I called prior to coming here at 8am, since Midas seemed very unprofessional by not having any mechanic at their workplace. I did not want to wait till one ever showed up. I called this Jiffy Lube since it was close to the location I was currently at. I needed an oil change instantly and battery check. I called and they said bring my car right over no line at all. I drove here and I must say the gentleman was super friendly, I told him exactly what I needed done, and he was on it. Took about 15-20 minutes or less. No hassle at all. He even gave me a free True Brand Fuel to try, demonstrated how to use it by saving 40 miles at most for my fuel tank. They definitely value new customers, and I have a reason to come back if I needed something done instantly. Most places will try to sell you things or tell you need to get this and that changed etc. He did check my car out and said everything was fine. read more

There are many Jiffy Lube's all over the place and they pretty much all do the same thing. However, this Jiffy Lube on Newport Boulevard really stands out because of the professionals working there. I had a great experience getting my oil and filters changed. They were courteous and professional, welcomed me and got right to work. The job was done quickly and right. There is a Jiffy Lube much closer to my home, but I'll make the drive to come back to this one because it was such a positive experience. Please see my previous review, Jiffy Lube has done nothing to correct situation. I had to take car to dealer to have my car fixed, all cause of Jiffy not doing there job correctly. I have a Video of proof , showing that the oil drain plug was not tight only twisted on enough to hold on & that oil had spilled through the drain plug It cost me over $510 dollars to repair. Have receipts of proof as well. BEWARE of this place and see the other bad reviews they have received. As im not the only vehicle they forget to tighten the plug. These guys have one job and do it everyday to do oil changes. Lazy ppl who don't seem to care and management hasn't done anything about it. read more

According to their Yelp account, they open at 8am on Sundays. So I showed up around 7:50, and it was just me and a homeless guy sitting on a bench. I was skeptical, as the clock ticked toward 8, that anyone was going to show up. Sure enough, at 7:59 the lights turned on, and the garage door slid open. They got my oil changed in about 25 minutes, and even topped off all my liquids, and checked the air in my tires. All this for about $55. Not cheap. But we did find a Yelp coupon for $12 off.
