I was on a long road trip to my parents house in Tahoe on the 80 and on the way I stopped for a sandwich at Jersey Mikes Rocklin. The place seemed new and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly staff which was great because I needed to talk to some friendly people after a long drive. We had a difficult order because I had my kids and wife with me, but their staff was on point and got everything correct. I had a great experience at this Jersey Mike's! The employees were so friendly and efficient. Good Job all. There was also a nice gentleman who I think was the manager (I think his name was Bryan) who complimented me on how fit I looked. I told him I've been working out because I have a cruise coming up. I gave him a couple tips and ordered the Turkey sandwich :). This is my new stop when I visit my parents now. read more

I love Jersey Mike's and was excited when I found this one right down the street. Service is excellent. The problem I have with this particular store is that they are very stingy on meat and cheese. On a regular roast beef sub they put 3 paper thin slices of provolone and a paltry amount of beef. Other JM stores I've visited in the recent months have a lot more in their subs. read more

This place is SO good. My boyfriend got the mini provolone and turkey, the mini was about 6 inches which was surprising! It filled him up. The ingredients are so fresh and the bread was soft and yummy. I got the chipotle cheese steak and it was piping hot and not too spicy! I got the regular (it was our first time and it was too big so I could only eat about 1/2 of it...next time I'll order the mini). The 2 people working were very helpful and energetic also. I love the food at Jersey Mike's, so tasty! But the service could use some work. I ordered a sub online and came in when it was suppose to be ready and they had not even started making it. The idea of online is so you can plan and get things at a certain time. It was an inconvenience. I also noticed (while waiting for my online sub to be made) several people come and go because the staff was disorganized and the line was not moving. Don't offer online ordering and give a pick up time if you can't deliver. I live the food, but will reconsider this location in the future. read more

Excellent service. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Been to this shop three times since the grand opening. The food is fresh and very tasteful. The meat and cheese are always cut fresh, for each sandwich. Always consistent. This is classic Jersey Mike's style, I have learned to appreciate from the Vacaville and Fulton/Marconi locations. My favorite has become The Original Italian sub, #13, light on the juice... or maybe sometimes I'll get the pastrami, dressing on the side. It always satisfies. Keep up the good work. My husband and I like to split the veggie sandwich here. I like the cornmeal on the bottom of the bread rolls. The vegetables are usually fresh. Sometimes if we forget to ask for light or no oils the sandwich is to oily. There usual has oils and salt and pepper. It still tastes good, it's just too much for my personal taste. read more

This place is fantastic. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They even knew what the numbers on the menu meant. The man helping us, I believe his name is Fernando, was so excited and provided recommendations. I ended up taking his recommendation and going with the number 9. And I was not disappointed. I just went to Jersey Mike's subs for the first time today. I think I've found my new favorite sandwich place. It was kind of busy but they moved pretty quickly. I got the original italian with a brownie and soda. It was only about 12 dollars. This place is so much more affordable than beach hut deli and the sandwich taste better as well. Sandwich was good. They over charged me though. I asked for avocado on one sandwich and they charged me for both sandwiches. Also, I went in the next day because I lost my wallet and I went to backtrack to try to find it and one of the ladies had asked a customer if they were a first timer and they got a free cookie. I've had 3 different sandwiches here and very tasty! They overdo the oil/vinegar, if you don't eat the sandwich right away it gets mushy, I'd suggest none or light. Friendly service, you can tell they care about their customers. Ordered online during the last visit and I waited 15 extra minutes after my pick up time. It kind of defeated the order ahead idea and with only 2 employees working they need to iron that out so customers don't get upset. read more

I am so happy that Jersey Mike's has come to our area, they have the BEST subs, hot and cold, wraps, cheese steaks, brownies and cookies! The food at this Jersey Mike's is exceptional with generous portions, like all Jersey Mike's locations that I have tried! This location is very clean with very friend employees and owner. My favorites are their tuna fish and roast beef with provolone subs and their brownies but, everything I have tried has been delicious. They are located near the Studio Movie Grill.
