This place always satisfies my healthy cravings. Although the sandwiches can be pretty hefty, which is a great thing! I told myself I'd only have half because that's how large these cold sandwiches are but I couldn't resist the other half. I ordered the vegetarian sandwich. As is. And it was delectable. I like to add a bit of salt to mine but it's not really needed. All the ingredients always taste fresh and the squaw bread is so soft and compliments the veggie ingredients very well. There is seating inside and a few patio chairs outside. I notice a lot of pickup orders but the place isn't too bad to just take a break and eat there. Service is friendly as well.

A sweet woman named Cathy greeted me as I walked in, gave great recommendations, and was very friendly. I ended up getting the Wall Street, and was surprised by the quality of the sandwich. They use the freshest ingredients and I was very pleased. I will be back.

They make fresh sandwiches here! Best quality sandwiches anywhere. Genuine boars head meats, great breads, rolls and wraps with freshest toppings. The club is one of my favorites. I just wish it was closer to my house. Eat inside outside or takeout. This is a very well run small sandwich shop. The staff works hard and service was good. What a gem of a sandwich shop and I love that they have squaw bread! They're located in an industrial plaza with indoor and limited outdoor seating. I assume they cater primarily to the working lunch crowd because their hours of operations are limited to the weekdays (2:30PM close) and they're closed on the weekends. Prices were reasonable and there is a great variety on their menu with tons of healthy options to choose from. I got the Chicken Choice on Squaw bread (comes standard) and throughly enjoyed it. The chicken was almost like tuna texture and I loved the contrast of cashews in the sandwich. I can't wait to come back!

This unassuming sandwich shop is my go to place for lunch when I am craving a nice grilled sandwich. The staff knows my order by now. The usual sandwich I order is grilled club sandwich on sourdough with avocado and provolone cheese. The sandwich is made crispy on the outside and packed with all the ingredients. I've learned to order it as a grilled sandwich instead of toasted. It's a world of difference. The shop is small and can get busy during lunch time. So be ready to wait a bit for the sandwich as they prepare the food. read more

This quant but tiny cafe/deli has some great sandwiches. Being so close to my office, it's a short walk to pick up a great sandwich. I love their egg/chicken/tuna salads. They go great on the squaw bread with all the veggies(carrots, lettuce, tomato, onions). I love that they have lunch specials. I usually get the Thursday pastrami lunch special. The service is very fast and courteous. The nice cashier sends the order back to the kitchen where a nice lady runs out each order as they are made. The seating area is small but comfortable. They do have some outdoor seating for those that prefer some sunlight during their meal. This deli always satisfies my craving for egg/tuna/chicken salad. They even allow me to get a sandwich with half and half of each salad. I love that they allow so many customizations of their sandwiches. read more

I will forever support this place! So for realsies I'm more of a bougie sandwich kind of person. I rarely crave a sandwich with just deli meat, cheese and maybe some lettuce. That being said I actually love the sandwiches here! The bread is always soft and they don't skimp on the ingredients. Every time has been consistent. They just make beautiful sandwiches! My go tos are a turkey avocado on squaw, or the Californian. I religiously get their Mac salad as well The ladies here are so nice and the prices are very fair for this area! read more

Small on the outside but still has a lot of space for indoor seating a two tables outside. Very nice and quick service and making your own sandwich was easy, tastes amazing and very fresh. A sandwich my first time and my last time because the sandwich was really expensive. I It's supposed to be a roast beef sandwich, but it It was only bread in and a liter tomato and mayonnaise, a little bit of the roast beef never go back again. read more

Larry's Deli is simply a wonderful place to enjoy an awesome lunch. The atmosphere is very inviting, and the staff is very attentive and the service is top notch. They open early at 9:30 which makes it very nice in case you do not feel like having breakfast however would like a nice sandwich or a wrap. There are several sandwich places in the area and I higrecommend Larry's above any of them. You will not be disappointed Can you think about expanding into the Fullerton/Yorba Linda area?? We'd love to have your sandwiches wraps and excellent service here... read more

