I have been here twice since its so conveniently near work. Both times during lunch my sandwiches were wrong; new people, rush hour, whatever, they made mistakes and i can deal with those, stuff happens. What i didn't like was how the employee looked aa if we were an inconvenience. Employees tend to reflect their treatment. This is my first time in a Jersey Mikes. The dining room was clean and to my surprise they have 3 tvs and music. Not a bad atmosphere. I ordered the Big Laguna...hot chopped beef, onions, bell pepper, jalapenos and melted cheese...I chose swiss. Omg, it was so good. Cooked right there on a grill. My only complaint was it was too big for me to finish and I burnt my mouth and dripped on my shirt because of stuffing too much in my mouth. Their prices are a little higher than some other sandwich shops, but far better quality. Looking forward to trying out their other sandwiches. The workers were friendly and helpful. I just had a terrible experience which includes the guy cutting the bread so small that the next girl thought it was a kids sandwich, I didn't say anything but she made him redo it. Told her I only wanted mayo, so she slaps mustard on it. Replaces it with day old hard bread nothing like the bread on my other sandwich. Frustrated I just take the meat out to eat and pull out a long curly hair! I'm offered a free sub on my next visit. . . there will be no next visit. I'll go to my local Jersey Mikes. I love Jersey Mikes food but this location needs serious work. I took a friend to lunch here with one of the emailed coupons that the parent corp sends out. These coupons are set up so all you have to do is show them on your phone. I showed the employees the coupon and they refused to honor it saying," We have been telling people for months to print those out to we wont honor them"(in a rude and condescending manner). I told them I have done this several times at this location and never been told to print them(besides it's an e-coupon thats the whole point). So I paid full price and left. I called the manager and she said I was right. The only coupon that needs to be printed is the Birthday one. She apologized for the mistake and offered to replace the drink and soda on my next visit. I said,"but that's just giving me back what you should have given me in the first place". Also I usually have a coupon for these items anyways. So I'm really not even getting back what I'm owed. Service is horrible. Food was ok. A sandwich is a sandwich , nothing out of this world or anything. There are plenty of sandwich places, so it comes down to services for people to come back. I could not believe how unprofessional this place is....what's worst is the owner himself is part of it. Employees and owner sitting at a table chit-chatting blocking the middle isle. I got up to make my way to the restroom to make a point that they are blocking the way, but no one moved out of the way. Owner didn't say anything. I had to turn around and go toward the front door to go around the eating area. Pretty much I had to go around them. Can't believe the owner himself was that unprofessional. My Philly cheese steak was soggy. I hate soggy bread! But that is not why for the 1 star. As you can I see, I'm not the only one has a complaint about customer service at this location. Though I am a HUGE fan of Jersey Mike's, especially the #10 tuna sandwich, this is the WORST location ever! I arrived on Friday at 1114am. I thought it was a great time before the lunch crowd. I was third in line and there was a chatty Cathy working the sandwich prep area. I don't know her name but she wears glasses and is overly friendly. By the time it was my turn to order my sandwich, chatty had hopped on the phone in the back area where I had previously seen another worker on the phone. I assumed it was work related but it took her away from the line for a good 10 minutes. Someone else prepped my #10 and then left it there for the cashier lady to put the finishing touches on it. Well cashier girl could not do the cashiering and the prepping and kept getting sidetracked by the people who were picking up their call-in orders. At 1135 I was still waiting for my sandwich to get prepped and I could feel the anger just boiling inside of me because at this point, cashier girl was the only one working! Chatty Cathy finally came back and instead of prepping the sandwiches that had been sitting there for a while, she started asking the new incoming customers for their orders and asking them a gazillion questions about their personal lives! I think she finally noticed that people were getting annoyed so she started prepping the long line of sandwiches to clear the line. I walked out with my sandwich at 1138am. 24 minutes to get a tuna sandwich. I'm going to the Norco location next time. They are quicker and just as friendly without being overly friendly. read more

I will drive extra miles to go to a different location. I love Jersey Mikes, but this location is horrible. I have been at least 4 or 5 times to this location at various times of the day and different months. At my visits I have encountered about 5 rude employees, a useless manager (or shift manager), dirty tables with dead wasps on them, and slow service. One time, an employee yelled at me and other customers because we wouldn't say "Mike's way" when in reality we didn't want mike's way, but we had to tell her that so she would make our sandwich. They need to work on management and employee behavior here. They never acknowledge you when you walk into the store. I will not be coming back. read more

I went to this location today, as I was out running errands. I LOVE Jersey Mike's, and I came across this one, and decided to stop there. I ordered my sandwich as a TUB, meaning, basically a salad. I was going to eat it there, as my appointment was still a while away. First of all they made it to go, without asking..... not really a big deal, just sit at a table and take out of bag. Well.... they didn't have any forks! REALLY???? Again... I'm in the industry, I get it... you run out of stuff, but maybe if someone is ordering a TUB.... you inform them, in case they would prefer something else???? Because now I'm standing here, with basically a $10 salad, that I can't eat. So I said to them... so what am I supposed to do??? How am I supposed to eat this item I just paid $10 for. They all just stood there and looked at me like I was an idiot. So then.... a guy, I'm assuming was the owner or manager was bringing in supplies, and I asked him if there were any utensils in the supplies he's bringing.... he said no... so I asked him the same questions... how am I supposed to eat a salad with no fork...here's the thing... Sams Club is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! Which is where I ended up going myself, to get my utensils to eat, only now, I'm eating in my car, making a huge mess! Just no guest service... no urgency. Again, if the tables were turned, I would have informed the guest, before they ordered a salad, that there were no utensils. Or I would've offered something else. read more

I usually don't like to write reviews because it's not fair to judge a place form one or two visits. The problem with place is thru the years it keeps getting worse and worse. Dirty, rude employees and the management plus the ownership sucks. I really like Jerseys mike food. The issue I have with this location is I think the owner is trying to cut cost because the amount of meats and cheeses are about 20 percent less than other locations. The employees are rude and they are always talking and chatting that's why they a big problem with getting orders wrong because the are not listening to the customers. I ordered a hot sandwich without onions. After waiting for ten minutes on a dirty table the order comes with onions. So I returned the sandwich and in less than a minute the sandwich is ready. That was fast and fishy at the same time. I look in side the sandwich and they basically removed the onions and gave me back the sandwich. I asked for the supervisor she said sorry and that's not the policy. The problem she was laying because she came from the back where my Sandwich was made. She offered to make me another one I said no because I have been for half an hour already. She offered me a coupon I refused it because I am not going back there again. read more

Been to Corona's Jersey Mike's a few times...food is fresh and made quickly. The restaurant was extremely clean and the employees were polite and attentive. I don't know much about the employees training methods, but they appear to be equivalent to In n' out and Chic fil a....keep cookin'! read more

Came in today to this location and got a chicken cheese steak. Got home and it might as well have been sushi. 90% of the chicken was completely raw. I normally go to the location down main street and never have any problems. Raw chicken is no joke and the employees should really give a shit whether or not they're possibly giving someone food poisoning. read more
