Here it is.. Chain / Franchise Pizza takeout lovers - Make way Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Papa Johns - Jet has 4+ and growing, streamlined takeout locations ..and is good. Fun upbeat friendly place - nice people- value priced deals - but quality is up. Crispy, Crispy crust - a few styles.. Calzones with multiple fillings.. shown on the sign, looking a bit smaller and neater than your average pizza place.. but want to try! Detroit style pizza claimed on the sign, round or square - Bring it! Predicting this newer baby chain will grow successfully and should. It should be up there with the other chains. Need a larger square pie option or clearer choice.. Got a small 4 slice square pizza and split it in the car. Brought two of the semi small slices back to the house.. and it was liked there also. 3 out of 3 thumbs up. Need a big Jumbo pie option.. if its there will try it next time.

In my opinion, they've really gone downhill in the customer service department over the last few months. I feel bad because they constantly seem understaffed? They probably know my name because I order the same thing a few times a month. Small 4 corner cheese pie with a side of their awesome ranch. They sent coupons that expire Nov 15th and I've tried to redeem it online so many times via their website and it glitches and never takes the promo codes. They even sent me a Jets VIP card and I'm never ever able to redeem anything. Have had friends try as well. Text to order, calling to order, ordering via website directly but always just divert to DoorDash because it's never glitchy. Yesterday was it for me unfortunately. Called a few times and the poor employee just sounded absolutely swamped every time. Not his fault! Poor management? Poor working conditions to retain employees? All of this is speculation of course but it's costing them regular business now. In addition - I'd say about half the time I order delivery the forgot the ranch or get the order wrong or the pizza is way undercooked than normal. One time I called because my Greek salad was missing so many ingredients and they apologized and said training a new employee. Again they all sound very sweet - just a poorly run biz?! Would love to know. Fortunately Yelp knows I'm a sucker for Detroit style pizza and led me to Lions, Tigers & Squares. Their ranch isn't as good at Jets but I actually pay a few bucks less for the same thing with dipping sauce but plus a topping of pepperoni! I'd say it's a new found love but also makes me sad to say goodbye to Jets.

Jets 8 Corner Pizza with ranch, pepperoni, and sausage is a flavorful twist on classic pizza. The crispy crust, creamy ranch, and savory toppings like pepperoni and sausage create a satisfying, indulgent bite. A fun, tasty option!

Enjoyed this single slice Pepperoni. My first time trying Jets Pizza. Shall be back for more. $3.81 slice

I like this pizza, and I've enjoyed it 3 times, so far. I also tried their Honey BBQ chicken wings, ordered "well-done", and I'm happy to say they were great. A variety of chicken wing flavors are offered. The wings do have bones, and that's fine with me. I think it may say boneless on the menu, but these wings are real, and with bones. As I said, I ORDERED THE WINGS WELL-DONE. Here are the details: The first time I tried Jets Pizza, I only bought one slice of pepperoni pizza, under $4. It was good. Not what I was used to, but I liked it. It was rectangular in shape, and about a half inch high, so you had more bread, BUT, there was a delightful crispness to the bottom, and around the edges. The next time I tried Jets Pizza, I took advantage of a coupon special I had received in the mail. It was for an "8-corner slice pie", for less than $18. I got pepperoni. It was very, very good, and I LOVED THE LEFTOVER SLICES!!! The funny thing is, I enjoy eating the leftover pepperoni slices cold, from the fridge. I don't know if it's because the weather is warm now, since it is now summer, or if it's just my palate, but, it's a win-win!! Haha!! Try it! And THE CHICKEN WINGS WERE VERY, VERY GOOD. I will say EXCELLENT. I will order them again. The funny thing was, I searched a few different Jets Pizza location reviews here on YELP, and could not find any info on the chicken wings. I found that surprising. I decided to try the wings. I ordered using the JETS PIZZA APP. You select from a VARIETY OF FLAVOR TYPES FOR THE CHICKEN WINGS. On the app, there is a drop-down menu. I chose HONEY BBQ, and chose WELL-DONE for the wings. Excellent ! I shall try some others too, but I love these. I have not tried the dessert options yet, but I will!!! So, to sum up, give Jets Pizza a try. I did not take a star away, but there is some room for improvement in the GREETING of the customer. I would guess that there was not much, if any, training in that. But, the people working here are very helpful, and work hard to do a good job. I CAN SEE THAT. I like that if one person doesn't know, they will ask a co-worker. I appreciate that!! Team work is important.

