Quite honestly I don't know why anyone (VVV) would think that the parking or lines within the control of the employees or the owner who had the space before the monstrous wal-mart moved in. Because believe me I get it driving through the parking lot is a nightmare, but since this is a jersey mikes review I will stop not and talk about that. I think the food there is always delicious the regular guys who have been around for a while are the reason I keep going back! Never once have I felt they were rude or really never anything other than helpful and friendly. I also don't know why anyone would complain about a $7 mini being too big but I guess some people just love to complain. The food was great, and most of the staff is friendly but it's too bad that the one girl making the sandwich was too busy chatting and discussing her softball plays, not to mention her putting down the other staff. I dont believe i should have to repeat myself becasue the girl making the sandwich is busy talking and not listening to the customer. Note: most customers going to Jersey Mikes during the week and the lunch hour have limited time to get their food and its frustrating that the one staff member has no respect for everyone elses time. my rating does not reflect the food, just the expierence with the staff. read more

I ate here with my wife last night, 02/24/12 after reading Yelp reviews. I would agree that JM's has the best sub I have ever eaten. Quality fresh roll with lotsa good, tasty sliced meat. Very clean inside and helpful sub makers. A definite recommend. The former Sam's Club across parking lot will become a WalMart by 01/2013 adding to store exposure and traffic. Complete rip off! I have never been to Jersey Mike's before, I stopped by for convenience since it is in the parking lot where I was shopping. I ordered a Caesar chicken wrap, add avocado (extra cost). What I got was a tortilla full of lettuce, a few tasteless pieces of chicken and nothing else. It was really expensive (for what I got). The menu said it would have cheese, nope, not on mine. Since the same person who took my order was the same person to make the wrap, you would think he would remember to add the avocado, they didn't forget to charge me. They were not very busy, no excuse for this type of fail. My first time will be my last time. read more

came here for lunch with some co-workers and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and tastiness of the sandiwiches here at Jersey Mike's Subs. the place was fairly crowded but with the assembly line approach, the line moved relatively fast, but if you are in a rush, def try to call in an order to pick up. i ordered the roast beef sandwich and per everyone's suggestion got the sandwich "Mike's Way" which i totally loved! the sandwiches here are a bit pricier than your normal subway foot long at about $7-8ish but i def think the quality/taste of the ingredients is worth the price. i prob cant afford to go here for lunch everyday in the work week but its a good splurge. read more

So what do you serve some 70+ starving IT instructors, managers, sales, and support staff after a long looooong morning meeting... Cater lunch from Jersey Mikes of course!!! Their subs are so good. I believe I ate over 5 small subs which consisted of 2 Jersey Shore, turkey, original Italian, and 2 club subs. Wait that's more than 5. Hahaha Each sub was about 5-6 inches long and there was more than enough for all of us. The best one was the jersey shore sub. I love the overwhelming taste of the provolone and ham. The bread was just right, not too soft and not too hard where it would kill your jaw after a couple of bites. They only had regular white bread. I wish they ordered some wheat or rye bread. The salad was well put together and the dressing were ok. We had so much left over we ate a couple more the next day straight from the fridge and they were still awesome. Great place and they delivered right on time even tho we had lunch an hour and half late. read more

I enjoy eating their subs but I DO NOT enjoy coming to THIS LOCATION!!!!...Ive been here 3 times and each of those times my order was screwed up. This place is way too small and the line is always out the door. They have this screwed up way of taking orders. They have you yell out what you want when your nowhere even near the front counter yet which is the main reason for the order screw ups. They take multiple orders at a time and shovel the sandwiches down the counter and wrap them and hope they give you the right one or make it how you ordered. The first time I ordered a roast beef mikes way with mayo, no mayo was added but i thought no big deal. 2nd time i ordered italian sub mikes way on white bread, given wheat bread i was starting to get annoyed at this point. 3rd time my final attempt at this location ordered the roast beef sub and as i stood behind about 6 people from the register i watched as the girl gave away what looked like my sub to another person. When i got to the counter finally sure enough it was my sub that was given away to someone else, and instead of being apologetic i got attitude like it was my fault some how cause i called her out on her screw up...NO THANK YOU TO THIS LOCATION...The only reason I gave this location so many attempts is because I really do enjoy the sandwiches and have gone to other locations with never ANY PROBLEMS like this location. read more

