Not only was it chewy, but it was the driest sandwich I have ever had. I even added more red wine vinegar at home, but still could finish this sandwich due to the overly chewy bread. I ended up throwing the bread out, and ate the innards of the sandwich instead. I will say this was the worst sandwich I have ever had, and never thought I would have experienced that. I could have come on an off day, but it's going to be a while before I return. Jersey Mikes, Ikes, and Crust offer much better sandwiches in the area. I gave one extra star as everyone I interacted with was very friendly.

First time to try this place. All of our friends have been raving about how good the food was. So today we decided to try out the Dublin location, which we were nearby. It was the worst sandwich I ever had... Plus the employees completely messed up every single order ahead of us (about 7 orders in total), of course they completely messed ours up too. The staff was completely unorganized and after waiting 20 minutes and explaining our order twice more (BTW - we just order standard sandwiches) - when we finally got the sandwiches, they were tasteless and blah. Sun evening March 5, 2023 came into Dublin store for take out. Out of all bread except white bread, no tomatoes available, staff was blaze and rude, couldn't care less with no apologies for being out of important parts of the product the company is selling on TV every day. This place opened a few weeks ago, I visited there very first time with free sub coupons which I get from my work place. They are very friendly, fast and always serve fresh ingredients (meats & vegetables) every time I visited. My favorite menu is Jersey Mike's Philly cheese steak sub. I can even remember menu #17!!
