Why has this become challenging? They don't listen to anything. I'd just washed my car and asked they they not roll the windows down but they did. Then they put my key in a place that was difficult to remove it. I'd put it in the holder provided by Nissan. Now I'm concerned about the work because that key move was meant to be an issue for me Too much drama. Go elsewhere I did what they asked in response to my review and while they initially responded, they said the district manager would get in touch with me. It's been a week now and there's no contact. This is consistent with the service there. It doesn't matter what's said, they're just going to do whatever they want. Now I see why it's like this here. There's no accountability. read more

This was my first experience getting an oil change since COVID restrictions were put into place, and was apprehensive. However, the service was faster and fully transparent. It was excellent. I stayed in my car and they very quickly went to work. I highly recommend this site and this team. I've had my oil change here twice and the workers here are good - they are fast and efficient, and my wait was never longer than 10-15 minutes. HOWEVER. The -2 stars comes for Jiffy Lube overall. They are way overpriced, it is only due to their location that desperate drivers like myself are forced to go to them. Also - unlike other places where you get your oil changed, they really push other services on you, manipulating your (my) fear & quasi-ignorance. I bought an overpriced air filter exchange because he said I would be "inhaling fumes" and do I really want to do that? I was later informed that I could by it at any Auto Store for $5. And that air filters can wait. They can always wait. Sad. But maybe I should give MYSELF 3 stars for not being more car savvy. You tell me! read more

One star is more than this jiffylube deserves. went to get my oil changed and shortly after my engine started knocking. I dint think i had to check my oil levels immediately after getting it changed, and soon after thought that the knocking/rattling noise was loose screws somewhere from the AIR FILTER THEY DIDNT SCREW THE COVER BACK ON TO!(which i noticed after looking under the hood) Probably since i opted out of their request for me to buy their overpriced filters! I later found out that my oil level was extremely/dangerously low and there was no leak or burning which means they probably DIDNT even put oil in my car when i got the outrageous $60 "oil change" ..car sounds fine after i put the oil in. Don't go here unless you want to get over-charged and cause potential damage to your car! read more

Yes they try to up sell you, doesn't mean you have to say yes though. The basic value oil change came out to 27$ with tax, and I wasn't able to use a coupon because all the ones they offer are for the upgraded oil chance which I think was around $35 before a coupon. Worst ever avoid BEWARE! !! Nothing jiffy & no service. 10:45 04/13/15 Went there for a synthetic oil change, oil filter, and air filter. A short haired almost bald man came out asked if I wanted an oil change I replied yes please also an airfilter. He left and went inside. 10 min later still no one came out to check me into the computer so that I could leave with my wife and kids who drove the 2nd car so we could drop mine off on the way to drop the kids off at school. So we put alot of effort and planning to pull this oil change off and we were failed by jiffy Lube so we left and dropped my car off back at home and took the kids to school instead. We have 4 luxury cars and live nearby we won't be coming back. Understaffed? Underpaid? Eitherway management or the owners either suck or are too cheap to handle a business that is supposed to provide prompt oil changes. read more

The dreaded oil change... My husband typically does the car maintenance but I came in today... Timing: I arrived about 8am and they had my service done in about 20 minutes. Not bad at all!!! Service: Joseph was very personable. Very welcoming and professional. He kindly let me know of recommended service for my car. When I let him know that's husband usually takes care of stuff and I was here to just get the standard, he politely said no problem and didn't hound or make me feel guilty about not upgrading. I need an inspection for renewal of my tags and an oil change so I called this location ahead to ask if need to make an appointment for either. They said I didn't and it's a drive thru so I would stay in the car for both. Got to the location, there was 3 cars ahead of me and I had no problem waiting. Eventually one of the guys came and asked what I needed and I again told them I needed an inspection and oil change. He said it will be about 15-20mins and they would get it done. I said no problem. I ended up waiting about 30mins total, which again I don't mind at all. When it was finally my turn, I pulled in and again told him what I needed (inspection and oil change). He then told me they don't do inspections, that they don't have the equipment. You can understand my frustration after having wasted about a total of an hour (drive time and wait time) that they tell me they can't do an inspection; even though, multiple times, I told them that's what I needed and at no point did they tell me they don't do inspections. So I wasted an hour of my time for no reason. I did not continue with the oil change either because I didn't think they deserved my business for wasting my time. read more

Sadly I am writing to complain. I hate to bad mouth, but I was let down by this Jiffy Lube. My husband was short on time, so he brought his Subaru in one weekend for an oil change. Directly afterwards, the car began to leak handprint-sized oil drips onto our driveway!! So, in the meantime, we parked the car out on the street. I then called and spoke w a very polite, helpful employee who assured me that I could bring the car back in (all convenience & time saving have obviously gone out the window by now). So, I brought the car back in, they supposedly tightened everything back up. However, 2 month's later I have about 20 thumb nail-sized oil drips on my driveway. Urggh!!! So frustrating. If I had brought my car to a doughnut shop I would not be surprised that my car leaked oil afterwards, but this is what Jiffy Lube does all day! read more

Don't go here. Needed an oil change and a tire rotation. I have locking lug-nuts and instead of hand loosening them the guy used an impact wrench. It sheared the lock of course. At first they were pretending it was sheared beforehand but I knew better so they admitted it. They called the dealership and said they can take care of it with a set of locks there (of course they didn't communicate the true nature of the problem and it wasn't an easy fix). Jiffy Lube did admit to the damage and wrote it on the paperwork. It took two visits and an extended stay at the dealership to get it resolved. I brought the receipts in to the dealership since they were supposed to pay for it (over 200 bucks). They said they would have a check sent to my home to cover it and of course they never did. Now I'm going to have to sue them and it's going to cost them a heck of a lot more than a few hundred bucks. They didn't charge me for the tire rotation because they only rotated two tires (was I supposed to appreciate that?). They gave me a 10 percent discount on the oil change at the time of service. That's really sweet (sarcasm). I think a free one would have been appropriate considering the circumstances. I was even a nice guy about it. Sure people make mistakes. I even ignored the fact they were trying to make it seem like the lock was stripped beforehand. If you value your vehicle or want to deal with an up front honest business - go somewhere else. read more

This place rocks. I had an appt @ Firestone to for JUST an oil change & the guy said it would take 3 hours WITH an appt, so bailed & came here instead & soooo glad I did! Got in immediately, no wait. OJustin was ridiculously helpful & got me an amazing deal I had so many things that needed changed & replaced & left totally satisfied with a killer price & service. & they only took like 30 mins for all new filters, oil change, tire rotation, topped off all my fluids, even vacuumed & cleaned the windshield. I had a flat tire in the parking lot right across the street at islands restaurant tonight and I went to Jiffy Lube for help . I had my 19 month old baby with me and they told me they were closing and they couldn't help me with my flat tire even though I had a spare. I ended up having to leave my car in the parking lot overnight and get an Uber home so that I could get my baby some dinner and get home before dark. They were of no help to me and seemed very bothered and inconvenienced. I cannot believe that they did not help me. They were still open for 15 more minutes. read more
