SO DISRESPECTFUL. I understand there was a mix up with the computer system and my order is delayed but I don't understand how after waiting 15 minutes you just hand my sandwich over to someone who just walks in with the same order without even hesitating to tell them to wait and making me wait while you make a new one. my single star is only for the attitude of a person claiming to be "one of the owners"... The rest of the staff rocks and the food when prepared properly is awesome!! The woman who says she is "one of the owners" needs to take a class, not only customer service but in human decency! I really like the roast beef Mike's way, on the cheese bread, with jalepenos. Way better than Subway. Which is not a high bar I guess. But it's very good with some potato chips. I do not like the chicken Philly. It's almost as bad as the roast beef is good. Super bland. Yes, you can add jalepenos but then it just tastes like a creamy jalepeno sandwhich. If you want a good Philly , go to Philly, or somewhere that knows what they're doing. This is not the place for that, trust me. Maybe steak is better, but i doubt by much w / the gross cheese sauce they use, or whatever it is, hardly tastes like actual cheese. I mean, yuck. Cold roast beef Mike's way, far better. One service pet peeve: although their service is friendly and mostly on point, they say one weird thing when you pay by card: Press yes or no if you want to add a tip. Talk about being put on the spot. Basically they verbally ask you face to face if they deserve a tip, and you must answer them, by pushing yes or no, every time you pay by card. Not too awkward. Never heard this at any other place. So bring cash if you don't want to be asked if you want to tip or not. read more

This Jersey Mike's is fantastic. I love that you guys have added a gluten free bread. And the staff is super accommodating toward my allergy. I wish all restaurants would treat people with gluten allergies as kindly as this store has. Most restaurants treat a gluten allergy as an inconvenience but this Jersey Mike's has gone above and beyond customer service to treat my allergy with care and made me feel like a valued customer. Worst experience. Do not come here especially if you have an hour lunch they are very unorganized and have poor customer service. Our office made an online order a day prior to pick up. When arrived to pick up food we were notified that the order did not exist and it was not ready even when we had a confirmation of the order printed and had already been charged for the food. We decided to place the order again and were told we had to be charged again because the charge was not showing on their end yet it showed on the statement on our end. The manager said it would take 45 minutes to make the order but when we went back to pick up the order the manager said no one told him to make the order. At this point our lunch was over and no sandwiches were ever made. I do not recommend this place. The manager was not pleasant he was too busy to talk. read more

I love Jersey Mike's but this was literally the worst sandwich shop I've ever been in. Not only did it take us 40 minutes to get 3 sandwiches when there was no line, but we watched the guy cooking the hot sandwiches take a part of the chicken for my chicken parm off the grill and shove it in his mouth and continue making sandwiches without a glove change or anything. I've been here before and usually the experience is average. I enjoy the subs although they are pricier and smaller in size then Subway. I went today for lunch. A bit busier then usual. 11am. However, they seemed a bit disorganized. The wait was longer then usual and to top it off, the individual who took my order, presumably the manager, also took the order of the person behind me. A few minutes later, to my surprise, that person's sandwich was ready. That person paid and went about their day. My sandwich was yet to be made and I waited 5-7 additional minutes before I was ready to pay. Now, I don't mind waiting and I totally understand they may get busy at random times, but the fact that the person behind me got their sandwich before I did makes absolutely no sense considering the fact that we ordered essentially the same meal. I thought it was unprofessional and shows a lack of customer service skills on the employee/managers part. I don't see myself going back to this Jersey Mikes location. Perhaps another one. Also, why in the heck am I being asked if I want to tip. I am not a fan of tipping fast food like restaurants. You aren't waying on me. You aren't bringing me my food to my table. Asking if I want something to drink. Shoot, you arent even providing me with napkins. Don't think so. As much as I love a good sandwich place as anyone else, it's no good when time is not on your side. Knowing that, calling in your order would remedy that time crunch that we all feel during the average work day with only 30 minutes of lunch to spare. You could believe my frustration, of course, when I called 10 minutes ahead of time to talk to a "Maria" WHO I'm quite positive was the manager on duty who told me that my SMALL italian sandwich Mike's Way would be ready to pick up in exactly 10 minutes to then show up and see that not only had she not made the sandwich, but she had forgotten my order completely. The only thing she did remember was my name. So thanks A LOT Jersey Mike's for failing miserably at call in orders. I didn't get lunch today. And No "Maria", I don't want to wait an additional 20 minutes for you to make the sandwich that I called and ordered ahead of time. I have to agree with the last review, Jersey Mike's is superior to Subway. I had the Philly cheese steak, not only are the ingredients fresh, they actually grill the steak onions and peppers. I have always loved Roast Beef but unfortunately since November of 2014 after I had the worst case of food poisoning ever, I have not been able to look at or think of it without my stomach turning sour. I had to contact the corporate office several times prior to finally get a response back from the store manager. He did offer an apology and would like for me to come back in and give them another try. Well unfortunately just the thought of eating there again makes me sick. Jersey mikes definitely has the best quality food for a sandwich place, but the employees that served me left me not wanting to go back to this location. The employees are slow and inattentive. My mom and I were in there with only one person behind us. We originally asked for three sandwiches and the person couldn't get the size of the sandwich right let alone what we wanted on it. We left unhappy and missing a sandwich. Next time I will check the bag before I leave. Such a shame. read more

I have been to a lot of Jersey Mike's, but this location off of Topanga was the worst customer service I have ever received from a Jersey Mike's. I was there yesterday, 7/12/18, around 2:30pm and ordered my usual Regular #7 no cheese, Mike's Way. The cashier was extremely slow and he and the employee making the sandwiches kept talking to each other about their personal plans and wasn't paying attention to their jobs. When I was putting my card away in my wallet, I saw from my peripheral vision that the employee who was making the sandwiches did some kind of switch-a-roo with my sandwich bag and the sandwich bag he wrapped up for the guy behind me. As I was walking out of the store, I opened the sandwich to see that it was in fact switched. I was upset and went back in the store to let them know he switched my sandwich. Those employees seemed to be under the influence of something and needs to be drug tested. If they pass their drug tests then they need to be retrained or just let go. read more
