Customer service is excellent here. My husband's wallet slipped out of his pocket in the booth we sat in for lunch. I have been a fan of Jersey Mike's from the very moment my lips touched their Famous Philly. My first thought, "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!" Sadly, when I was first introduced to them, the closest location was in Rancho Cucamonga, which was not far, but not close enough. FORTUNATELY for us, however, they recently opened this location, close to home! We walked in on a Sunday evening, and I was surprised at how busy it was for 8pm. We waited in line about 5-10 minutes before they started on our order. I ordered The Original (#13) which I'd never tried before, and my husband stuck to his usual, the Roast Beef, both Mike's Way (always go Mike's Way). The girl that started our order really impressed me when she noticed that they guy she'd handed our subs to was oblivious to the fact that he'd drenched my bottom bun in water. She quickly stopped him, grabbed the sub, wiped the water off counter, and replaced the bottom bun with a fresh one. Totally WOWed! Honestly, I hadn't even noticed myself until I saw her wiping the water off the counter. Come to think of it, the guy probably didn't notice either, but major kudos to her for her impressive attention to detail! I've visited this location about 3 times since it opened, and it's usually pretty clean. On this last visit, we had to wipe off a table ourselves, but it was really no big deal. The staff is always friendly enough, no complaints there. My selling point: The SUBS! Absolutely delicious! I've tried the Famous Philly, the Turkey & Provolone, and The Original, and have yet to be disappointed. I love the Mike's Way combination, and usually add jalapeños. If you're being calorie conscious, pick up their to-go menu for nutritional info. That leads me to my second favorite thing - their subs are actually HEALTHY! Nothing beats tasty healthy food in my book! My ONLY complaint - it can be a bit pricey. Last night, I used the $18.99 meal deal coupon (2 reg subs, 2 chips, 2 drinks) and added a kid's sized turkey sub and our total was a little over $20. A tad high for me, considering it's a fast food style place, AND I used a coupon, but the subs are worth it. Overall, a MAJOR upgrade to all the other sub places out there (especially Subway)! This restaurant chain is taking off. The food is good and fresh. The portion size is larger than subway. For a regular size sandwich you will be looking at around $10 without drinks or chips, as you can see it is pricier than a food long from @subway but I believe is totally worth it. You will get a lot more meat in your sub, and you can see see how the slice the meat right on front of your eyes. "Mike's Way" this includes onions, oil vinegar, salt pepper and Italian spices. I always add mayo to add some creaminess to my sandwich. The bread is always fresh and from a veggie perspective they offer lettuce, tomatoes, chili paste and avocado (extra charge). Not as many options as @subway, but to be quite honest, this is pretty much all you need for a great sub. My only issue with Jersey Mike's is the way they prepared your food, it works like an assembly line, where the first person cuts the bread and the cold cuts and the second person adds the condiments and vegetables. This causes some times a bottle neck. The wait time specially during lunch time its about 15-20 mins for your sub. read more

We ordered on the app today, like we have done since they launched the app. We have tried our best to stay regular customers even throughout this pandemic to support our local businesses. We always order between 2 to 4 giant subs depending on how many people we are ordering for. We are usually very happy with our subs, but unfortunately, today we were not happy with our order. We ordered 3 giants today. My sandwich was perfect and made correctly, very delicious.The second sandwich was for my husband and made correctly, but was definitely light on ingredients, namely, very light on bacon. The third sandwich was for my mother-in-law who is very particular about her food. Unfortunately, her sandwich was not what was ordered at all. It was missing multiple ingredients and was not to her liking. She did not like the sandwich at all and did not eat more than a couple bites. Her sandwich was definitely a waste of almost $16 and it is debatable as to whether my husband's sandwich was worth $16. This was very disappointing since we usually love our sandwiches and don't mind spending the extra money for top quality sandwiches. Red alert, this Jersey Mike's Subs store pulled a fast one on me by their own district manager (Calvin). So, I ordered the giant turkey provolone sub and Calvin pretended to be interested in striking up a conversation about what I did for a living, while he's slicing some turkey on my sub. He then slides the sub to the next guy that puts the rest of the ingredients. He immediately acts like he forgot to sliced the provolone that goes in the sub (this is the mess up part) he then pulls some old slices of provolone from who knows where and then he slices a few more to cover the whole sub. When I asked him, where did he get the old provolone, his answer was from another customer's sub that had changed their mind. I went ahead and paid for the sub, but I ended up throwing it away. I thought this was very unprofessional and nasty. To think that this was done by their own district manager. Beware of this store, they might sell you a sub with old ingredients that other people didn't want. read more

First they gave away our order to someone else, how does that happen?! Then they remade the order but only gave us one sandwich. However, the associate states their registers are frozen. The kitchen and store looked like they had been closed for a while. The lights were turned off. Jersey Mike's is a great deli/sandwich shop. Love getting all my sandwiches "Mike's Way". This location needs some work though; it is always so crowded and backed up in here. Last time I went they were in a rush...the meat in my sandwich was falling out and it was difficult to eat it without ending up with just the 2 pieces of bread in my hand. My experience at this particular Jersey Mike's has always been perfect. I've always looked forward to going to Jersey Mike's. It's always one of my first choices when going out; food and experience. Today was one of the worst. As I was trying to order, all 4 employees were treating the store like there were no customers present and one was making a sandwich, actively making jokes about it being for his girlfriend. I couldn't tell who was in charge because of the chaos and lack