Easy review here....I LOVE JERSEY MIKE'S SUBS!! The chipotle cheesesteak is as good as any cheesesteak I've had in Philly...THAT'S RIGHT...Just as good!! Big Jersey Mike's fan. I buy a couple of sandwiches almost every Friday night. Not the cheapest sandwiches in town, but they're big and taste great. While quantity and quality haven't been an issue, the service at this location has been having problems over the last month. For 3 weeks in a row, the ingredients ordered online were not what ended up on the sandwich. This week I put in the special instructions "Get ingredients right :-) They have been wrong last 2 weeks in a row." They still got it wrong. And of course, you can't see that until you get the sandwiches home and open them up. In addition, twice in the last month I had to wait for them to make the sandwich, despite having ordered online 1 to 2 hours in advance. The last two weeks I tried calling in the order and was unable to get a live person to answer the phone. Gave up after 30+ minutes. If this was a ball game Jersey Mike's would be out. Great product. Staff was rude. I went at a time when no one, I repeat, no one but me was there. Several staff members just standing around. None of the staff greeted me, no one asked what I wanted. I finally got someone attention. Acted bothered that I wanted a sandwich. Took several attempts to make an order as the person kept turning around for no apparent reason. Food was tasteless -- not bad, not good, but had all the flavor of styrofoam. Never again. read more

Their Philly's are the best, a bit pricey but the amazing Philly with a lot of meat and cooked fresh makes the price worth it! I love this sub shop. Before it opened, I had not visited a Jersey Mike's, as I have just moved to the area and there were no Jersey Mike's in my former state. I do like discovering the different sandwiches and figuring out my favorites. The quality of meats and bread is wonderful! The staff is knowledgeable, cheerful and welcoming. I also like the fact that they have a membership club you can join where there are no cards to keep track of and points build towards an actual sub. You enter in your phone number yourself and start earning actual rewards on day one! There are also double point days, too. Nice job, Jersey Mike's! I highly recommend this sub shop! read more

Went in with a friend and he ordered the giant meatball and I got the big kahuana chicken cheese steak. Both sandwiches lacked that true Jersey Mike appeal. Both sandwiches were bland and neither bread was toasted. Honestly we threw both sandwiches away after a few bites. I wont pass judgment on all Jersey Mikes but this one was bad. We will not be going back. Philly's steak and hoagies behind this shop will be getting my money. read more

It was the worst roast beef and provolone sandwich!! Our family had it a month ago and it was so much better! The sandwich had no taste! The bread was old, roast beef was not as fresh, the lattice, onion and tomatoes were soggy!! I don't know where to begin. Jimmy John is so much better!!! read more

This is the only Jersey Mike's I've been to, where the employees are all nasty. Incredibly rude with attitudes. Not one was friendly. Not one smiled. They all acted bothered that they had to make sandwiches and wait on me. I've been to other Jersey Mike's in other states, New Jersey, California and Texas, and Jersey Mike's is supposed to be known for their fast and friendly service. They were also incredibly slow at making my order. There were 3 people working when I went in last Sunday afternoon March 5, and not one was nice. They need an entire new crew here. read more

Really didn't like this place ordered the Ruben it was too salty and the meat was tough and chewy I ended up not eating it and just getting a cheesesteak from Phillys. My sister also ordered the Italian cold sub and I tried it wasn't very good either I will not come back here again. read more

This is the WORST Jersey Mike's in Pensacola. The service sucks, you hear people in the back talking loud about who've they let nut in them as if that needs to be discussed at work, especially when their are children in there. They were totally unprofessional, one girl was extremely loud for no reason, food was awful and the manager doesn't try to help out, he just engages in conversations with customers whom I assume he already knows and doesn't pay attention to nothing or no one else, even if his staff needs help, he's too busy talking to give a care. I've been in here 3 times all at very different times and I've had the worse service ever in the daytime, but at night it is totally different, at night the staff is eager to help and very nice even when your picky on how you want your food. The food still sucks though and the prices are ridiculously high. It's not hard to make a sandwich but customer service and presentation helps your business to survive. Won't send anyone here.
