Went in to get a sandwich, I was the only person there. The crew all got up from a table and went over to help me. One person took my order , started making my sandwich until a girl walks in. He quit making my sandwich , took her order for about 5 minutes while I just stood there thinking WTF. The person who applies the condiments looked a little embarrassed that the other worker( who had stopped making my sandwich) was falling all over the girl that had just came in. We were heading to visit friends in the area and thought we would bring sandwiches over for the gang. It was the day after Christmas so who wants to cook? We took everyone's order and placed an online order for pick up as we were approaching the area. We timed it perfectly because they were ready in the 10 minutes that it took to get there. There were a few hot sandwiches so the timing couldn't have worked out more perfectly. I ordered the Big Kahuna #56 which had thin slices of grilled steak, grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños, and cheese. It's a hot sandwich and it was yummy. Even driving the remaining 5 or so miles from the store, it was still nice and hot when I sat down to eat it. The hubby got a cold turkey sandwich that he seemed to enjoy as well but we were too busy gabbing with everyone, I didn't get to ask him if he liked. Everyone seemed to finish their meals completely so I assumed everything was a great success. I was very pleased that it was all an easy transaction and that our lunch was delicious. Worst location ever ordered a couple philly sandwiches and they helped the next three customers before I had to ask if my order was going to get cooked and got a smart mouth awnser that I would expect from a 10 year old not a adult working in the food industry and once they started they only cooked half my order and it had to sit and get cold while my other sandwich was cooked. We come here more than once a week now, lol. Bread, meat, and veggies are always crisp and fresh. Staff is extremely friendly. They go out of their way to make small talk, make sure you feel welcomed, and most importantly create superb sandwiches. I had one of the most terrible experiences here that I have had in a long time in food service. First I tried to order online and via the app and the menu isn't fully there to enable you too.... so not very handy! I get to the restaurant. I was asked to repeat my order 5-6 times, the person running up my order had no idea what he was doing and came with a super high total of almost 50 bucks for 3 mini sandwiches and a reg sandwich. Then I had to go back for the topping guy to not mess up my sandwiches. After all this a girl steps in and we have to completely start over for now round 7 and my total changes. Then for the third time after realizing they were charging me for someone else meal, total changes for a third time. I was by then super frustrated, it took another 10 min to finally finish my sandwiches... The sad things the food was great but will never go back there ever again. It's Thursday night poker game at my house, so I decide to treat everyone to Jersey Mikes Giant sandwiches , which I have in the past bragged about. Walk in the place, 1 person eating and 1 person waiting for their food. 1 person working and one person standing around. I'm there for about 10 minutes thinking the person standing behind the counter there doesn't see me. The person working finishes the sandwich, the customer leaves and both workers walk past me to the back and disappear. That's it I'm gone. I've been craving a hot honey mustard turkey with bacon sub for a week now. One of those special subs you only get at a local sub place. Unfortunately as everything in Dublin/Pleasanton is a chain for the most part (seriously, if there is a mom and pop sub shop you know if, please DM me!) getting something special is hard to find. Considering they had all the ingredients for this, I decided to try my luck at Jersey Mike's. No, they do not do hot turkey sandwiches at Jersey Mike's. Sure, they had all the ingredients, but the woman slicing the meats told me they don't cross contaminate the grill - which doesn't make sense since they grill chicken. But whatever. Got a Club Sub, Mike's Way. It was decent and satisfied my sub craving. But I'm still on the look out for a sub place with a grill that can do what I want. read more

I usually love Jersey Mike's but this location was straight garbage. I've received nothing but poor service both times I've gone to get food for my coworkers. The manager here needs to have a talk with their crew about customer service. First off, we placed a phone order cause the mobile site was down. When we called to get the total they didn't know the order name or anything. Suddenly they see it and were told it was ready we can come pick it up, i get there and it's another 30 minute wait for our food. Just super rude about my request for a receipt and overall only focused on people who are there instead of the people who placed their orders an 30-40 minutes in advance. Talk about night and day. Been going here since the day it opened. Opened to amazing service. In fact there were so many workers that they could barely get out of their way. Which was a great thing from a customer experience standpoint. Today - there is one woman and unfortunately do not know her name but if she is there, things are amazing. She's been there for a while. If she's not there, the customer service could not be worse. Limited attention paid to the customer. Few workers. Rude comments. Etc. To the point where we now look in the door to see if she's working. If she is, we go in. If not, we move on. Had the meatball - perfectly ordinary - while their meatballs are larger than subway*, the marinara sauce tastes about the same (cheap) but as pricing seems to be 30% higher, it's hard to have a compelling reason to eat here unless you are in front of the store. No reason to make a trip. Subway gives you more meatballs so the amount of meat is about the same more or less or certainly not 30% to make up the price difference. read more

