I went there to for a basic oil change and while they were changing the oil they accidentally drop an oil quart can into my engine bay while my engine was running!! They left it in there while my engine was running and didn't bother to turn off my motor to remove it. Eventually they stuck their hand in there to remove it while the motor was running! You have to realize you're talking to and trying to work with kids! Or young adults who act like kids. They don't know how to talk properly to you and they speak pidgin and they speak inconsiderately. Bad communication skills. An adult needs to be at the Aiea location to supervise these kids! read more

Jiffy Lube; downtown Honolulu location (Punchbowl Street) has been my place to go for basic oil change. They give you a reminder sticker to put on your windshield for the next visit. They have you in their data base to send email updates on location, products and specials. This visit however was to a different location (Aiea on Kam Hwy) and this is how my visit went. 1) Phone call first to verify operating hours (because of Covid) 2) Question whether they can do a chassis lube ( because Dillingham location lube gun was broken) Here's my story: Since Dillingham could not accommodate me and I wanted to shop out on the West side anyway I called the Aiea location and asked if they do chassis lube. The phone conversation said "No they don't.... I don't know what you're asking me...." I chose to stop over anyway simply because I was in the the area. Short story is Manager comes over and argues with me about the semantics and definition of a chassis lube... Worker tries to get information from me saying I am not in their data base (even if I know I am and get emails from them regularly) I tried to explain "pointing at the sticker I got from my previous visit to Jiffy Lube..." I left.... after visiting TWO Jiffy Lubes ... very upset at the process... I just have 2 questions: why do you say I am not in your data base? and why do you say you don't do chassis lube when it is a standard service offered by Jiffy Lube.... I drove to another neighboring Oil Change place... and the rest is history read more

I'm glad I went to this Jiffy Lube. I bought synthetic oil and a filter to do an oil change today and realized my jack no longer fits under the car after lowering it 1.5". Worst experience ever! Went in for an oil change ended up with having to take my truck in to get my transmission flushed since they drained my transmission fluid instead. The tech was nice enough to leave enough transmission fluid for it to burn and cause my truck to almost get a transmission replacement. Talked to the manager she assured me that the tech did not drain my transmission fluid after taking my truck to two different places found out that was a LIE. Tried to call her back but she will not return my calls. Save yourself the time and trouble and take your vehicle somewhere else. read more

We were by Costco Wapio, so we decided to change oil at the Oil Changer business around the corner from Costco- we literally watched people drive away because they took so long, the team there did not work as a team and out of the 5 employees, only 1 was working hard- the rest was standing around, one was actually eating in the work area (dirty) We decided to drive to Aiea Jiffy Lube- they took us in quickly and we were greeted on this Saturday with a smile- after what we went through at Oil Changer, we were relieved. A larger Hawaiian guy was polite, greeted us with a smile and really represented the company well- we asked for a oil change and tire rotation! He quoted us a reasonable price and we agreed- he even opened our doors WOW, the female tech was also proficient and was super helpful as well- the key to their success was they work as a team, obviously had great training from management, and we highly recommended this Jiffy Lube to everyone- we will always go where good customer service is, excellent work is done, and fast!
