I have to say something. I like the food at Jersey Mike's but they NEVER get my order right. I feel like an idiot because I tip EVERY time (I'm generous and I have worked in the food industry) I order the same thing every time and they never add the extras I ask for. Got a hot sub and asked fo add tomatoes and peppers. And no tomatoes or peppers on my sandwich as I sit here and eat it. Why? Why do I tip for you to not do your job? I'm sorry it would've inconvenienced you for another 10 seconds or so. So disappointed. read more

This Jersey Mike's location is exceptionally clean and during the busy lunch hour they moved me through the line quickly. The manager had no issue stepping up to the counter and taking my order and ensuring everything was made as I liked. Can't go wrong with #43 Chipotle Philly Cheese Steak is my favorite hot sub on the sandwich market. I appreciate the fresh cut meat and cheese. Well, it was not too busy and everyone waited quite a while. Maybe that's normal for a hot sub. The place was pretty clean. I liked my #42. They have one of those card readers that asks you how much you want to tip. Am I missing something here or is this a new generation of people wanting something for just ringing up my food? Well, they did call my name when my order was ready and the cashier offered me a receipt. Other than my pet peeve being realized, it was pretty good food. I'm sure we'll be back read more

Band aid. I thought my sandwich was free because of our points. Didn't realize it was because of the freaking nasty bandaid under the second half of my sandwich. So yeah, night shift may 31, someone put a bandaid in my sandwich. And now the 'manager' on the phone is telling my wife she's a liar. 'Can you describe the band aid? Because no one here is wearing a band aid and we don't sell bandaids.' In case you didn't know guys, Jersey Mikes doesn't sell bandaids. No need for pictures because yeah, wouldn't happen right? Free sub. Offered a free sub. I have no reason to make this up as obviously I LIKED the place having enough points for a free sandwich. I don't get it. Ridiculously overpriced and they don't do anything better than your random sandwich chain. They keep their veggies (tomatoes, onion, lettuce etc..) waaaay too cold which is a sandwich no no. The service is friendly but frustratingly slow. The rolls are cheaply made and the cold cuts are of marginal quality. read more

Ordered the chipotle cheese steak on gluten free roll. The staff made sure they used proper precautions to not cross contaminate my sandwich, which is really appreciated. The gluten free roll isn't real bread but it's not too bad. I will return. read more

Love Jersey Mike's cold subs! The super sub can't be beat! Their hot sandwiches leave a lot to be desired. I think it's the cheese. I only have 2 complaints; Pepsi instead of Coke, and their sizes are weird. It would be way better if they had a size between regular and giant. Come on Mike, give us a "Pretty Big" size. read more

I went here a few weeks ago and was not impressed. There was no one ahead of me and there were about 5 people behind the counter and it took several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I ordered my sandwich and asked for wheat bread, they grabbed white. I again told them I wanted wheat about 3 times before they started making it. I ended up with a sandwich on white bread. The food was ok, but the service was poor and the value of what you get for their price isn't worth it. I won't be going back here again. read more

We ate here today and ordered a #8, Club sandwich, jalapeño chips and a drink, Stubborn brand vanilla cream soda. It was all super fresh, delicious and filling. The bacon on it really makes it! So crispy and yummy and other meats were fresh, plentiful and delicious. The Parmesan rosemary bun helped make it delicious too. We were treated well and service was fast. We also loved the vanilla cream soda. We recommend this Jersey Mike's Subs! read more

I don't know how they select their staff but the team here but they are terrific. Their bread is fantastic and always seems fresh. I have tried several different subs: the philly cheese steak and Reuben. Loved both but the Reuben has become my favorite. But what has impressed me is the care they take. As a veteran they make me feel special . They meats are always cooked great. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys. read more

I am not a fan of too many sandwich shop but getting a good Italian sandwich with freshly cuts meats is a winner for me!

We ate there tonight and it was delicious. I had the chipotle chicken cheese steak and it was really creamy and one of the best I've ever had. We also got a meatball sub, and it was alright, but I would not order it again, the marinara was not that great and was over priced for what it was. Overall we would go back, and enjoyed the subs. It was quite pricey for 2 subs we paid $20, regular sized, also it is annoying that when using a card it asks you to tip them. (Which is why I minused a star) Not sure when that came around to tip at a fast food place, but it almost makes you not want to run a card to eat there. read more

This post was from my Nephew Dylan after hearing me rave about the grilled subs at Jersey Mikes. " I went in with pretty high expectations set by my uncle Steve. I walked in to be bombarded with many options and had no idea what to do. I then stubbled upon a section of the menu titled cheese steaks. my mind was set. I was going for one of these glorious subs. I preceded to ask the very kind lady taking my order for a chipotle cheese steak. By far the best sounding option. I got my water and anxiously waited with a drooling mouth for the sub. I finally heard the glorious words "order for Smith" and was delighted. I grabbed the sandwich labeled 17 representing the chipotle sub I had ordered. I couldn't contain my excitement. I tore into the wrapping and took a bite of the sub. it was great. cheesy. meaty. hot. delicious. but there was something missing. The chipotle mayo they had promised. I went into panic, eating away in search of the sauce, but it was nowhere to be found. I noticed there were jalapeños and mushrooms on my sandwich. I finished the sub anyways because it was tasty regardless. I then asked my father if his sandwich contained chipotle mayo. To my horror he said it did. I could've had the delicious sub I ordered. At the end of the day my sub was great but there was a mess up with the staff. I give it a 7.5/10. Great staff. Good quality food. Good speed. but at the end of the day it wasn't what I wanted and I've had better sandwiches. I will have to go again and get the sub I initially wanted. This is a great sandwich. The staff is helpful and friendly. The sandwiches are tasty and made fresh right before your very eyes. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Parking can be a bit of a pain but don't be afraid to walk, it will allow you to get one of the big sandwich's. read more

I have only been twice, tried two different subs, and I love this place!!! First time I have jad the meat ball sub, which was more like a sliced meat loaf sandwich - in the best way!! Second I had the chicken Philly, seriously delicious! I was intimidated by the cost of these sandwiches at first, because I'm an eater a d the "large" subs are like $14... then, I realized those truly would serve two people no problem! . The girls behind the counter were cheerful and tried to be very helpful as we chose our sandwiches. Despite being the only people in the place, we had a hard time finding a clean table. 4 people making subs, no one wiping tables. We saw a young man clean the bathrooms while we were there and they were spotless. The sandwiches were better than say JJ or Subway, but a little pricey for what you get, IMO. The meats and bread are definitely higher quality, but not commiserate with the price. We had the Rueben and one of the Phillys. It was supposed to have mushrooms, but they forgot them. I'll overlook that as it was their first week. Both sandwiches were fine, but our personal definitions of an outstanding Rueben include rye bread, and of an outstanding Philly- cream cheese and A-1. They just don't make these sandwiches that way here. Ok. Whatever. Another reviewer mentioned the tipping thing at check out and yeah, that's not my favorite either at a place like this. Some sort of tray or plate or something would be nice- we were given just a paper wrapped sandwich to eat at our table, which felt a little weird.