I asked for a mini 5 and that's what I got literally, 5 measly onions a mound of lettuce and nothing that I asked for. I reiterated to the sandwich maker that I wanted relish, jalapenos, etc. She went back to slather the relish and the sandwich was wrapped up. I think the staff has ADD or something. I personally love this franchise. Why? They seem to recruit people who actually care about customer service. I've been to multiple locations, and consistently have had positive interactions with their team. And they get what a great sandwich consists of: really fresh, quality ingredients. That was a great Sub ....fresh baked bread..soft and warm with real sliced meat not processed meat like subway. I ordered the giant size American Classic with ham and provolone made "mikes way" and was shocked at its size ...it's GIANT. Looked like my lower leg ..seriously. Bacon was crispy, fresh and chilly tomato and lettuce, vinegar oil squirts was great and dashes of oregano paired perfectly to make this an outstanding sub. Really bummed out about this place!! Not only was I looking forward to having a new sandwich place near by but an alternative to Subway when looking for something quick. I was starving and didn't want to take the time to read the menu so simply asked for the employees recommendation for a hot sandwich. I ordered the #18 Chicken Parm. Initially ordered the small but was talked into the large and figured I'd have left over for lunch the next day....boy was that a mistake! A little over 16 dollars later I was home with a loaf of soggy, tomato sauce entrenched bread, a chunk of chicken and hunk of cheese. I took a few bites and tried to convince myself it was worth eating but threw it out and made a few eggs over easy instead. For the $16 I spent on that pathetic sloppy joe, I could have easily made a delicious chicken parmesan meal from scratch. I was tired and hungry and willing to spend the money on something delicious and fast. Jersey Mikes was far from delicious and ridiculously expensive. I don't know yet. A coupon brought me in, but what bothered me was before I entered, I saw a young man bend down, put a bag of chips in his Target plastic bag and walk across the parking lot. I told the server on duty what I just witnessed and all she said was, "Oh he works here...we do that." Really? I don't think so. Perhaps he was a friend who works in the area, but why did he bend down, put the chips in his bag covertly? Something seemed quite fishy to me. And if the owner knew about this, I'm sure it would not be okay. The sandwiches were fresh, no question, but I'm not sure I'll be back considering the lackadaisical attitude of the staff. This was my first time at Jersey Mike's Good service, clean, and really good Subs. My wife had the Big Kahuna (cheese steak), Son had the Meat Ball Sub and I had the Reuben. We all had the regular size which ended up being a pretty big sub. During our meal I asked my wife to compare her cheese steak to Cheese Steak (the other cheese steak restaurant) I was surprised and intrigued when she said Jersey Mike's was better. I really enjoyed my Reuben, I will be ordering that again. I actually got to try all three because they we so big my wife and son got full. And next time I am going to get a cheese steak because that was a damn good cheese steak :) read more

New, clean store with friendly staff. I'm glad this opened in East Dublin as it's nice to have a good sandwich shop nearby, especially in a new, developing community. The ingredients were fresh and the sandwiches prepared to my liking. I like that they ask you first if you're OK with the red wine vinegar before they add it to your sandwich, and I also adjusted to your liking if you ask. We've been here 3 times & each time seemed to be better than the last. Very simple menu, which threw me off at first, but sometimes simple is good. The meats & cheeses are all freshly sliced upon order & the portions are generous (not enormous). Try the Philly Cheesesteak! It's tasty! Refreshing to have a new sandwich spot other than togos and subway (gross). I got the classic Italian and it was delicious. The meat is fresh and they slice it right there. I got a regular size and it was too big for me. They load on the meat! Was pleasantly surprised and would go back again! The only thing is they are a little slow but there was no line so that's not a big deal and it's still new so I'm sure that will change. But all in all a great place to get a classic sub!
