Have been getting our cars serviced here since we moved here in July 2016. Will not return. Last time I brought our cars here, they left a screwdriver under the hood and it fell under the "cover" between the inside of the car and the hood. We had to order replacement clips and listened to the rattle for several months before we found it. Then, when I was here last week, i told them I did not want a tire rotation outside when they were going over everything and checking me in. They called me up to the counter inside and tried again to sell me a tire rotation. Plus, I over heard a conversation with another woman who had asked for a tire quote. They quoted ALL 4 tires when 2 are brand new. They should have caught that themselves and not had to be told. Then when they quoted her, they quoted her $100+ higher than another Jiffy Lube. read more

First time & last time I will ever use this facility! I printed their coupon off their website for a standard oil change & they refused to take it telling my wife our car takes full synthetic oil and needed a special synthetic oil filter as well. 2006 Avalon 3.5L doesn't take synthetic & has never had it either! She was upset and signed the order anyway at 70.00+ and went to appointment next door only to return to a 94.00+ bill for same oil change! The oil filter got even more special.. it went from 8.00 to 23.00 without notice.. said they tried to call but phone was busy,that is just BS no call ever happened! All I wanted was a standard oil change!! Do yourself a favor go somewhere else! read more

Best guest service! Brought my car in to check an oil leak even though they didn't do the original oil change and they helped me right away! They showed me what was wrong and took care of the issue and did additional cleaning of the car from the leaked oil and topped off the oil. Highly recommend coming here. These guys are the best. They always treat me with respect and sincerity, which is huge and not always the case for me as a female walking into other automotive environments. This is the only place I get my oil changed. They always give me honest feedback and suggestions regarding things in my car that could be repaired, but they never ever pressure me into making a decision on the spot. (I usually give my dad a call in case he can help me replace something first!) Other than my dad, these are the guys I trust. They all have great attitudes with each other and with customers and set a high bar for customer interaction. To top it off, they offer a long list of amenities that go way above and beyond an oil change - they cleaned my windows, changed my wiper fluid, gave my car a quick vacuum, all with smiles and eye contact and "thank you"s. These guys will stay on my Christmas cookie list for sure. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube on May 21. I had an excellent experience as usual! The staff are very friendly, helpful, professional and fun! I feel the store is honest and has my best interest in mind. The price is very reasonable and well worth it! I had to warn the staff of all the fishing lures and hooks inside my truck and they organized it all and still vacuumed! I go to this Jiffy Lube every couple weeks. I am usually in and out in less than 20 minutes (unless you come in the middle of the day on Saturdays). The service is always friendly and they are even a pet-friendly store. I come in all the time with my dog and not only do they offer me a water but they usually offer my german shepherd one too. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they do try and upsell you on all sorts of different products that aren't really necessary but I understand it's their job. They have a great free top-off policy too for their customers. I have an older vehicle (220,000 mile club baby!) and it goes through oil pretty frequently so I always take advantage of the free top off policy between oil changes. Thanks for the great service! Update 7/29/15: this location has an epically horrible drop-off policy. You have to wait a good 15 minutes to just drop your car off. Pretty frustrating if you're having someone come with you so you can leave the car while it's getting worked on. Usually the staff here is very nice but one employee, Carly is pretty darn unpleasant. She seems to go out of her way to be unhelpful and rude. read more

Crooks!!!! Do not take your car here!!! I came in for a simple oil change that after 6 weeks finally got repaired from a reputable shop. First time I brought back my smoking car it was almost drained with oil. They said the oil filter was in wrong and that he fixed it. Car continued to smoke I thought it was residual oil on the engine. Nooooo.... I took it back to Jiffy Lube they told me it was a "oil pan Gaskit leak" and gave me a hand written quote for $640 dollars. After calling around I found Marty Kavonich on Fulton who looked at my car and it was only a leaky oil filter! These guys are crooks!!!!! read more

