First off, this is one of the best Jersey Mike's Subs I've been to. This one included with the El Segundo Location. The owner stops by frequently and from talking with him he makes sure that his store is delivering the best customer service possible. The employees are very friendly and also know how to make a delicious sandwich. I always ask for the original italian and want it very particularly with less oil than vinegar and they always pull through. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stop in and eat. read more

Chaos in the store. Kid just came in from break and ready to work. I just looked at him .... He stopped and left to wash his hands..... Thank goodness. Waited and waited. Then ordered my sandwich (mini ). Kid cut what looked like would be a half of mini from the large buns. He said they are out of minus and is it ok. No it's now. Don't want a half of mini. Don't come near closing if you want a grilled sandwich. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, ordered 2 sandwiches and had the nerve to want a famous Philly cheesesteak. After making the order and walking towards the register one of the other workers informed me that the grill was closed down for the night. This is how you lose business. read more

Went to Jersey Mike's for the 1st time to pick up a huge lunch order we had for our office. As soon as we walked in the door you could tell everyone behind the counter was happy to be there. Our online order was ready to go so all we had to do was sign and take our food. They sounded happy to have prepared our order and asked if they could cater any future meals. Their cheerful mood was definitely contagious. No complaints from anyone at our office so food was delicious in case you're wondering. Thanks again everyone at the PCH location!!! read more

Are people so desperate for sandwich shops that this place gets 4-5 stars? The meat, while shaved in front of you, looks like blocks of spam. The Chicken Parm was frozen chicken microwaved. And don't get me started on service. There were 7 teenagers standing making sandwiches without any logic. They would run around with spoons, pouring stuff, slicing, and assembling sandwiches in the most chaotic way. My Chicken Parm had so much red sauce that the bread disintegrated and it made it a wet gooey mess. Couldn't even eat the damn thing. I'll never eat at this place again. Subway, which is not great, is far better and much cheaper. read more

The best sandwich thus far in the area. So glad to have a jersey mikes in such close proximity to my home. Definitely not your typical five dollar sub, but Worth every penny. I got a turkey and cheese on a white sub roll. I also tried the red pepper relish on my sub and that was amazing! It had an acidic/vinegary taste with a nice heat to it as well. I will be back soon to try more sandwiches! And of course for the friendly service! They were great! read more

Very fresh meats and produce. Choice of toppings, rolls and wraps. Having it "Mike's Way" is the fastest and very tasty with lettuce, tomato, onion, olive oil blend, red vinegar and spices. The staff at this location is phenomenal! I've ordered catering for the office in the past, and I have never been disappointed. They are always on time, give great service, and great sandwiches. Our most recent catering pick-up brought to my attention their Day of Giving March 29th. I did a large order on that day, and despite being CRAZY busy with a line around the corner, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I commend the whole team. Disclaimer: Have been to numerous Jersey Mike's Locations....enjoy their product. I've had multiple bad experiences at this location, culminating with the absolute worst one today. This location is the closest one to my home. I was hosting a party this evening, and used the internet to order a giant and a large sandwich TWO FULL HOURS before pick-up. I pre-paid with a credit card (something I really don't like to do). I arrived a full 10 minutes after the pick-up time with my teen-aged daughter in tow, printed "ticket" in hand, and the confused, unsupervised children behind the counter hadn't even started the order yet. They looked shocked and befuddled, and quickly and sloppily threw my order together, while the poor customers who had been waiting in line (which was substantial), looked on in anger and confusion. The only attempt they made to make it right was to offer me a free fountain drink. I left immediately and will never go back. This is usually a good chain, and I won't hesitate to go to others...The Redondo location is an absolute joke. 09/29/16 EDIT: Funny, An "Ahsley" from Jersey Mike's Corporate immediately responded to this post requesting Info, I answered her questions below via e-mail, then never heard a word from her or her corporate pals. Apparently JM's response is a canned attempt at public relations with no real follow up.