Let me start by saying I was born in Cali but raised in a suburb in Chicago, Highland Park Ill to be exact. The local favorite was a place called Hoagie's Hut I just learned they closed down recently so dissapointed. That place was amazing to find sub's or Hoagies that are on that level is next to impossible and believe me I have tried I have been living in California for the past 14 years and no place has even come close! Until I found Jersey Mike's today I am in love all over again felt like I was 17 back in Highwood Ill enjoying a hoagie! I had The American Classic and it was delicious! The spices oil and viniger was a perfect blend. I will be back time and time again!! Also the nice guy behind the counter starting out the sub was very friendly nice and pleasent. All the trimmings were freash not an over kill of any one ingrideint enough lettece to soak up all the viniger and spices at first I thought it would be too much but nope perfect amounts. Sandwich is not bad. They freshly slice the cheese and turkey per order. It is more expensive than subway or togos, but somehow it does taste better. The only thing that I don't like it that now when you pay with credit card they make you pick 10%, 15% or 20% tip on the credit card machine with the cashier staring at you to make a decision. I do not like this location every time I feel disappointed. I tried it again the other night and once again I should have went with my instinct not to go here. If I say no mustard on my sandwich I still somehow end up with mustard either on the bread or partially on the meat makes no sense. If I say something simple like no cheese I still somehow still get cheese. I also have seen pickles fallen into the mayo that sits out and I have asked for other mayo and the workers think your crazy for not wanting that mayo I am sorry but that's gross. ok so they loose a customer today. During my first visit I had to wait long but I was told to come post noon to avoid that. So I ordered a veggie sub online at 12.15 and reached JMS at 12.30 on purpose to give them enough time to prepare my order and to avoid waiting. But once i reach there I am told that they are making it. Ok fine, I am waiting. Since I was standing right at the counter I was able to see what they are making and I dint see any VEGGIE sub being made. Its already been 25 minutes since I placed my order and they are busy attending the customers in the queue. (which was not very long by the way!) when i asked them how long will it take? staff says they are making it.. STILL?? after 5 minutes when I have to question them again, why is it taking so long to make a regular sub? IT WAS THAN when they noticed me getting upset and than checked my order and started making it. it was 4th in the number (out of 5 sandwiches that they process at a time) but even than I was ok. What made me real mad - the guy making the sandwich asks me the ingredients if I need this or that and confirming if I have ordered this particular sandwich. C'MON!! WHY DO YOU GUYS HAVE AN ONLINE SYSTEM OF SELECTING THE INGREDIENTS? if you can't read what a customer needs. finally I got my sandwich after 30-35 minutes of wait (without any apology or concern) and spoiling my mood and spending time in checking the website and ordering online. All in vain!! A very frustrating experience and waste of time. I would never go to there again! read more

I always get the Turkey Provolone Mike's Way. I'm a pretty big fan of Jersey Mike's and this location definitely holds up to the others I have been to. But the one thing I noticed about this one is that they have a much friendlier staff and they process the orders much quicker than the others I've been to. I really like this place. I would come here more often but it's a bit expensive for a regular sub (around $8). I always get it "Mike's Way" but if you don't eat it right away the bread will get soggy from all the oil & vinegar. I signed up for the E-mail Club and love that you get a regular sub and drink for FREE on your birthday. Can't beat that! This location is super busy at lunch. Expect to wait a good 30 minutes even with 6 employees working behind the counter. read more

I'm from NJ- grew up on subs "down the shore" all summer long... Definitely recommend the cold subs here- especially the off-the-menu Stickball Special #11 (ham, salami, provolone) or the classic #2 (ham, cappicola, provolone) Mike's way with pepper spread and pepperoncinis. Their roast beef is awesome, too. I think the cheese steaks are better at Philly's Best (something about that Amoroso's roll and the chunky grilled onions) but I still rate Jersey Mike's 5 stars for their "just like home" cold subs made to order- sliced fresh by the nicest bunch of people- they are always friendly and efficient! read more