Friendly staff and sandwiches are on point! Well made and they build the sandwich right. The pastrami was spot on. Really enjoyed it and also enjoyed the turkey sandwich. I got the Thursday special which was the pastrami sandwich! I had no idea this placed even existed. It's next to K1 speed racing. Very low key spot but I will be coming back again! read more

Our office loves Larry's. The sandwiches are great! I can't recommend any one because quite honestly they are all so good. The bread is always so fresh! We order trays for our office and everyone always raves about the variety and how great they are. Highly recommend. read more

I had been coming here for years for lunch without any issues until one day I came in and ordered the Ham and Cheese lunch special and was given Turkey instead. Well I hate Turkey and went back to the counter to tell girl I ordered the Ham and Cheese special but got Turkey instead and she said "well today's special is Turkey." Okay... so I asked for Ham and Cheese though so can I just get that instead please? "No I'm sorry that's what the special is today you'd have to pay for a new sandwich." I honestly thought she was messing with me but nope she was serious. As I was starving but not enough to eat the Turkey I reluctantly paid for an entirely new sandwich. I hope the $9 was worth the loss of a 5 year+ customer. Will update my review when they make this right. 2 stars because the food is actually good, 0 stars for her attitude and service. read more

I ordered a PB&J and chips, but forgot to get the drink. So they had to do two transactions which is not good for credit cards since they charge the business by transaction. But the cashier was so friendly about it, asked for cash but I didn't have it so she said no problem and rang up my drink. Thank you!!! read more

I visited them Saturday on their five-year anniversary and they brought in a guest chef from Argentina, who made amazing Picanha. I got a special where they sliced the picanha over pao de quejo (brazilian cheese bread). It was one of the best bites I've had in a long time. Given that this dish was prepared from a guest chef, it won't be back on the menu anytime soon; however, their regular specials include porchetta on tuesdays and rib sandwiches on Saturdays. I really want to come by for their rotisserie chicken and roasted potatoes; however, I haven't been able to make that happen yet. It's no surprise that it's on the annual list from the LA Times as one of the top 101 restaurants in SoCal! Just don't pass up that steak sandwich and fries.

The only thing I regret is not getting another one. The burrito was FIRE! The green salsa was the cherry on top. When Freddy says this is healthy food, he is not playing around. It is as healthy as it can get. Fresh ingredients and not cooked in seed oils. Ever since I changed my diet a year and a half ago, most restaurants food make my body shut down and/or make my stomach hurt. I am very glad that wasn't the case with Freddy's Deli. I will 100% be back! (Sorry I did not take a picture. It tasted so good, after the first bite I was in food heaven and next thing you know the burrito was gone.)

It's been 5 years since my last Larry's review so I thought I'd share my newest 5 star revelation. I've had a menu item named after me and I highly recommend 'the Jay Salad'. I've frequented a lot of awesome restaurants and deli's yet never once did I think I'd get a menu item named after me. That's worth 15 stars imo. As my coworker said... 'I don't know what having a salad named after you means... but it's somethin!' Honestly hands down the best deli. The freshest and actually have really tasty healthy options loaded to perfection. I've never felt less than so happy after I eat here. I am however incredibly sad they stopped doing breakfast burritos since this month! My co-workers and I would order 2, sometimes 3 times a week. Needless to say, staple in my diet so Please bring back!!! LOL. Saving me money at least. Friendly service and very reasonable prices, especially for the quality! Run by a bunch of Korean ladies. Sammiches and wraps are made with better meat than most places (Jersey Mike's and Capriotti's by a lot) and they have a good selection of chips. They recently switched to Coke products...AMEN! I wish they would turn off that blaring pre-adolescent pop. Great place to stop for lunch, early or late. They will make up a whole box for the office too if you call ahead. read more

This is a very good place to get a better quality sandwich or wrap. Nothing special about the style, flavor, or atmosphere, just a good sandwich/wrap of fresh bread and Boar's Head meat. Costs roughly $10 for a combo of sandwich, side, and drink. I love the little cups of pickles they keep in the cooler by the register. Much preferred to the corporate chain competition. read more
