How is it possible that this happens literally every time I call in an order or use the app for delivery. I've spoken to the manager in the past but I don't think they care. An original Italian on white Mikes way with spicey mustard. We were the only ones in line and a Family were eating seated by the Window. We have never had such bad service or had such a poorly produced product! I am a General Manager in the Service industry and an accomplished Chef. I can assure that 1. Waited 15 mins after my mobile order said it would be done. My subs were already set out with meat but the lady did focused only on the peoples orders staring at her. You order online for a reason, if they just do the subs in the order that the meat cutters had done it would make way more sense. Food is good but just bad service, workers don't think about it. This new location is a winner. My favorite is #7 (turkey with mustard, no mayo). Mike's Way gives it a special flavor that is better than all the other sandwich places. Quality of ingredients is high. Staff was friendly but forgot to dress the wife's sandwich (why?) Restaurant is clean, but not much seating. It is intended as a take out place it appears. Parking is a private lot shared with stores but it is ok if you go on off-peak hours, otherwise you may have to park and walk a ways. read more

This is definitely one of the best Jersey Mikes I've been to, with one exception: the young girl that works there. I brace myself every time I walk in and see her. She treats her job like it's playtime. My recent experience included having to repeat my bread order three times, which she found more hilarious each time she got it wrong. I guess she noticed that I wasn't as amused as her, so her demeanor quickly changed from "haha whatever" to aggressively frustrated, as when I had to ask for my cup that I just finished paying and waited patiently for while she continued with the next guest. I understand forgetfulness occurs but when I asked for it, she scoffed and slammed the cup on the counter. This must be her first job because I don't know many professionals that behave that way. Luckily the sandwiches will bring me back and I'm sure more work selfies will bring her out of her funk. I just feel bad that she feels bothered by work things at her work. read more
