I always come here since it's super close to my house & I've never had any issue at all. Service can drag a bit, only because they are meticulous and take their time with it so it's right. Everything is always fresh and always delicious. I wanted to give a big thanks to Cathy and Josie, both of those girls always have a smile on their face and are always very sweet and polite. Employees here are efficient and very friendly. There is always a smile ready, and some friendly conversation. The sandwiches are above average, in my opinion. The ingredients are fresh. We were so excited when this location opened because it's a lot closer than the Rialto location. Since it's a newly opened location I think the staff are still trying to get their groove. Only disappointment is they don't offer the meatball sandy which is what my husband always orders. This location is brand new and when i visited a week ago, it had only been open for 4 days. So of course, there were some very small service issues: Confusion behind the food prep counter and a small mistake at the register. But this definitely did not ruin my dining experience. Bomb! Jersey Mikes is better than Subway in some aspects, worse in others. Their subs are made with meat and cheese that is cut by hand on a deli slicer right in front of you. They have hot and cold options. They even have a griddle for an authentic cheesesteak! What they don't have are veges. They have onions, lettuce, tomato and pickles. Subway is better here because you can load up on all sorts of plant matter! Service is average in terms of speed, they make things fresh here. I came in a first time and had a plate load of issues. After calling the store I spoke with Eric who is more than understanding and apologetic. He truly showed great customer service after hearing the issues. He offered to replace my items at a later date. I came in a few days later and had a two hundred times better experience. Staff is great, management is great, and the food is fantastic! I called during busy lunch rush and ordered 25 boxed lunches, and was told it would be an hour minimum. The staff ended up hammering all 25 out in less than 40 mins, and the manager Jake even carried them out to my car. We went in at 1:30 and I ordered a sandwich on GF bread (I'm allergic). We were told the bread comes frozen and it would be "1-2 hours" until it was defrosted and ready to serve- which leads me to believe no one brought out the GF bread until we arrived and tried to order it. I came in around 8:25 pm looking forward to a sub and find the 2 most dreadful faces greeting me while they are preparing various other subs. I wait I'm line for a few minutes then the girl chewing gum asks me what I'll be having, she said it in an annoyed tone. I work at a restaurant myself and I no an annoyed person when I see one. I ask for a #17 and as soon as I say the #17 which is a hot sub, both the girl and her friend Mumble "f*ck" under their breathe. I get it you want to leave and go home. Probably had a long day, but you are getting paid for a service. Every one has probably had a long day too, but to encounter horrible customer service and hospitality, makes me think twice about coming to this location again. I went in for lunch on friday june 12. I ordered an italian and a chicken chipotle sub. While they were working on slicing the meat, i noticed a fly buzzing around. That fly landed on the piece of bread. I was hoping the sandwich artist would've corrected the problem but one of the employees only fanned the fly away after it had already landed on the bread. They continued to work on the sandwich until i noticed it was my very own sandwich. i let them know i didn't want that bread because a fly had just landed on it. What got to me was, the fact that one of the employees saw it and fanned the fly away but didn't get rid of that bread, and instead i almost took a sandwich contaminated by a fly. They replaced my bread only after i asked them to, i was very upset. I didn't make a big deal, but after i paid for my food. I went over to serve my soft drink. They only had Diet Pepsi at the time. We wanted regular pepsi. So why ask the customer if they want chips and a drink without letting them know that they only have diet as an option? This is a terrible, terrible store, run by people barely competent to unlock a door. I walk in, and there are absolutely no customers in the store. What that means is that the two people behind the counter have time to stand around and chit chat with one another. When one of them finally gets around to helping me, the other one resumes his standing behind the corner staring at a space on the wall and doing absolutely nothing. As I am waiting for my sandwich to be made, I am also waiting for the wall starer to actually ring me up. Something he has to be told to do because he's too busy staring open mouthed at nothing at all. I order a sandwich with mushrooms (this becomes important later on). After I am finally rung up, I go to sit down. And there is not a single clean table in the entire store. As the still idle employees watch me, I proceed to clean my own table. I sit down, open my sandwich, and I see that there are no mushrooms on my sandwich. I take my sandwich back, and some new person who has just arrived informs me that she sees "A mushroom" on my sandwich. Well thank you for giving me one mushroom on my sandwich. I will never, ever give a single dime to this store again. And I will make sure that everyone knows that this is the epitome of scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to service. read more

My husband and I frequent JM's in Eastvale. This location recently opened near us, so we went in last night for the first and last time. The food was delicious as always but the customer service was very bad. Enough to travel a little further to get better service. Although there was only one customer ahead of us, it took a long time to be acknowledged. I had to repeat my order 3 times only to still have it made wrong. The sandwich maker was distracted fixing the subs made wrong for the previous customer. In the middle of making our order she took the time to customize the previous sub to her liking since she said she'd be keeping it for herself. When she proceeded to go back to making ours, I had to tell her again what we wanted. She made my hubby's sub wrong, she offered to remake it, that's when the cashier came over out of nowhere and took the lettuce and tomato off of the sub, but the juices where already down on the meat and cheese. She rudely said, "that's all we can do for you". We get to the cashier spot where we realized the grilled chicken wrap wasn't even made. She said she can have it ready in 5 minutes, to which I declined since we had already spent more time than we had planned there. She then proceeded to give a lengthy spiel about how they just changed managers due to these types of mistakes and tried convincing me to give them a chance to make the wrap. The sandwich maker was off to take a break so Deanna the cashier asked us to confirm the order, only to second guess us and go looking for the sandwich maker to confirm what we said. Again being disrespectful about taking up our time. I had to go back in to request our receipt and she bacame argumentative and talked over me when I expressed my disappointment with the whole experience. I asked for the store managers number, she gave me the assistant managers number, Josie. I called in today and spoke to the store manager, Laura. She apologized and admitted that they have had numerous complaints regarding the same issues. That is why she just took over replacing the previous manager. She offered me a call back in 30 mins. Two hours later I called back to follow up, she was unavailable due to them having a rush time. Which has left me completely unsatisfied. The cashier was Deanna, she single handedly lost our business with her bad and condescending attitude. Unfortunately, Laura did not follow up as she promised, failing to turn any of this around. I had called to make her aware of what happened. She took it upon herself to offer to call me back and then failed to do that. Due to their poor customer service and inattentivenes, they not only lost a sale (the missing wrap), but any further patronage from us. read more

I had a similar experience as Peter V did. Last Friday 2/22 evening. My concerns went to Corp. On the Cust service site. The staff was rude, I waited for someone to acknowledge our presence when we arrived, no others were in line just me , side and 2 grand daughters. I finally shouted out ...anyone here!!!! They came out totally uninterested. Took my order without greeting us. Sandwiches were made and sat in front of the toppings station , I waited and waited, finally one of the crew yells at the kid , the sandwiches are in front of you !! I got attitude from the register person who said I wasn't following the prompts on the key pad, I can assure you I was , it just wasn't responding! Then I got my fountain drink.... no syrup in the Diet Pepsi, I had to shout as they were All in the back talking.. no one came out to fix, I know they heard me as they looked. Napkin holder virtually empty. Empty toilet paper roll in the rest room , my wife notified them. No response... The regular ham and cheese and the meatball sandwich were good. But the cheesesteak sandwich was really really good. The onions and the bell peppers were grilled to perfection.
