If I could give negative stars I would. The employees here are so un-interested in customer service it's incredible. They are more interested in playing grab a$$, that they act BOTHERED when you walk in. The blond young lady is the worst of the bunch. Nono e says welcome or hello and no one says thank you goodbye. When it's time to dress your sandwich you just get stared at. Worst service I've ever received. I've given this place several attempts to get better and it gets worse. No more for me. Someone needs to fix this, because the food is great. read more

We have been to many many Jersey Mike's all over the country and this particular store is the absolute worst one!!! We ordered 3 regular subs (approx $30) for pick up and this is where everything went down hill. Got to the store only to have to wait another 25 mins just to pick up the subs. Even though there were 4 or 5 workers, there was a line of at least 15 people waiting to order, plus another line of 7-8 people for the online pickup. None of the workers seemed to really care nor did they seem to have a handle on the assembly line - very chaotic and disorganized. We get home and sit down to eat....3 subs, all 3 completely wrong. First, none of the subs had any condiments, none, zip, zilch. No lettuce, no tomato, no mayo, no mustard, no nothing. And the bread....the bread looked like something that has been dropped on the floor a few times and had a jar of pickles sitting on it - yes, the bread smelled like pickles, was soggy like it sat in pickle juice, but yet no pickles on the sub...what?!? We love Jersey Mike's, but we will NOT be back to this place. This is the 3rd time at this shop that food and service has been mediocre at best, certainly not up to par with the Jersey Mike's reputation. My advice, skip the disappointment and go to the shop on Bell. read more

If I could give zero stars i would. We ordered online and every single sandwich was wrong. upon calling, it was said they were out of everything and just replaced it without asking. after not making it until 10 mins after pickup time. we were standing in store and they couldn't ask if a substitute was ok. then, manager joe claimed he sent us a refund and it would be in our account in 3-5 days. A week later, manager Zack says there's no refund on tap and we must come back a third time with a receipt. We asked if there was an email of number to send it to and he rudely responded no no no and was snotty to us. Super rude and unhelpful. the whole situation is a disaster due to ignorant staffing. read more

Beyond horrible customer service. There were four of us in line and the employees decided to work on a HUGE online order before helping any of us. The person who ordered was NOT in the store the entire time we were there. No apology or anything. It took 19 min to get one regular sub. Because of the online orders that apparently take priority over customers in the store all the toppings were at the bottom of their containers. The nice lady behind me asked for fresh lettuce because what was left was old and browning and they looked at her like she was crazy and said "you want me to pull more from the fridge?" Like questioning if she really wanted them to do so. She she's yes of course and the employee rolled his eyes. I didn't even complain about the brown lettuce on my sub. Never again I was standing in line to have my order taken. I should have just walked out after what I saw. The person cutting the cheese and meat just stood back and sneezed. He did step back but he didn't cover up but wipe his nose with his sleeved and the when back to his making the sandwiches. I guess when he sneezed he doesn't sprays. Now it is my turn to order. I told him the number, size, and bread type. He got the size correct but he made the sandwich which he wanted. He told me he can't hear. So the next step they place it on the counter where he sneezed on which wasn't clean after he did that. I guess at Mikes paper linings are very expensive. Next I was asked do I want it like Mike dose. Sure but don't put on any tomatoes. Well she made it the way she wanted it too. I did hear her said to others that she can't hear too. When she was done she done she put it on the counter where every sandwich is made. Next the wrap up time. I said I like it for here. Well every table that was empty was not clean. So I had to clean for them. At the checkout they asked if you want to leave a tip? I am glad that I didn't tip them like they wanted me to do. So if I want to eat it there I have to clean the tables for them? Next time if I am in this area I going to go next door to Rubio's. When they take your order you get it correct. Here is the amazing thing, they bring it to you and the tables are clean. If it wrong they will fixed it. read more

