Customer service and food is always on point at this location. Even when I stop in for the office order of 10 subs, they take care!

The location was dirty! I mean the tables weren't wiped down, the counter and floors were full of crumbs and debris and behind the meat slicer was full of crumbs and other debris. Also they had the olive oil and vinegar containers stored in the hand washing station. They were empty when I drove up, there was one family who went in as the same time as me. They did have phone orders and online orders but I saw who I assume was the manager sitting at his laptop doing whatever restaurant managers do that makes them think they're too good to grab a rag and a broom and help out. Also the workers seemed so down. The one taking the orders barely looked at me and the one who took the money wasn't speaking above a mumble. I guess they can't get their workers to care about the state of the restaurant or customer service when all they pay is $12 an hour...just overall do better Jersey Mikes. read more

Ok so I returned to this place to see if it has changed and I'm glad it has. This other crew that was in there made this way easy to order, not a lot of chatting amongst each other. Looks like they were ready to do some business glad to have seen this. I increase my review to one more star but hopefully it stays that way and gets better for the customers sake! read more

I was standing in line and maybe about 5 to 6 people in front of me but the service was pretty quick and Mike's Famous Philly was delicious

This place is okay. We ate here on their second day open and got two free subs: #15 meatballs and cheese, #56 big kahuna cheesesteak, and #50 bbq pulled pork sub. The staff was very attentive and the orders came out quick. They slice their meat on order and have a hot grill top and cold assembly area. I would probably rate this place 2 stars if they weren't so new and we didn't get the two free subs. The hot meatball and cheese came out cold, so we asked if they could heat it up. They made us a new sandwich and it was still cold! What the deal with that idk. My company did not enjoy eating cold meatballs and sauce at all. On the other hand the cheesesteak was steaming hot! It was good but not spectacular. Overall this is an ok place for lunch if you are in the area, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here. Their cold sandwiches looked awesome though! They pile on the toppings and it is a very generous portion. If I come back I'll try their cold cuts. read more

Majority of the time I cook meals for our family. Well yesterday, I wasn't in the mood to cook anything. So I told my husband to grab something for his lunch before he heads to work. Of course, he didn't! Then calls me to drop off some lunch. Like I said, I wasn't in the mood to cook so I decided to buy his lunch. I have always been wanting to try Jersey Mike's after seeing it along the way to Walmart. So i figure, why not try it today? I am so glad I did!! I got there when the store just opened for the morning. My kids and I were greeted by a friendly gentleman slicing up some deli meats. He took our orders and asked if we had any questions. Then we were assisted by another team member with choices to add into our sandwiches. He was very generous with the items and made our sandwiches very full. The cashier who helped us next was also helpful and very welcoming. After he cashed us out, he said his "thank you's and have a great day!" I know he meant it too!! I ordered a turkey and provolone sandwich for my husband and daughter. My boys got a chipotle chicken sandwich. They all said the sandwiches were mighty tasty and delicious! Outstanding Customer Service and delicious sandwiches? Well, we definitely will be back!! I noticed that they also do catering which would be great for office lunches or meetings! I have to say that I've had Jersey Mike's sandwiches about a half dozen times. Compared to places that I've dad in Honolulu and in the United States, they aren't the very best in certain sandwiches, but they rank good probably in most of their sandwiches. Today I had their large Big Kahuna sandwich, which, eating only half with no drink or chips, still made me comatose after the meal. The bread, crusty, fresh and delicious. The peppers, meats, cheeses grilled, melted and sandwiched in thick crusty fresh bread made it enjoyable. The sandwich filled me with firm crusty bread with gooey melted cheese with tasty grilled meats, bacon, peppers that tasted great. It was great enjoying a sandwich that wasn't dripping in my fingers or crumbling from my fingertips. Now that is a real working man's sandwich to carry them through a hard day's work meal. read more

I am not a sandwich person so not even sure if I have tried Jersey Mike's on mainland but decided to give it a try. I ordered chicken bacon ranch sub and it was definitely the right choice. My chicken and bacon was juicy and cheesy. Veggies were fresh. My husband's Philly steak had too much juice on the bread. Pricy for sure for a sandwich, but it is the cost of living on this paradise. The place was busy with people picking up food, it has a fairly large dining area to eat inside and a smaller outdoor area. The sandwich I had was excellent with plenty of meat inside and the daily baked fresh bread was fantastic. The price was reasonable and well worthwhile, in comparison to a Blimpie sub-sandwich shop I would rate it higher. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was the place seemed a little under staffed and tables had not been cleaned from previous customers. read more

I did not know of this place until I was given a gift card to it last year. After trying a couple of their sandwiches, I've been a returning customer. I got my husband hooked on it rather than our other "go-to" sandwich place. Granted depending on who is working, the experience can be awkward - as there were times some of the workers would not acknowledge you in an appropriate amount of time. Or the experience can be great, like today, they were ready and eager to please. They give military discount as well, which I just found out today after the many trips I've been prior. read more

