There is nothing more disappointing than spending your hard earned money and being utterly disappointed in your Friday Night Pizza Dinner!!! My order was $70. which is not chump change, but I do know that $70. is also not hard to spend on a meal these days either. I am very aware that I was ordering pizza, and certainly not expecting a five star meal by any stretch of the imagination! We ordered a deep dish meat eaters, a NY style with pepperoni, mild wings and a confetti cookie. Sadly the only thing that was decent was the deep dish pizza! The NY Style Pepperoni was rubbery and very difficult to chew, the wings were extremely tough inside and very soggy outside. They had no crisp to them at all and they weee definitely not mild, I'm pretty sure they were hot, because they were extremely hot spicy and not edible or enjoyable. The cookie was brick hard and very overcooked. I basically feel like I wasted my hard earned and difficult to come by money on this meal:( Very disappointed to say the least. I've been wanting to check out Jet's Pizza for a couple of years now but didn't really have the normal opportunity because it was waaaay out of the way from where I lived then (Norfolk) and now (Ches). Fast forward to last weekend and I was out in that area of VB fixing some computers and afterwards I popped in on the way home and picked up a pie to go. First things first, it was pretty darn hot on Saturday and the AC that blasted me when I walked in the door felt great. The location and is a carry out only, there's only a bench to sit on in the lobby while you're waiting for your pie to be made. I didn't bother to look at the menu and just ordered a large pepperoni from the friendly gentleman behind the counter. If I had thought about it I would have asked if there were any specials. From walking in and making the order to leaving took about 15 minutes. The pizza was prepared on the spot and put in the oven. The ride home was pretty awesome. All cars should smell like pizza! Once I arrived home I dropped the pizza on the oven and opened her up. I wasn't disappointed. The pizza looked as good as it smelled. I immediately threw 2 slices on a plate and started my dinner. The pie is really good, and I thought it was a nice change of pace from the other corporate chains. Upon grading the pizza I have the following to say. 1st, the dough was fresh, I could tell it was made that day. The toppings were also liberal. There was plenty of cheese and pepperoni on that pie and both were of premium quality. The sauce was also very good, neither to little or to much. I found the sauce to be fairly neutral being neither to bitter nor sweet. I finished about 4 slices and threw the rest into the fridge for the next day. When it came time to have another slice I didn't heat it... no no... it was cold pizza time and this pie definitely passed the cold pizza test. My only complaint is minor, and that's the that the pizza, and more specifically the pepperoni was pretty greasy. Not enough to wave off the pie, but there was quite a bit of it in the box. All in all I really enjoyed Jet's Pizza and next time I find myself in the area again I'll definitely pick up another pie, maybe one of their Sicilian specialty pies. read more

I yelped pretty much all the pizza places in the area and according to the pictures this one was the most interesting so I ordered and as a very pickypizza person, this ended up being in my top three of all time..across the country. I was surprised to see it is a chain but not with many facilities. They brought it to curbside for me which was really nice But the pizza! the Square Pizza deep dish Style the crust was baked perfectly still moist but not gooey and the toppings were perfection. Typically I'm a thin crust gal but, this "Detroit style" pizza is awesome! I ordered the 8 Corner pepperoni to bring home and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I wasn't sure that would be enough for 2 people but didn't take into account how thick, cheesy and filing it was. We had four slices leftover and it was even good cold. The pizza has crust to crust cheese, with it building up the gooey goodness to form a delicious thick crust on top of crust! It really is quite good. I forgot to order the "turbo" crust which gives you a choice of flavours to bake into the crust. I definitely won't forget next time as it's not an extra charge. The pies are a little more expensive than your typical pizza place but, for some reason I don't mind. It's that good. That's all I've tried from Jet's so far. They menu has sandwiches and salads also. I've tried to order delivery from their as it's offered on their website however, I've never been successful. It's either a glitchy website or something. Disappointing. And they're losing business. I've tried ordering from Grubhub, DoorDash, and UberEats also but it seems it's never available. So, I'll stop by when I'm in the area (not often) and drive an 8 Crust home home. I'm giving it a 4 due to the lack of delivery and website. Not because of flavor. read more

In my opinion, Jet's pizza is very delicious! My review is based on their deep dish pizza and cheese bread. I ordered pizza from here because it was a last minute dinner decision, and I like trying new places. The pizza was delivered just as fast as any other pizza place. The pizza was very good. Definitely get your crust with the Turbo seasoning. The crust was soft and flavorful. The toppings were big and fresh. The Jet's Bread was cheesy, with a good blend of seasoning. I haven't tried their other styles of pizza. They offer pretty much any style you'd want. read more
