    So I took my car 12/2022 according to the sticker. I rarely drive my car so I barely hit the "due date for next oil change". The picture u see is the sticker they stuck on my front window, inside, top left (driver side). That's sh!t won't come off!! If u zoom in, the corners r chipped away due to my nail trying to scrape the damn thing off! WTH jiffy lube???? Why get stickers that don't come off? Why get stickers that we place in OUR CARS they we spend money on that don't come off?? And BS if ur gonna say that it was on their too long. Jiffy lube im sure u all have pros who know that ppl have multiple cars and don't just drive one car all the time who can make a decision like "get stickers that don't damage ppls cars". Now I gotta waste my time, energy to scrape this dumb thing off. Ridiculous. Idk if ALL jiffy lubes r like this... but fyi ppl.... This one is! Last time I go there. Cuz I can just imagine if I did go back, they would prob just put another sticker ON TOP rather than take it off. Ugh ((the sticker below is from Nissan service dept as u can clearly see is a "cling on" type of sticker that WONT damage ur window))

I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. I got a free car wash at the was station next door, full service, and they did a great wash. I am already planning my next visit with them. I will update review in the future.

    Truly disappointed with this location. Lorenzo, the service advisor tried to charge us $25 for the…read morebrake inspection upon initial arrival. When I pointed out the banner at their shop that says "Free Brake Inspection" and their website which states Free Brake Inspection, he retorted that their website also states they do free smog checks, but he states they do not even do smog. (When relooking at their website, they do not mention free smog anyways.) Lorenzo stated the brake inspections were not free and the website got it wrong. When I asked him for the person in charge he stated Erika and Ezekiel were in the parts dept. It is a shame Lorenzo was the only advisor handling a long line at check in. He stated Corporate was aware of the brake inspection charge discrepancy. If they are aware and he is aware, why try to charge a customer for a "Free" brake inspection? After leaving our car here, we heard the next day of a list of repairs needed. Lorenzo stated they believed our brake caliper was seized but could not confirm it. He attempted to charge us an additional $289.47 for the brake caliper service and $152.10 for the brake fluid service in addition to the brakes and rotor replacement service charge we were expecting. The issue is that when we asked Lorenzo if he could confirm if the brake caliper was truly needed to be replaced, he could just say he highly suggests replacing it. From the beginning, this place was trying to scam. I reached out to Alex's Auto Repair in Cypress, who confirmed they could verify if the brake caliper would be needed. Alex's Auto Repair stated there would be no need to waste extra money if he could confirm the issue. Alex's Auto Repair serviced us, and simply lubricated our caliper without us needing to pay over $800 for the whole brake service like Downey Care Care was quoting us. Alex's Auto Repair took the time to verify the issue, charging us less than half of what Downey Care Care center wanted to charge. My issue with this location is they would have happily overcharged us for a service that was not needed. Take your car to Alex's Auto Repair, save your time and money. While Downey Care Care Center was busy playing around, we had to spend extra time and money booking a rental car. (Photo on the left is from Alex's Auto Repair who took the time to verify the concern and lubricate our caliper. The photo on the right includes one page of many pages of services recommended by Downey Care Center including replacing the brake caliper and fluid exchange had we chosen to go that route.) Makes me question if the remaining suggested repairs (not all pictured below) by Downey Care Care Center were even necessary.

    I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mario the mechanic at Jiffy Lube in Bellflower, CA…read more I was visiting Bellflower from out of town yesterday and found myself in a stressful situation with my vehicle. As a senior citizen from a rural community, far from home, I was worried about whether my car could make the three-hour drive back home through heavy traffic. I was tired, concerned, and unsure what to do. I decided to take my car to the nearby Bellflower Jiffly Lube. The Jiffy Lube greeter lady told me that she would ask their top mechanic, Mario, to give me 10 minutes of time to look at my car problem. Mario offered to take a quick courtesy look at my car, near the end of a long, hot work day. He took the time to look at my engine, helped me with my oil issue, topped off my oil with a half quart of oil (two weeks removed from my Jiffy Lube full oil change service back at home) and worked diligently to coach me on how to get my car back in good working condition. What impressed me most was Mario's attitude. He was patient, empathetic, and genuinely kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. My family has been loyal Jiffy Lube customers in our small rural hometown for decades, and Mario reminded me why. He simply said he wanted to help, if he could. That kind of compassion and service is rare these days. Congratulations, Jiffy Lube, for hiring such intelligent and helpful employees! Thank You, Mario! I understood Mario's diagnosis of my engine problem, and was easily able to take Mario's advice, purchase a maintenenace product he recommemded from the near-by auto parts store (Mario gave me perfect directions to find the auto parts store) and using the product as Mario had recommended, my engine alert light went out, the car began running perfectly again, and I was able to make the 3-hour trip back home safely, smoothly, and with full peace of mind. He did an excellent job accurately diagnosing my problem, and coaching me on how to fix my car. More importantly, however, he demonstrated automotive expertise (and true kindness) when I needed it most, far from home. He reminded me that there are still good people (and good companies) in the world! Jiffy Lube is fortunate to have an employee like Mario.     To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally report what I believe to be unfair, deceptive, and exploitative auto repair practices by One Stop Auto Service, located at 9409 Rosecrans Ave, Bellflower, CA 90706. On Thursday, January 16, 2026, I brought my vehicle to One Stop Auto Service for a radiator repair. I was charged $1,300.00 for the radiator, an amount I later learned was significantly higher than standard pricing for this type of repair. After payment was made and my vehicle was released to me, the check engine light was illuminated. This warning light was not on prior to bringing my vehicle in for service. I was later informed that the repair had not been fully completed, and I was told that I would need to return and pay an additional $1,000.00 for further work in order to resolve the issue--despite having already paid in full for the original repair. I subsequently took my vehicle to an Infiniti dealership, as Infiniti is the make of my car. I was advised by their service department not to return to One Stop Auto Service, as the repair work was either incomplete or improperly handled. I am a female customer and strongly feel that I was financially exploited and taken advantage of in this situation. At the time of service, I had recently undergone surgery, which placed me in a vulnerable position and limited my ability to advocate for myself or seek immediate alternatives. I am also a local resident in the surrounding community and trusted this business based on proximity. I believe the conduct of One Stop Auto Service demonstrates a lack of transparency, misrepresentation of completed services, and an attempt to charge excessive additional fees after payment had already been rendered. This experience caused me financial stress, inconvenience, and emotional distress. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and investigated. I am seeking accountability, appropriate resolution, and assurance that other consumers are not subjected to similar treatment. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
