Fantastic experience! They created a very nice little eatery area with Applebees on one side and Five Guys on the other. Parking was good. Everyone is friendly and happy to make your order to your liking, turkey sub tub was very good and plenty to eat. I enjoyed dining in this evening. The sandwiches are usually great/incredible. The last 2 times I've gone they have messed them up due to hastily making them (the McDonald's effect) 1st one cut the top and handed it off to be covered in mayo before I could even tell them what type of cheese I wanted. How about just asking if a person wants mayo or mustard? The person then proceeded to build the sandwich with out asking me anything else I wanted until they put the top on it. I said I would like mustard and she then covered the bacon with mustard (totally changes the bacon flavor which then changes the sandwich taste) SLOW DOWN just a bit people. Think about adding 20 seconds to each customer interaction. The last visit (tonight) I ordered 2 sandwiches. Again 1 of them was made exactly like above. The 2nd one I forgot to tell them to not put cheese on it. I told them I'm sorry I forgot to tell them about that. I told her to just throw it on mine since it was already sliced. Instead the person told me it's ok it won't be added and then just threw away the sliced cheese (wasteful/ almost offensive - but that's how I was raised) Slow down some. Listen to the customer if they say it's ok the put something from 1 sandwich onto their other...it's not costing anymore from product inventory and it just makes sense to not be wasteful. read more

I was told that this was a must try sub sandwich place by a few separate people. Once I saw that it was built I had to try it out. I ended up spending $16 for a sandwich and a drink! I'm in town for a business meeting and was slated to bring my account lunch( 20 people). Usually, I have the account call the restaurant of choice and place their own order to omit discrepancies and save time. Of course, the account was too busy and failed to call-in the order. This delay would eliminate any pre-prepping time and lunch for my own team if this store wasn't straight on fire! I told them the issue, they had a plan, and handled the entire order with ease. Some of you might think it's just making sandwiches; however, it takes trained employees to manage an unexpected large order in the middle of a lunch rush. This location is consistently awesome. The store is always clean, even when they're busy. Staff is aways friendly. The food is out of this world good. So.e will argue it's too expensive. Good to have another sandwich option in Menifee. I've already eaten lunch here about a dozen times. Very good tuna. They mix two different kinds of tuna and put stuff other than just mayo in it for a very distinct flavor. A little bit on the pricey side. A normal (regular) sandwich is over $7. Submarina puts out coupons all the time where you can get a MEGA sized (XL) premium sandwich w/ bacon+avocado (enough to stuff two adults) for $7.99. Jersey Mikes will definitely stay in my rotation. Good/quick service is a plus. Bonus points for free sandwiches add up fairly quickly. read more

This was our first visit to Jersey Mike's and it was courtesy of a gift card from a student. My husband had the meatball sub and I had the Reuben sub. Warm subs only come in two sizes, regular and giant. We both ordered regular size and my husband had a bag of chips as well. Both were VERY good. I especially like their bread. I also liked having the choice of a Reuben sub, it isn't something I have seen on other sandwich shop menus. The service was fantastic, very friendly and helpful young people working behind the counter. The wait was next to nothing, but the employee helping us still apologized for the wait. Very well trained employees! We choose to eat in and the restaurant was very clean, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I do think it's a little pricey, hence the four stars. read more
