So, it's hard for me to rate a chain highly with so many great mom & pop shops around (the now closed "Carved" in Sterling, for example). It does the job. My kids love the Rosemary Parmesan bread. During covid times, Jersey Mike's delivers via UberEats, Door Dash, and GrubHub. My hubs and I were in the mood for Italian subs (#13 on their menu). I wanted a "mini" which is like a quarter of a sub while he wanted "regular" which is about half. Accidentally, they made 2 regulars which was really nice of them. According to their menu, it was supposed to have provolone, ham, prosciutto, capicola, salami, and pepperoni, but it seemed to be really heavy on the ham and skimpy or actually missing some of the other meat types listed. I have three suggestions.. though everything is good as long as the line is on point and hears your order out.. ham salami provo lettuce tomato mayo oil vinegar salt pepper oregano and onions.. banana peppers if you want a kick.. reg white roll.. winner!!!! I went in the other day very randomly and had my first Jersey Mike's sub. I had the Italian cheeseburger with chipotle mayo. It was cool not too memorable. I thought the legendary Jersey Mike's would have me running back for more but it was just ok. Workers were nice. I didn't like how the guy making my sandwich had to keep stopping to move the stove or whatever it was. Going under the counter to pull things and then still cooking the food? Despite the poor reputation of at least one of their area locations, this (and most) Jersey Mike's spots makes a good commercial-grade sandwich. Sometimes they're a bit surly behind the counter or sloppy in their wrapping, but their #7 (turkey and provalone) and #13 (original Italian) are predictably tasty. I wouldn't be quick to compare a sub chain to a good neighborhood Italian deli, but the latter isn't found everywhere. Jersey Mike's is usually very accommodating to requests for adding (or removing) secondary components, special sandwich cutting or marking. We usually pick-up in person, rather than using one of the delivery services, and they aren't always ready at the time indicated by their website. That said, we aren't kept waiting long. read more

1st and only time I will be ordering from this company! My colleagues and I from work put in an order on Sunday through Ubereats for 6 various subs. After over an hour later we checked and it showed the order as being completed??!! Clearly nothing was received by us so we started the in app chat process to inquire about the order. It's a 3rd party order and mistakes happen a lot as I deal with that in the restaurant I work for. I called the restaurant to to see what options I had available and the manager said we could have the order remade for a pick-up or assistance with getting my money refunded. I asked to have the items remade. I drove to the location (after paying for delivery, fees, and a tip?!) and picked up the items. Stupid me I started to check the items there but I just counted to make sure all the items were there which appeared correct. Upon arrival I checked my sandwich and for close to 16 dollars this is what I received??? Where is the meat on my "giant" sandwich? I have eaten Jersey Mike's subs before, and thought they were good, but not exceptional. This is the first regular sized sub I purchased today. My daughter had a gift card, and the cashier had no idea how to check the balance. That's all right, maybe he is a new employee. The man who took my order did not speak up, and the other worker made more food than I had ordered as a result. I did not pay for a full size when I only ordered a regular size. If you are going to charge stupidly expensive prices for sandwiches, at least train your employees better. Too expensive, overrated and I will not be back. I will go to my local pizza and sub place. Jersey Mike's Subs are so good and I love having one so close to my house. Besides having great subs, their differentiator is the quality of their service. They have an assembly line method where everyone greets you with a smile. I usually get the Club Sub which has turkey, ham, bacon and provolone and ask for it Mike's Way which includes lettuce, tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper, oregano, and oil and vinegar. Their subs are perfection and pretty consistently made across all locations. If you like subs, I definitely recommend checking them out. read more

The cashier was busy wrapping sandwiches, so I had to wait additionally, before paying, and when taking my $$, she bearly paid any attention to me. They left out an entire sandwich, and wanted me to either come pick it up or send the poor delivery driver back. Absolutely ridiculous! While I was there WAITED another 40 min with no one talking to me for 15 min. There were several customers (5) who showed up after me went on line and ordered in person that left before me. I ask for Mikes Way on the last two sandwiches and wanted extra items but they just wrapped it up.
