I come here a few times a month. I really enjoy this location. It's next to a target so I usually have lunch and do some shopping afterwards. There's a ton of parking here. The sandwiches are always fresh. The staff is friendly too. I also like how Apple Pay is accepted. There's plenty of seating inside. I really enjoy getting the Italian sandwich here. In fact, I'm picking one up right now. The meats and vegetables are fresh, tasty, and go perfectly with the bread. It's my go to sandwich, though the other ones are quite good too. The only downside here is how long it takes for the heated sandwiches. They cook it fresh when you order it, which is good, however they take forever to finish it. I would understand it if it was a dine in restaurant but it doesn't work for pick up and go orders. You're not even warned that it will take that much longer. All in all, I give this place four stars out of five for a delicious menu and good customer service. Came here because I had a Buy One Get One Free coupon and I had never been to Jersey Mike's, despite living just up the street. I love Jersey Mike's but this location sucks!!! The food was good after I had to cut my sandwich because the girl that put it together could not even slice through the meat. Little bread tear- I get but to not even cut through the meat is lazy. I don't know if it was her first day but if it was, they need to train more before they throw a staffer on the line. They weren't even really busy so no excuses. The bread was hard which is never the case and the girl working the register said nothing but the total. Literally the amount and that was it. This place is no big deal, overcharged sub sandwich!! Better to go to Subway at least you get to pick your bread and its $6 instead of $13. The worst part was there was no one in the place and when you pay for your order by debit the lady says oh it's going to ask you a few questions. The question it asked was do you want to give a 10% or 15% or 20% tip to this order? Are you serious? As the lady is staring at you! That should be illegal to ask a customer to give a tip to a paid employee doing her basic job!! There was no reason to give a tip and I don't like being forced to offer a tip on the debit machine. Well, I have been back several times to make sure each time was not a fluke, and I have to say they have drastically improved. I saw my favorite again. The people were attentive and listened to my order. They also didn't make me wait long. I like what I order it really never changes. What can I say? I like what I like. I'm from the South Jersey/Philly area and have only been living in the Dublin area 1 year. I was afraid to try the cheese steak because Philly cheese steaks outside of the Philly area have always been disappointing. I actually got a wrap sandwich the first time I went, the manager heard me talking and she made me a cheese steak to try for free. I can honestly saying it was like being back home! This place is dope! Everything is made fresh to order. They Litterally cut the meat right in front of you, with all meat and cheese on display in front. Matt was informative regarding everything on the menu. Kurt killed it with great customer service and a great personality. My girlfriend and i ordered to go. Got here around 7pmish and wasn't crowded at all. I ordered the Giant Roast Beef with Provolone. Let me tell you, this was a GIANT. i couldn't finish half the sandwich so could just order a giant size for two people. This was pretty good. My girlfriend ordered the regular sized Famous Jersey Mike Philly Cheesesteak. This tasted better than my roast beef sandwich and the size was enough. I think this place is fairly new so I decided to check it out! I don't eat red meat so generally Philly cheese steak is something I avoid but I was so excited to see they have options with chicken! Since I have never had one before I didn't really know where to start but all the guys working were super friendly and helpful , they all told me their favorites and asked what stuff I like to help me order ! They even checked in with me after I got my sandwich to see if I liked it. Which I did ! It was cheesy and full of flavor!
