooooo delicious Ordered online and was hot and ready by the time I arrived. Workers were very friendly and was mindful of the trash can when they were exiting the building by making sure it was as far away as possible from us while eating (because trash can next to a dining table is gross) I've gotten allergic reactions from competitor shop so I'll def be returning to Jersey Mike's!! Please send some coupons!

This a guilty pleasure that hits so good every time you come back to it. It may look like a trainwreck when you open it up, but it never fails to disappoint. Neither has ordering ahead online. I've only been getting the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak with rosemary parm bread, and different variations depending on my mood. Too too good.

Wow as many times as I go here this is the first time I've gotten a "bread sandwich". I order giant #8 all the time from here, but seriously one single slice of ham and turkey spread super thin across the bread so that literally each bite has hardly any. This isn't the normal sandwich I get from any Jersey Mikes including this location. Sandwich was terrible and dry and pretty much tasted like bread. Wonder if they were rationing due to low inventory? Or is this the new portions they will be serving due to inflation or "shrink-flation"

The worst item I have ever received from a Jersey Mike's anywhere in the country.

After a long, traffic-ridden drive from Vegas back to SoCal - all I wanted was wet fries topped with pastrami and a classic pastrami dip. Eloisa's customer service was phenomenal. You can tell she, and everyone who works there knows the menu very well so they know what orders are gonna HIT and what's worth the best bang for your buck. I also respect her hustle, in between orders I saw checking the patties on the grill. She was also amazing with managing the wave of customers that came in for the dinner rush. I feel fortunate I was able to place and receive my order before then. The Food: - As per usual, the sandwich was generously STUFFED with their world famous pastrami. Pickles and mustard included paired well with the fat and peppery taste of the meat - My wet fries w/pastrami? Delicious. No negative notes! - Pricing remains fair, my order didn't even hit $30 I know this place is known for their pastrami chili cheese fries, but the gravy used for the wet fries is something special. 10/10 would recommend buying if you wanna switch things up :)

This location is in Brea right at the intersection of the 90 and 57 freeways. They are best known for their pastrami and their massive portions. I got the pastrami dip ($12.60) which is their most popular dish. Pastrami is piled on a French roll with mustard and pickles and dipped in au jus. I also got the wet fries with gravy ($6.75) which was just fries topped with their gravy. I didn't realize just how big the portions were but it was a huge pile of fries. The interior reminded me of an old school diner. When I arrived there was a long line for the drive through, but ordering inside I got my food within minutes of ordering. The portions were great for the price and the pastrami was tender. I'd be interested in their other offerings.

I've tried their signature The Melrose, which consists of black forest ham, oven roasted turkey, bacon, melted White American cheese, topped with house slaw (lettuce, red onions, pepperoncini tossed in their "Melrose" spread) and tomato. I absolutely love this sandwich!! It's packed with so much flavor, and the bun absorbs all of the juicy goodness, making every bite incredibly satisfying. Runner-up for me is the Uncle Nikki. This one has Genoa salami, pepperoni, capicola, provolone cheese, also topped with their house slaw. I've only ordered from here through Postmates, and every time their packaging is excellent--they wrap each sandwich in this cute wrapper, which adds a fun touch and keeps everything neatly intact and fresh by the time it arrives. Each sandwich is around $12 (as of June 2026), and I honestly think it's worth the price because these sandwiches are huge and so good!!