Happy to find a place open at almost midnight on a Tuesday night Jet's was fairly clean and the wait was a little long for 4 hungry people but the pizza was tasty. We were able to split our toppings on one pizza and get pepperoni on part and mushrooms on part. Very generous with the cheese. Be sure to let it cool down before you take your first bite

I guess Detroit style pizza is the trend now, and I for one am welcoming it with open arms. Jet's Detroit Style Pizza was founded in the midwest and is expanding its brand to the rest of the country, including a few new Manhattan locations. It's always a gutsy move for a national chain to open in New York City, but I really liked Jet's. Out of the national chain pizzas, I prefer Pizza Hut the most. I love their sweet sauce, crispy pepperoni, and fluffy dough with that buttery crunch on the bottom. Jet's is very similar to Pizza Hut in that regard. Same buttery crunch and fluffy dough. Same crispy pepperoni. However, Jet's pizza sauce is not as sweet as Pizza Hut's. Jet's is more like Little Caesar's when it comes to their Jet's Bread(sticks). The breadsticks were soft and puffy, sprinkled with salty flecks of cheese, also covered in melted cheese, and came with a side of marinara to slice through the richness. I'm currently in the delivery range of Domino's, Little Caesar's, and now Jet's. So I have some good national pizza chain options available to me, and am happy to welcome Jet's to the mix.

Ordered delivery. Got the medium round pie when I thought I was ordering the rectangle classic Detroit style. I'd say overall this place is good, it's delivery chain pizza that is slightly better than Papa John's/Dominoes but is priced like it is a local pizzeria or non-chain pizza. It was good, but not that good, to be selling at such price points. Good but not special and overpriced.

Came here to order food and was sitting and waiting. I was watching the woman take the orders bc I was in absolute awe to watch her cut up and handle the pizza with no gloves, then went to the register to check out a customer handling cash, and THEN went back to the pizza ... all without washing her hands. No soap, sanitizer, NOTHING. Will not be back.

    Two pepperoni slices.

For Dave Portnoy review, I give this place a 6.7. Decent Detroit style pizza and not bad for chain spot. Pizza came out piping hot so I burned by mouth. Standard takeout setting inside with 3 4-seat tables. Two slices and bottle of water came out to $10.65. They do not have condiments like garlic powder or red pepper. They do have dipping sauces which run about $1.50 each.

The arancini was a standout: perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy inside, and served with a rich, delicious sauce that tied it all together. We ended on the tiramisu, which was absolutely worth saving room. It was light, flavorful, and a perfect finish to the meal. What really elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful--especially notable for New York--and it made the whole evening feel relaxed and welcoming. A small heads-up: it's a bit tricky to find, so give yourself extra time. That said, the hidden, underground subway setting is part of the charm and makes the whole experience feel unique. I'd love to see more restaurants creatively use these kinds of spaces in the future.

To start with the good: the arancini were perfectly passable, and the Sicilian pie was enjoyed by all. I would describe it as more of a Detroit style actually, with a super crispy crust and nice textural contrast. On the other hand, we did not enjoy the seasonal vegetable pie or the nepo pie. I generally really like this sort of no-cheese, umami-heavy pizza, but the nepo was so salty! I'm not sure what specific ingredient was missing, but missing it was. My hopes for a recreation of the rossa pie I enjoyed at Farina prior to their closure were dashed. As for the vegetable pie, the vegetables tasted like the frozen veggies one might find in what was once marketed as a "TV dinner". It was a shame, since the sauce of the white pie was otherwise pretty good.

The names of the pies are funny, and the staff is friendly, but besides that, the quality of the food for lack of a better word, dare I say it, sucks. Hoping to salvage the meal, I ordered their Chicken Parmesan. It was the Hail Mary pass that unfortunately did not connect. The cutlets are overcooked and dry, and the red sauce cooked with it has minimal tomato flavor. At least the spaghetti is cooked to a nice al dente and mellow garlic butter flavor, but like the sauce cooked in, it is also minimal. I will use another pizzeria in Bushwick that exemplifies it perfectly. It is a hipster pizzeria in a hipster neighborhood. Through balance, it creates an ambiance both welcoming and warm without losing any of its Bushwick character. It does this by not beating you over the head with hipster vibes, just enough to let you know that you are in Bushwick. The band Franz Ferdinand was playing as I was wrapping up. I have to say the centerpiece of the entire narrow room is the bar itself, and let me tell you, it is an absolute stunner of a contrast. Instead of the usual dark, sticky tavern wood, they've dropped in a long, continuous slab of pristine, elegantly smooth white stone. It glows under the soft lighting like a block of polished marble. There are no strobe lights and no obnoxious, skull-rattling bass in this joint. Instead, the room is wrapped in a blanket of incredibly chill music that matches the pulse of the room perfectly.