I give it three stars for customers who want a quick oil change and know something about cars.. I give it one star if you want a quick oil change and know absolutely nothing about cars, because they'll try to sell you a new air filter when the one you have is practically new. I know, I know, its part of their job to sell stuff and empty your wallet, but hey.. I told you so. Got there at mid lunchtime on a Tuesday, one car already in, no waiting for me. Told me about 15-20 minutes until finished. Actual time about 35 minutes until driving away. I presented a coupon but they utilized a better one than what i had (Thank you). So far, this is the third visit for me and no problems. Staff is courteous and did not BS me on questions she did not know the answer to. Only complaint is that the bathroom was a train wreck. Went in to wash my hands and If staff and customers are using the same one, it needs to be cleaned several times a day. read more

Since I first begun driving jiffy lube is the only place I go to when I am getting an oil change. Today, however, I had $25 stolen from my vehicle while they were servicing it. They claimed that they would check their camera footage to see "if" one of their employees had actually taken it which basically implies they don't believe me. Either way their cameras are not inside my vehicle so they found the footage "inconclusive" and did not in any way return my money. Very disappointed to say the least. read more

This place is terrible, so unprofessional! I called to ask what oil they used in my car and how much since they didn't give me a sticker and the guy (I think his name was Trevor) said sure hold on one second. I guess he either didn't know how to place a call on hold or he just set the phone down or something because I could hear all these guys talking, "hey man you shouldn't have to beg to get laid by your wife it should just happen" wtf?? Seriously this is what I'm on hold for?? I waited on hold for 7 minutes of their guy talk before hanging up and calling back and the guy freakin picks up and hangs up on me! Ridiculous! I call back again from my mother in laws phone and he picks up and sets the phone down again. When I got my oil changes last they weren't terribly friendly and it took forever and I was given no instruction on where to go, pay etc but whatever I'm not expecting first class service at a place like jiffy lube but this was over the top. Pretty upset. I wasted my day here! I pulled in at 11am and there were about 4 other people already waiting, they told me it would be about 30 minutes for the oil change. After spending exactly an hour there, and seeing the 3rd person that had come in half hour after me, get done and leave, that's when I needed to check what was up. After an hour, my car had been moved between the different stalls and cars that came in behind me were pulled in front and gone. In this time, no one had spoken to me or acknowledged anything. My car was not even started yet. I finally told the girl at the desk how long I had been there and she apologized and said they would be starting it right away and it would be about 25 minutes. I said that would be alright and sat back down. Another customer overheard the conversation and felt so bad that he had seen I was waiting so long, he offered to go buy me lunch and bring it back. So sweet. I also noticed she had offered a discount to a gentleman that had been there about an hour as well appreciating his patience that he had been there so long, figuring she would do the same for me. However, after ANOTHER full hour of hearing nothing and seeing about 8 customers come and go, I went back to the counter again, when she said the car was almost done. She checked me out (with NO mention of a discount for the extreme wait) and walked me to my car. She told me the electronic menu on my car was reset to no longer say "oil change required", but when I got in the car it was still there. I have NEVER had a problem with this!! I got out and asked one of the employees and be quickly offered to reset it. After 15 minutes of 2 employees trying to figure out how to reset the alert, I threw my hands up so irritated and told them to stop and I didn't care. So not only did I spend 2 1/2 hours there JUST for an oil change, so so customer service, and more compassionate customers than employees, I am quite disappointed. I am also astonished they didn't know how to reset the menu. Pretty silly. I probably won't return to this location so I won't have to waste another day. It's unfortunate. read more

Ive been to other Jiffy Lubes in the area but never experienced the pressure like this one In Folsom. I felt like I was a new car lot with the car salesman waiting for you to take you to the cleaners. I had to say to three different guys "I just want an oil change." They tired hard to add on other charges but my car is new. When I left I felt lucky to have been charged for an oil change only. I won't be back, Ill find another place to have my car services done. read more