of professionalism. While my food was being prepared, all employees and whomever was in charge were actively engaged in conversation which made me feel invisible. The lack of professionalism made me feel that Jersey Mike's doesn't value their costumers. I'm not one to complain but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth; unlike your delicious subs. I believe there needs to be some kind of standard of professionalism when it comes to how your employees present themselves when customers are present. I walked in and observed the Hispanic male employee at the meat slicer improperly wearing his face mask. The nose was exposed as he was cutting a customers meat and preparing a cold sandwich. He proceeded to touch the meat as he cut it and touch his mask w the same gloves he touched someone's food. He continue to contaminate the sandwhich as he touched his mask over and over and over. He touched the dirty mask w the same gloves he touched about 4 half sandwiches that he worked on. The female cook also had her nose exposed but when she saw me she quickly raised her mask up w out using her hand and just her face to cover her nose and face properly. There was another young male employee that did have his face mask properly. I find it very disgusting for employees to be allowed to handle food w out using the mask properly let alone get away with contaminating our food by touching the dirty mask w the same gloves they are handling your food. I am going to call the health department. This is unsanitary. The cameras should be pulled so the owner can see why this business is failing. I guaranteed the business would be so much better if employees were properly train that when you handle food it is important to not touch your face or mask and if so change your damn gloves. People eat this food and can get sick. No one wants droplets from someone's nose in their food. I would love for the owner to contact me. All these employees need to go through a food handling course. But mainly observed them to make sure sanitation is priority. And no one should have the nose exposed during working hours. So I recently tried jersey mikes from work and decided to try it again. I usually go to the one in riverside, but this time went to Fontana since it was closer. I placed an order for super sub & jersey shore favorite on their app. My pickup time was at 7:29. When I arrived, I went to pick up my order, found that the workers were still working on it. At one point, they tried to inform me that they never received an order from me but had the receipt on their stand. As I was waiting, I noticed that other guests were waiting as well with me via mobile order. Even a walk in guest was waiting just to be served. I was a little bit enticed to order a snack and drink, but I saw that the counters were a little bit nasty. Generally lost the will to buy a snack. When I finally got my order, what was supposed to be a 10 minute wait time turned into a 40 minute wait time. This was the fact that it was a slow night for them. The sandwich itself looked good. It was very tasty as I remember. However I requested for no onion and the 1st I caught was the onion. The sandwich itself was good, however the cleanliness, accuracy, & the wait time was terrible. The food is bland and cold, and the chicken has a fake texture like frozen chicken. the staff could be a lot more aware of what is going on in the restaurant. A group of teenagers came in dropping F-Bombs like crazy and being extremely loud and knocking over chairs. they were never asked to quiet down or behave while in the restaurant. I LOVE Jersey Mikes sandwiches. They are my favorite. My 2 star rating for this location is not about the sandwiches; it's about the customer service for online orders regarding my pickup. It has now been on numerous occasions that I am standing there WAITING with no assistance at all. I'm told "I'll be right with you" and then ignored. I can actually get in line and order faster than just being handed my order and walk out. What is the point of placing an online order if I am waiting for over 3-5 min. I have had to ask someone to assist me and interrupt them which makes me look rude but come on, I've ordered and paid. And I also have to ask for my drink. It's very disappointing because I truly love their sandwiches! So I decided to go in and didn't contact the manager trying to give this location another shot. I wasn't looking for a handout or a freebie from anyone so I placed an order for pickup at around 345pm on Tuesday and had no issues with the pickup as the location was empty. Go to my destination and my sandwich is fine but my Boyfriends sandwich is on white bread and we ordered it on wheat. He also ordered extra meat and that was also not on the sandwich. I called to speak with a manager and was told to call back tomorrow. I said I need someone now and spoke to a manager in training, Savannah who was very nice. I explained what happened and she said at the time of our order they were out of wheat bread so they just put it on white. I asked why they didn't try calling me or saying something when we arrived and she apologized and said I could come back for a new sandwich but I explained we ordered for pickup as I am now somewhere else and I wouldn't be able to come in until after 7. My boyfriend and I walked in and Savannah greeted us and remembered my name from the call and asked if he wanted another sandwich but as I explained we ordered these 4 hours ago and he found something to eat. Yesterday evening I went to Jersey's thinking I was just gonna go ahead and get the big sandwich. I've been craving this for a while and I was actually excited to eat it. Only problem was after I ordered the number 17 Philly cheesesteaks from the bunch of kids that were playing tag around the counter. I've never done this before but I actually just glanced at the grill before I sat down to wait for my order. I saw nothing but scattered dry to meat that had been sitting there previously all over the grill, then I glanced at the counter where they prepare the sandwiches that was covered in lettuce and who knows whatever else. The girl at the register sees me staring decides to grab a wet rag and just kind of put everything on the floor off the counter. I was pretty disappointed at this point. Pros: Pleasant help who know how to move an assembly line along during lunch rush. Cons: When you build a hot meatball sandwich with lots of sauce between two slices of untoasted roll, you end up with a disgusting, soggy, gluey mess. The sauce was bland and the meatballs tasted like they came from the large bag of frozen meatballs from Walmart. I haven't given up on them yet.
