David made my day with his excellent customer service and bright energy! I've brought my car to this location a few times for an oil change. Nothing fancy, just fresh oil and whatever else they do down there to make sure my car runs the way it should. Today was no different expect I had the oil change and some other service sign that came up. That was no problem for David and his team. He gave me the download on what was up, gave me an estimate and the crew went to "town". The job was quick! While I was waiting to pay I had a chance to chat with David the assistant manager. Best oil change service in the area. As a woman, I unfortunately deal with people trying to sell me on things I don't need. But that didn't happen here! I came in and let them know what I needed and that I didn't need my air cabin filter changed because I do that myself and they just said ok. I came in at like 6:30 pm on a weekday when most oil change places are closed but that's when I had time after work. I pulled up and they went to work! I was out of there by 6:45 pm and everything was perfect. With their coupons and promotions, it was a much better deal than Valvoline as well. I recommend them to everyone. read more

Very dishonest business joint. If I were you i would think twice of coming here. When you come here for oil change, they will tell you need to change this or that so they can charge more. They wanted me to change my cabninet filter aftering using only 3 months. What the... Luckily I know a little bit about basic car maintenance. I came here on a weekday to get the oil changed on our car that was long overdue. We brought our own oil & asked if they could flush a few quarts before putting the new oil, without hesitation they accepted our request. When you arrive, just drive up to the stalls & someone will greet you to take your information & get you started. We worked with David who was helpful & friendly. He gave us a 20 minute quote, we happened to go when only a couple other people were there. We lucked out, the service was quick. By the time we finished some errands in the same plaza the car was ready. The bill came out to about $50-60 bucks. read more

This Jiffy Lube has always stood out among the rest. I've been to two other ones in Tustin and Irvine and they don't care about their work as much as this place. All of the employees are extremely helpful and let me know that my oil was either low or ran out, and gave me tips on my car. No other location cared enough to do that. Every time I come in, they're so quick have such a good attitude and are so helpful not to mention it's very affordable. I'd like to especially give gratitude to David (bald guy) and the other kind fellow who commented on my purchase from a local dispensary. I felt like I was in good hands. I've never been to a Jiffy Lube. I always go to my local mechanic or the dealer. I was in the area after dropping off my daughter for a job interview and had time to kill until she was done. I decided to find a Jiffy Lube in the area and have my oil changed. I parked, was gathering my purse and before I got out of the car, David was at my window asking how he could help me! Wow. Didn't expect that! Told him what I needed, gave him the key, used the restroom, came out and chatted with another nice young man, Francisco, for a few minutes and my car was done! David was so nice and so helpful. What a great crew they've got there! If I lived in the area, I'd go here every time! Oh and David told me I'd need a new battery and I told him I'd wait on that, he said, "of course! I just wanted to make sure you knew." And he was very sincere. No hard sales push. You are definitely paying for convenience when coming to Jiffy Lube as they always seem to be super quick, kind and attentive. They may not always be the cheapest but they are spot on. If you subscribe to their e-mailing list you get coupons emailed routinely which I appreciate. The last couple of times David has always cheerfully greeted me and always follows up by explaining everything in detail after working on my car which is helpful.
