First time trying this food so I went all the way and sampled a couple of things. I had a slice of sausage pizza. I love thick dough so this was perfect! I tried an Italian sub..... Wow! The bread is unique with a great flavor! I tried a ham and cheese calzone. Also very yummy . I will have a hard time making my food choice next time . I ordered 6 times over the last 3 months before writing this review. Every wednesday is pizza, popcorn and movie night at the house. So after the 5 year old does his homework we celebrate. Jet's 8 corner pizza is the bomb. one half is cheese for the 5 year old and the other half is sausage and bold robust pepperoni. For a fast food pizza joint this is the best it gets. I love the thick flaky light crust, I like how they take the cheese all the way to the edge and caramelize the crust, fantastic. The thick pepperoni on top gets crispy, the perfect crunch and pop of flavor. To far for delivery so I pick it up. The staff always has a smile and the pizza is always ready when i arrive. Ordered delivery from here and it was majorly gross!! Some of the worst pizza I've had by far. We ordered the "new york style" crust, which is not new york style at all! The crust is still thick, similar to pizza from Domino's. The worst part was, this was pizza was SO greasy that not only was there a pool of grease on top of the pizza, it also had soaked all the way through to the bottom of the pizza. All you could taste was grease. Also, we ordered a large pizza and it was literally 6 slices. 6 slices....really? We were expecting more. Not that we wanted more, after tasting how nasty it was. For $26 you would expect better! Would much rather have gotten Pizza Hut or Domino's for $10, much better pizza for way less money!! Never again!! read more

They were unable to deliver the food at the time I request...and I thought they'd deliver it later than requested. BUT, the branch manager called and asked if they could deliver it EARLIER! Imagine that. Amazing service top down, all the way to the driver who set up the pizza and left everyone in awe. Great place, great service. Will definitely return. read more

This little pizzeria just opened down the street from where I live...I've had Jet's before but never had one in my neighborhood. I ordered the 8 corner (Turbo Crust) with 2x mozzarella and 2x pepperoni. It was FABULOUS. The staff there when I picked it up were VERY friendly. I've tried Jet's twice now and I am a fan. It's the closet thing to Rocky Rococo's Pizza I've found since living in Chicago for years. The pizza is great, thicker pan pizza, with different crust options. Will definitely order from them again. It's bread topped with ketchup and a smattering of toppings and an insult to even plant down in Chicago. It's pizza only a Michigander (it's a Michigan based chain) could love. Even Little Caesar's is better and I thought they were the worst. If you love a crust thicker than a mattress and bland flavor, then by all means have at it. read more

I'm not generally a fan of delivery reviews. I feel most of us hold restaurants to too high a standard. But I was very impressed with this experience. I'm new to the area, but not to jet's so I placed my usual order. I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed I could save $10 by taking advantage of a Tuesday coupon I was unaware of. He could have easily not mentioned it and taken my order, but he was very cool and super helpful. Made extra sure to get my order correct. Food was delivered hot, fresh and on time. Driver was nice and polite. I set the bar very low for pizza delivery, as it's great to see a place work hard to impress. read more

I ordered online to this place (they still don't deliver to my area!) so it said it would be ready at 7:57. I get there at 7:59 and still had to wait 20 mins. I'm annoyed because. I've walked in and ordered and been out in less than 20 mins. The pizza was not as good as I remember. I ordered turbo crust and I just remember it being more baked in and flavorful. This was just okay. It's better than Dominos but Dominos delivers in Logan Square so that may affect future pizza ordering decisions. read more

It's ok. they have been good, and they have been late at times. My issue is, don't ask for a flavored crust, because you will not get it. Today was the third time I asked for garlic crust, and didn't get it. Just plain doughy crust. If it had the garlic flavor on it I would have ate it up. This review is late. I started making reviews today but I bought pizza about a month or so ago. Better late than never. ^^ Anyway, my son had Jet's pizza at his school. He wanted more for dinner, so he ordered over the phone for me to pick up. When I got there, I had to wait cause I got there faster than my son thought. The pizza was worth the wait. As I waited patiently (and watched an international drama with friends online), I met one of the owners. We talked about the business. He's very confident about the food they serve. He should. It was the best pizza I ever eaten. If he ever reads this which I doubt... You said, " Your son has a very good taste." Shake my hand after our conversation about the location, space, Best Buy, and about being my first time there. Just know that I loved the pizza. Recommend: 100% yes. It's worth the wait. Taste: 100% delicious. In my household everyone loved it. Our favorite place for great pizza. Ingredients: Fresh, real cheese! They make their own dough. Lots of pizza choices. I attempted to place an order from this location online earlier today. I have a confirmation email timed at 4:18 stating that my order would be delivered in advance at 7:15. I ordered in advance because I work the overnight shift, and I needed to have food ready as I was getting ready for work in order to expedite my process of getting ready. However, 7:30 rolled around, and my order was yet to be found. I contacted the store and was immediately told that they were behind on orders. I stated that I placed the order over three hours ago, and I was still waiting. I was placed on a prolonged hold. Then someone who I assume was a manager answered the phone. They offered me a discount for the order being late. Keep in mind it is now over half an hour late and yet to leave the store. I explained that I was on a time crunch because I needed to get to my overnight shift. They did not offer much other than canceling my order. I am very disappointed in the customer service that I was provided with this encounter. I am very unlikely to recommend this location to anyone ever again. Also, I do not have time to stop for food on my way to work now because of this debacle. read more

I great up in the suburbs of Detroit whet Jets originated and been eating Jets pizza since I was in high school...it was one of our favorite places to go grab lunch since there was a Jets in the neighborhood where my high school was located. Move to Chicago 15 years ago when I was 25 and it was always something I missed about being away from home in Michigan! So, I was thrilled when I heard they began opening locations in Chicago! Now at 39 years old, it's still our favorite place to order pizza from & so far, each Of the locations we've gotten pizza from in the different locations in the city... the pizza is still top notch! I've also had excellent customer service at the various locations throughout the city locations and the employees are always kind whenever I go in to pick up pizza! If you haven't given Jets a try yet, it's a must!!! You won't be disappointed...and don't forget to order a side of their ranch dipping sauce...it's by far my favorite!!! Enjoy! read more