Update. I want you to know that I am telling the truth about the water pump leak. (You can ask your mechanic that change the spark plugs if there was a leak on the ground after he did his work. He did his work, & than they tested the water pump). He'll say NO. Plus, I would not-of gotten the spark plugs replaced if there was a leak. "I would-of gotten the leak done first". I found-out about the leak only after they did a vacuum test. I have an appointment with WRENCH on 11-13-19 in order to get it fixed. Each time I have been here I have had a decent experience. This time there was a bit of a wait but they finished in a very timely manner and were professional. I have noticed in the past that they don't exactly do the extra things that they say. For instance once they said that they had cleaned the windows and I could clearly see that they had not. Another time they told me that they had inflated my tires to a specific pressure, I asked if it was the manufacturer recommended PSI on the VIN sticker, they said that is was. I open my door and looked at the sticker and sure enough they had under-inflated them by 5 PSI. So, overall not terrible experiences but nothing that wowed me. read more

I just recently visited here for the first time and was really pleasantly surprised! Don't forget to check in on Yelp to get a little bit of a discount.... also keep an eye out for coupons - they're good ones! I was in and out in about 15 minutes. If you just need a regular oil change and nothing extra this is great. They were really helpful, really fast and the lobby was really clean. I like that there's a camera on your car so you can see them working on it as well. I don't know if I've ever seen a lobby so clean at a shop honestly... Upsell Upsell Upsell. If you come here just for the oil change, JUST DO THE OIL CHANGE. They will tell you to get new tires, tranny flush, coolant, wipers, etc. don't buy into it. Get a real mechanic to look at your car if you need anything more than a basic oil change. read more

This place is horrible. Went in two weeks ago to see if they could put freon in the car paid 150 bucks for them to do that. Said if it keeps occurring to come back and they will fix it for free no problem I said ok and left. Fast forward a few days and I notice my air going out again. Take in today and the technician broke my alternator! Sat there for almost 3 hours. Manager told me I had to make an appointment with another location. Never never go here. read more

Seriously listen to the negative reviews and the three stars on this place. I went in for a conventional oil change (what I always get) and the guy insisted on my car needing a synthetic blend. I clearly told him that I had always gotten conventional and that I had just called the car dealership to make sure what my car took, and he still insisted on that I needed a synthetic blend. After we walk in, he asks whether or not I have changed my cabin filter. Well I said "no I'm not interested right now," because I knew I had just gotten it changed a few months ago but couldn't remember exactly the date. Again, he kept on Insisting why it should be changed and that it could be harmful. I gave in and said "well let's just check it". The guy checked and it was a little dirty, but not from what I've seen online to consider changing it. He suggested not only I get a new cabin filter because of the small amount of dirt, but because WHO EVER put it in, did not insert it in correctly and now the lines on the filterwas crooked. Well I was convinced and responded "okay, let's change it". I finally pick up my car and look through the receipts and guess what, I did get the cabin filter changed in October and....by them! So guess who insert the cabin filter incorrectly as he mentioned?THEY DID! I do not recommend anyone coming here. They are definitely after your money and try to think they know better than you. Stay away and go somewhere else that is trustworthy. I will not be going back. read more

Tried to use "TOP OFF" service and told I had to get in the back off the line today. Left and bought oil at Autozone and did it myself. On a prior occasion the manager told me that you simply pull up to front area and you should get topped off immediately. This was the third time I tried using TOP OFF service and had to leave and by my own oil and do it myself. Employees apparently don't know the policy. NEVER GOING BACK. Excellent customer service, the guys working on my car today were so nice, very low pressure on additional services. Nice waiting area, hot coffee and water available. I arrived right after they opened and there were already 4 cars ahead of me, so there was a bit of a wait, but well worth it. I watched the assistant manager handle a tough customer interaction with class and went above and beyond to try and meet the needs of the customer. Took the car in for an oil change and was told they'd have me out in about half an hour. After an hour I look through the window to see that my car has been pulled out and another car is there and being worked on. I ask if my car is done and the guy says yes but he doesn't have time to cash me out. That is completely unacceptable. You do not make customers stay there way beyond the time necessary to perform the service. My time is valuable and sitting there waiting to pay is horrible customer service. Came in last week for their free check engine light analysis...took their quote and said I would be back. Came back today with an appointment and my car sat untouched for an hour after my scheduled appt time. After checking, I was told they would have me in and out in 30min... An hour later and my car still hasnt moved. Checked again- the wrong part was delivered and the new part had to be dropped off and that they should have me on the road in 2 more hours. The shop is very disorganized and the lack of communication is not appreciated. If it wasnt for this specific maintenance that I didnt feel comfortable doing myself, I would have taken my keys and left. Pretty certain I wont be back for any future work. read more

