Quick, easy and great, friendly customer service by Abraham! I pulled up to the sign for Vehicle Inspection and I was approached within 2 minutes. They asked me what I needed and I was told to park and pull up again once the vehicle ahead of me was finished. After around 20 minutes, the car ahead was finished and I pulled up to the bay. Abraham was nice enough to help me out with my vehicle inspection and he definitely knew what he was doing! He had the paperwork ready and knew exactly what to do! He led me through each inspection point quickly and with a great attitude. Afterwards, I was led inside and the paperwork was filled out and then I paid for it just like that! I came at a very good time (Friday around 3:30pm) because there wasn't very many cars at the time. I definitely appreciate Abraham who took the time to finish my inspection as quickly as he did. I was in and out in less than an hour for my Uber and Lyft Vehicle Inspection! Definitely recommend the customer service here, thanks again Abraham! read more

Refused to give me the oil I asked for and insisted that I had to upgrade till I just eventually left. I get it. Dude you wanted to upsell me but I straight up knew that I didn't need it. Sadly it seemed that I got this drama when I went alone because when I went to another location later with a guy friend I miraculously didn't get any drama when I replied that I didn't need it & to just go with what I said. This behaviour is hecka gross. Absolute nonsense. They put the drama into car ownership sadly. read more

Pulled up for a simple vehicle inspection for Uber driving and the supposed manager never approached me. I know it's a simple inspection of lights, brakes, seatbelts, blinkers and he told me 30 min wait with one car getting a service in front of me. Two other employees just sitting around in the garage. I finally called one over and he looked at me like I was bothering him. Horrible job. read more

I brought in my 1999 chevrolet silverado 1500 in for an oil change. I was greeted by a very rude female employee who said they couldn't change my oil because my truck was "too low." Keep in mind i'm on a 3/5 drop... anyways I told them I had done it there prior with a slammed acura rsx. They went to check my miles and since my dash wasn't working, they refused to do my oil change. It seemed like they were looking for any excuse to not do my oil change. I went to a Valvoline instant oil change down the street and they did it no problem. I posted pictures for proof. Never coming back to Jiffy Lube again. I get my 2 vehicles serviced at this location since it's close to my work. The service has been great so far. Yesterday I dropped in at 6:30pm (30 mins to closing hour) and one employee joked that he was hoping I would not want oil change since they were going to close early. Okay i get that. Today I was driving to Las Vegas and felt something was grinding and hitting the road. It turned out they forgot to fasten the plastic engine cover located underside of the engine. I am still driving around to the nearest Jiffy lube for half hour to get this fixed. How can I entrust a mechanic that forgets to put the parts back together after oil change??? read more

I'm done with this location, within the last 2 days I've been turned away twice to get my brake pads replaced. After having a good experience with them prior. Tried right when they opened, 2 days later 2 hours before close. They said their "brake" guy wasn't in. And it would take 4 hours. Which is ridiculous. I got an oil change and the front one done in 2 hours. The guy running it has zero customer service on how to talk to customers. I'm done with this location. read more

Went for an oil change on my backup car on sat 2/16. I had them in the past replace the serpentine belts, they were now squealing. They told me all my serpentine belts were cracked and about to break, said it was dangerous to drive like that and they could replace them. After leaving I bought a set and took all the belts off, they were all in perfect condition. Sorry but not only did they they try and skim me for service I didn't need, they wasted an hour of my morning taking the car apart. Won't be going back again. read more

I ALWAYS enjoy coming to this location bcz they're reliable, efficient and honest and get they hold no punches on getting your services completed! I had a hose that was deteriorating on a previous visit and they alerted me to where I could take it to my mechanic to get fixed before something drastic happened. Ah. Jiffy Lube. It's a place I used to hate before coming into this location. I always knew about cars growing up a tomboy and have even worked on my own before deciding losing a nail wasn't worth the work. I know. Prissy me. I always hated doing car maintenance alone since it always seems that an unsuspecting woman always gets told more is wrong with their car than is. I came to this jiffy lube on a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised that there were not that many cars there. Yaaaaas. Winning for not having to wait. I spoke with a man named Lester and another ( I'm sorry! I have forgotten your name :( ) I handed over my keys, let them do the initial check and start on my oil change. Surprisingly, there was no real talk of add one and definitely no pressure in acquiring a tire rotation, a new air filter, etc.... ( you name it, I have been asked it. Honestly other jiffy lubes went even as far to say I needed a transmission flush on a 2013 vehicle with 30,000 miles on it) I sat and waited inside. The inside is like any other car maintenance place with an array of housekeeping magazines and your usual tabloid nonsense. However, they did have the college football same on. Yay! It took about a max of 30 minutes for my car and it came out super fast. I drove off loving the way my engine ran and how the shifting was even smoother than ever. Disclaimer : I have been to this jiffy lube multiple times and have ALWAYS had the best of service. Prior to Lester, a man named Jesus got me in on thanksgiving eve and even stayed later for me. This place has the best customer service and is amazing to everyone. This place is the real deal with real people looking out for the consumer. I will never use the business again. They bait and switch. I called to get the price of an oil change, I gave them my make, model and year of vehicle. I was quote $102. I had a Jiffy Lube coupon for $15, so I thought this is a good deal. When I got to Jiffy Lube they said the price was $123.00. I asked the manager why I was quoted $102 and he relented and said he would take $18 off. When I signed the $123 quote the service person told me the $18 and the $15 coupon would be taken off when I paid. When I went to pay the total was $130 as the manager said tax had been added to the quote. The manager offer me $20 off instead of $18 but would not honor my $15 coupon. So I paid $110 for what was initially quoted as $87. This is a rip off joint! read more

I needed to be in LA by noon but really needed to get my oil changed and tire pressure checked before heading out. I called ahead and they're like we can squeeze you in and have you out in an hour and I was like perfect! All you have to do is drive up, fill out the paper work while you're in your car, drive your car into the bay, and then wait for everything to be done in their lobby that has AC, coffee, etc - really needed that coffee because it was super early. They came back at me with more suggestions - spark plugs, etc and a headlight that was out. I had them replace the head light and got the Yelp deal for $10 off and walked out only spending about $60 for a synthetic oil change and all within the hour that was quoted and I was back on the road. read more