I walk into the location at Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant pkwy at 8pm on 5/16 and was informed that they had run out of bread. I understand things happen, but the 15 minutes it took me to drive to get your awesome sandwiches, I left with nothing. The two boys behind the counter couldn't even offer an apology for my inconvenience. I've never had a problem with Jersey Mikes. But today I ordered for pickup 2 stickball subs , have had them before and they were delicious. This time when I got home and opened the wrapper the bread was hard and there was like only one ounce of meat on the whole sandwich. It was like eating 2 pieces of bread with a little bit of lettuce and a tomato. The top of the bread was hard and crumbly. I would give them a zero if I could for this order. Chicken Philly was more like the consistency of a chicken salad. The only thing I saw in it were chopped red bell pepper and onion. No cheese,tomato,or anything else. The staff could not make the 20 USD sub correctly. The tried twice. Called and informed them after driving home. I bought the sub at 1:36 and just returned home at 3:29. Imagine running a business where u not only can't fulfill the agreement but then refuse to honor the agreement, but u tie up you customer for two hours of their time bc your staff is incapable and combative. They told me to bring it back. They inspected the sub, tried to argue with me, provided refund for incorrect amount. Manager was combative and incredibly rude. What is going on in food service where customers don't get what they order. It is a simple transaction, the younger people just don't care about providing a fair exchange. Money for a product, it is simple but we have so hurt these young people that they get offended when we tell then they made a mistake. It Is insane. The management allowed a customer wearing a MAGA hat AND NO MASK to be served. When the manager was confronted about it, pointing out their MASK REQUIRED sign, he said he didn't notice the customer wasn't wearing a mask. LIAR! COWARD! This place is just has lazy employees. You customers waiting to place orders yet two or three employees playing footie in the back. They finally came out after the one guy who killin himself behind the counter calls for them. Yet they maintain to have zero urgency or care in the world. The subs are good and hot. The inside is a mess. No napkins at the tables. Trash can is overflowing. The tables themselves and seats were dirty. The service was slightly slow. Since it's a new restaurant and hopefully the bugs will be ironed out, but for right now I can't really recommend it unless you get it to go. read more

I would like to see the bread placed on the sandwich paper and then prepare my sandwich. Instead of the meat slicer person continued to touch my bread and everything else he touches. Ordered online. Went to pick up at the time it was supposed to be ready and waited 10 more minutes. Would have been faster to go in and order. The people I would have been in line ordering behind were done much quicker. When I got there the young man says they were still working on it. After 10 minutes i asked another young man and he said here you go. It was sitting there ready the entire time. Then the employees were not very nice about it when I advised them to let the employee at the front register know that it had been ready when I had arrived so I wouldn't have had to wait for nothing. I love Jersey Mike's but today was disappointing. The music was so loud we had to go eat in our car. I always get a sandwich in a tub. Today they did not offer to cut the tomatoes or onions (nor do they have knives in their silverware packets) which seems smAll until you're trying to eat a giant tomato slice in your salad. They also left the bacon off, lets be real that's the best part. To top it off, the girl checking us out (who was friendly) wore the same gloves to cash out the person in front of us as she did to make our food. Gross. Very very disappointed. read more

I love jersey mikes. It's 10x better than subway. But today was not one of those days. I was told by multiple managers that if you take off two meats you can replace it with another. I get a number 13 no prosciuttini or cappacuolo add turkey. Makes sense to be able to do that because Italian meats are always much more expensive than turkey. I go to pay and I am charged 2.50 for turkey. I asked why. They said it's a "heavier" meat. I got one slab of turkey on my sandwich when I opened it. What do you mean heavier??? And it STILL had cappacuolo on it. I ask for light oil and vinegar, but still too much oil and vinegar that my bread was falling apart on the bottom. read more

I've been coming in since grand opening, and I have never had an issue. The employees always seem to be super helpful and respectable. First time in here at 5:00 on Sunday night it was horrible the lady who got my order was so rude and in a rush she didn't even ask me what I wanted in it when I asked to add stuff I asked for a second and she rushed me again. Got my order wrong I wanted it toasted and it wasn't and the prices are kinda ridiculous for a sandwich. I don't know why they moved subway and replaced it with this place subway is way faster, nicer, and cheaper. Plus this place doesn't even have Dr Pepper. I was gonna give them the benefit of the doubt but when that lady was that rude nope not going back there again. The food is generally good however the staff is not very friendly and if you don't order on line they really don't give two hoots about you. I have been ignored the last 2 times I went in here without ordering on line first. The last time on 20 May at 5:55 PM ticket number 01-001515-01-117212, I was ignored for 5 minutes before they asked what they could get started for me. I was watching them prep the on line orders before me and my order and they really were not interested in preparing the food, i.e. really man handling the bread and contents. My wife and I went to this location to grab a sub to take home. What a mistake that was! Took us 25 minutes just to get our order placed. Four employees on a Saturday at noon, not very good staffing scheduling. While there, two customers came back in with wrong orders. The femaLe working the register was clueless and was so slow.