Had my oil changed today and what a VERY PLEASANT experience! The team members really go above and beyond to assist with all vehicle needs! Monty offered up a lot of great information on the warranty policy. He happened to over hear my conversation with another rep and he stopped what he was doing to inform me of Jiffy lube's services. I was very impressed by the level of customer service, not only from Monty but Chris as well. They both seemed to enjoy their jobs! A few minutes later, a gentleman named Ian came in to the waiting area and offered me a cold water. These small things really made my day. I came in to get my brake light switched out. While waiting the girl that works there that was rude to a customer if I was the customer this review would be worse you don't treat customers that way. Then I found out that the clip broke durning switching it out. Bill the assistant manager was very polite let me know it broke and it was going to be replaced. If this didn't happen and I didn't talk to Bill it would have been one star but since I did talk to Bill and how polite and professional he is I'm giving a 3 star if that girl wasn't so rude it would have been higher. read more

Went there for an oil change and battery replacement. Specifically asked for the tires to be inflated. Being told twice by two different people it was done. Drove off and tire low pressure indicator kept on, and pressure measured to be the same old ones as before by america's tire since i was going to AT for a tire rotation anyways. Nothing wrong with tire sensor also. Called JL and they insisted they did it. Inflacting tires myself is not a big deal hey if you tell me a service is done, I would like it really to be done. If i can give 1/2 start i will. My husband came to this jiffy lube to do my trucks change oil. When he got there, he told them he wanted to do change oil and transmission oil/fluid change. My husband is a disabledVeteran so he asked if he can get a discount, they said yes. So he waited for the service to be done. When it us done, they did not do the transmission oil/fluid change, they did not tell my husband that they can not do it well in-fact the very beginning they said yes to him. I am expecting at least have the decency to tell him that they can not do it and not let the customer expect that it will be done, he waited for the truck expecting both services are done. On top of it when he paid the bill he noticed that they did not give him a military discount, when he came back and asked for it "THE SECOND TIME" take not "HE MENTIONED IT AT THE START OF THEIR TRANSACTION" and they said yes we give military discount, and their respond to him NO WE CANNOT CAHNGE THE BILL ANYMORE" what kind of service is this? I will never go back to this jiffy lube. We just came here because we have errands that are close to this place. What a disappointment! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. I declined all the "extras" like new filter, battery terminal cleaning, brakes etc etc. The quote was 65.00 and when they were done told me I owed 126.00. I argued and they said well the work was already done. If that wasn't enough, when I went back to my truck the door handle was broken. Worst experience I've ever had getting an oil change, did not top off my fluids, charged too much and now I'm wondering if they even put oil in, the expensive synthetic kind??? I got in my car and lights and a message came on telling my tires were low. One of the guys said I have oil leaks, because there was some oil around the seal. And today I get in my car and dash says, low oil and coolant. I have a BMW that I usually get serviced at BMW but I was in a hurry and needed to get oil change. There's more, I just don't have the energy to go into it. Awful experience!! read more

The place is costly but they make up by providing quick service. I see a promotion posted on their Yelp page which the representative clearly refused to honor. The argument was that it was posted by company and franchise don't have to honor that. I can not buy this argument as the promotion was on their page. I am not sure whose fault is that company or franchise but it is bad practice. read more

Like feeling ripped off? This is the place for you. Pulled up and greeted by Carly with an attitude "it's going to be about 30 minutes for an oil change if you want to wait because it's hot out and we can't overwork our guys." I figured 30 mins was ok so I agreed. Went inside and the service guy was nice but it ended up taking over an hour and it was obvious that the technicians were upset because of how busy it was on a hot day. If you don't want business on a hot day close your shop. Wish I had just done it myself. Jiffy lube on Zinfandel is so much better, I expected similar service but was very disappointed. Left oil on my carpet and door trim on my brand new clean truck, new rattling noise when I accelerate too. All the other customers were obviously displeased and having similar experiences.
