The staff here were so distracted talking shit about other employees to realize they completely messed up my sandwich. There was a huge line and they were making people wait so they could text "the group chat" so someone can come in. None of them knew what they were doing. I have mobile ordered a few times to this location. When standing at the mobile order pick up area the staff usually ignore the customer and the customer has to get their attention. The order had not even been started yet. Not to mention 75% of the time the order is not correct. I'm not sure how difficult it is to read an order ticket. This location is the closest to my home, however I would rather travel a little further to a different location for better service and a correct order. read more

This is our fav sandwich shop...the meat, cheese, and veggies are so fresh. They slice the meat and cheese while you watch. The staff is very friendly. Watch for coupons in the mail. They also have a frequent customer card. Oh, and if you register you get a free sandwich, chips and drink (no strings) on your b-day. Great place! :) They also catered a PTA dinner...small sized sandwiches are in this box with the oils in litle bottles. Very clever...a big hit. read more

I have to agree with some reviews here, they are NOW just ok, at best. We (family) used to really enjoy their subs, but lately they are- 1. SMALLER, 2. less flavor in meat and cheeses, 3. Cost more, 4. Seem to want tips. We've visited others and they are all similar in quality, but my wife's relatives live in Valencia. 1. We know the subs are smaller. We haven't grown, but it seems like we're a foot taller when we get these tiny subs now. They fit in your hand like a hot dog bun, not a sub now. 2. Missing something? Flavor. Seasoning with Mikes Way helps, but the quality HAS changed. Period. 3. Cost more - did I say that already? $9 or more for a small hot dog size Sub? We're trying the competition next time we crave subs. Togos did the same and now they're in woo. Businesses need to realize Consumers are VERY perceptive, and you can't fool us with switchery. We spend a lot of money on food, so treat us right, as we will go to the one who does. 4. What is this "tip" screen? You can't join, use their "club" points or pay with plastic without them asking for a FRIKKIN tip. I ALREADY BOUGHT A $9 hot dog sub!, Why do I have to tip? I don't need to hear a bell ring, I'm good. Pay your employees more, reduce your staff, or let go of some of your millions in profits to keep customers who aren't pressed to tip at FAST FOOD. We aren't being served anything. It is a self serve, get your own chips, drink, utensils, dessert, etc. Bottom line, get back to the original service you got us hooked on, the food is why we returned in the PAST, I'm not tipping anyone in fast food service. I ate at the Jersey Mikes Subs located at 25660 The Old Road, Stevens Creek, Calif. I ordered the HUGE meatball sandwich and was shocked to see TWO MEATBALLS being used and cut up to cover the HUGE sub????? The end of the sandwich had no meat, it was 3 inches of sauce and cheese? I asked whats up and the female asked " we can spread them out more " that would leave huge spaces of sauce and bread and no meatball....OUTRAGEOUS! I had to BUY and extra meatball to cover this TOTAL RIP OFF! What do they do with a standard sandwich? Half a meatball? This location is a total rip off, looks like some owner trying to maximize his profits on our backs...IMAGINE, this huge piece of bread and TWO MEATBALLS! Jimmy literally went above and beyond to make me feel special. He even asked me if I wanted anything extra on my tub and even offered to grill in the jalapeños I wanted. Jersey Mike's is a favorite of mine for sandwiches and if a city has one, I try to stop in while traveling. This one is located in Valencia Marketplace. It is clean, bright and inviting. The set up is to a tee what the others look like. I was worried about going as the last review by Scott was a "1" but I am glad I did despite it. I agree customer service makes a business. Also, so does the product. The FOOD was spot on. I get the turkey and provolone. The turkey and cheese #7 is sliced so incredibly thin and to order. My favorite thing is "Mike's way." Mike's way is lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar, onions and spices. Sandwiches numbered 3,6,8,9 are also good so is the meatball one. There are kids meals. There are hot subs and there are salads made of all the ingredients in one sandwich but without the bread called sub in a tub. Plus they have wraps too. Yum. Fountain drinks, chips are available separately or you can make a combo. Now that we know that it gets 5 stars for the sandwich category and sparkly environment, on to the service. I had neither good nor bad SERVICE. They just made our table's food and took our money no more, no less. When we arrived no smiley greeting. Also, no thanks. I was expecting less, due to Scott's review, so I wasn't disappointed. The younger people did disappear into the back and were somewhat unapproachable so I can see other posters points. The young woman there was nicer to the people after us and the guy the same to us as everyone else. When serving one person while we were there they did not honor her free sub because they didn't have another card to give her? She left upset because they didn't explain it. I think that the workers need to put on a warm greeting for all customers, give attentive service and do it consistently. If so, they will be unbeatable because the food is already so good. always fresh. i always get the caesar wrap with spinach tortilla... so goooooood. my brother hates veggies but he eats the lettuce and tomato from here. their bathroom is clean along with the eating floor space. only thing i don't like about this jersey mike's is that the order i get takes awhile.. and i get that. cept everytime i go the staff is busy talking and joking with one another that they MAKE it slow. then through all their chatter my wrap gets WRAPPED slow too. honestly can't they maybe multitask or do my order first? i pay for my food and they talk their way through. i have to get my food and be somewhere too.. i don't have all the time.. and if it happened once or twice FINE. but it's like this EVERY damn time i go. maybe i should just order a sub from now instead of giving them an excuse to slow down my wrap. read more

Always reliable, good, quick and clean. Location is good, employees (especially Genevieve) are fantastic and the fold always tastes fresh. Subway/Togos etc. doesn't hold a candle to J. Mike's, you can taste it in the quality. read more

Hands down best sub shop I have ever been to. A little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Fresh meats cut in front of you, fresh vegetables, amazing staff. This place is filthy dirty, is the first impression as I walked in. Only one person ordering yet every table from the outside to the inside were dirty. The soda machine was so Discusting with sticky syrup splattered on the machine The young men working behind the counter looked confused and were bumping into each other looking lost. Behind the counter laid bulks of roast beef, turkey and some other opened lunch meats just laying there unwrapped. The floors were dirty and not to mention the restrooms were worse. I thought handeling food you were suppose to wear gloves, not this place. After paying for our sandwhich i saw the young man Carlos handling money from the cash register and then go make a sandwich (w/out washing his hands). Do yourself a favor and drive by this place and find another Jersey Mikes. This was our 1st n last visit at this location. I'm sure the health department will be visiting soon. read more