Came across a BOGO for a reg sub to use today only when ordering through their app. I have to say, it was a great experience. I selected a pickup time and my order was waiting for me at the appointed time at their pickup table. I ordered the giant sandwich, and the bread was hard and dry. I literally standing in front of the 3 workers. 1 customer ahead of me and her order was finished when I got there. I'm the only customer in the store, so I was waiting for them to help me. I almost walked out, but I approached them if they were going to help me. One employee was cutting the lettuce and said oh! We were so busy, plus you have to order here . Again, I'm the only one there. I literally standing in between "order here" sign and where they prep the sandwich In a whiteboard. So I ordered my sandwich, upset with all of them, because none of them said anything. No customer service at all. I was there watching the 3 of them walking around doing online orders and drive thru, but I never get approached me at all. The young man and the girl never change gloves, especially the young man. Right after he helped the 1st customer and cash her out, he didn't charge his gloves. He went back to the table and started dressing the sandwiches. Ewww! The scraper that is been used to clean the counter and board wasn't washed at all. Food contamination. Ppl, no matter how busy your business is, recognize your customers, especially since I'm the only one there. So disappointing. The restaurant is quiet. Counters are dusty. You just lost a customer. When a bunch of Jersey Mike's Subs stores opened up on the island, I was curious if this place is good or not. One night, my boyfriend and I decided to give this place a try after a friend raved about it. We ordered our food online and by the time we arrived at the place, it was ready-to-go. We just picked up our chip and left. I like the convenience of ordering online, which makes it so much earlier. Food: We got the Giant #13: The Italian sub (no ham) and Regular #43: Chipotle Cheese Steak. From the looks of the sub, it looks like a lot of food, but it is not. My boyfriend's sub (#13) barely has any meat or vegetables. The slices of meat were very thin. We were expecting a lot more meat than that. My sub (#43) is mediocre. I like how there was a lot of meat and cheese, but the flavor could do some work. Verdict: Love the convenient of online ordering. Just wish there was more meat in the cold subs. O The only reason they get a 1 is because the plain tuna sandwich with nothing on it was edible. Not good, more mayonnaise than I like but I got it down. These things were why I will never set foot in the place again. I gave my sandwich order to the young man. As he was spreading the tuna on the roll, I suddenly began choking and was coughing. I was having difficulty catching my breath and was obviously in distress. He just looked at me choking, set my half made sandwich aside, and asked the next guy in line for his order. I managed to croak out that I needed water and he managed to come up with a cup. Business as usual during the 2 or so minutes it took me to regain composure.i might have offered someone like that at least assistance if not an ambulance but I recovered. I went back to the station to continue on with my sandwich order. Nobody was at the station. I waited. I saw a young woman putting gloves on after she had just been running her hands over her hair to smooth it down. I thought she was going to finish my sandwich. I wanted to ask her to wash her hands first but she was acting like somebody pissed in her cheerios already and I just wanted get out of there without any secret sauce. Instead of finishing my sandwich, she picked up a broom and started sweeping. The person who seemed to be in charge rushed up to her, snatched the broom from her, and hissed instructions that I couldn't hear. The broom girl grimaced, rolled eyes, angrily removed her broom gloves, and still angrily donned another. She was mumbling questions about what I wanted on my sandwich under her breath. I couldn't hear her and didn't care to have any further contact anyway so just said nothing on the sandwich. The atmosphere in there is hostile and very unwelcoming. So I love Jersey Mikes, this location got some of the coolest staff all very very friendly all the time! I never had a problem with them. But every time, literally every single time I order through the app. My order is wrong. And not even like just added tomato when asked for none but like when I ask for wheat I get white, when I ask for chicken I get steak. I'll ask for MW on a hot sub, totally gets ignored. Todays instance, I ordered a chicken big kahuna on wheat. I got a steak on on white. Like I said nothing wrong with the crew, cause they're always cool. Popped my boyfriends cherry here last night! We went in half an hour before closing (i know, i know... FROWNNNED UPON) but come on 30mins? That's more than enough time to prepare for closing duties, but it didn't feel like it from the vibe we got from the worker :( I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich which was pretty good, overall everything was fine, but i felt the bacon was undercooked. My boyfriend got the philly cheese steak, which is a go-to. He liked it, but said there was a bit to much sauce causing the bread to be a little soggy :/ (we had to bring the food home because we didn't wanna be THOSE people) lol Overall, everything was good. You may be questioning my five star rating of Jersey Mike's, but trust me one bite of the bread will have you coming back for more. Or at least it's had me coming back at least three times in a less than thirty day period.... Unlike its competitors, Jersey Mike's slices their meats and cheeses to order, preventing customers from having to look precariously over the counter wondering just how long the cheese triangle has been there. Though when they're busy this business model may take longer, to me fresher is better. All sandwiches are made to order and suggested to be made "Mike's Way," meaning sliced onions, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, spices and "the juice" which is red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend. For those like me who like to add a few other choices, they also have pickles, banana peppers, their signature cherry pepper relish etc. Sandwich choices run the gamut from plain old turkey to Philly cheesesteak to reubens to Italian subs and even salads. They have a rewards program as well for regular diners. Staff has always been friendly and efficient and the store is always clean. read more
