I wanted to get my oil change done before the start of my weekend and only had 1 hour of my lunch time to have it done. This Jiffy Lube is one and a half miles from the east of the the 57 Freeway on Katella at the Home Depot shopping center. I pulled my car up on the northside of the building and I was greeted promptly. Several cars were ahead of me that got me concerned if I will be back in time for work. The technician gave me an estimated time frame of 25 minutes, which made me skeptical, but I proceeded with the service. The facility had amenities that made the wait more comfortable for its customers. They had a restroom, indoor/outdoor seating, coffee, magazines and a TV. I got too engrossed watching Pawn Stars that I almost missed my name being called to go over what type of oil I wanted in my car. They drove my car to the side of the building when it was done. By the time I parked my car, paid, and to the time I drove off, it was approximately 23 minutes. They provided service within the timeframe and gave excellent customer service. I stopped in here just to have some air put in my tires/tires checked. I had to wait a little while in the office to have someone come talk to me, but once they did they were so friendly and willing to help me! They had me pull my car up and a super nice worker checked all my tires and filled them up and made sure I was good to go. I was really impressed with how nice and accommodating they were! so i was buying gas and my car wasnt working. after 20 minutes of my car having issues i finally was able to drive to jiffy lube. i was worried my battery died. but i know the guys/girls here know their stuff. they ran a battery test and my battery was good. my car was working again. and they didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff. sometimes it takes them 30 minutes sometimes an hour. but thanks jiffy lube for fixing my car. read more

My Daughter took her 2020 Kia to these guys a couple of times and thought they were decent. The last time was in Jan 2023. At that time she did an oil change and they did a check of her car. They told her the brakes were leaking and the brake fluid was low. They also said her brakes were worn and needed replacing. She declined their service recommendations. She came by my house with her car and I went to get her tires rotated and her brakes checked. None of the work that these CLOWNS said needed to get done was needed or required! In fact a short time after this visit her AC stopped blowing cold air. She didn't think much of it, since it was back in late January and the weather was very cold. I recently took it to the KIA dealer and they did a complete AC leak detection and system check and could not find any leaks and there was zero freon gas left in the system. In fact the Service Writer asked me who was the last service tech that worked on the car? He was suspicious that they may have drain down her AC system. On the way to baseball practice, cruising down the 22 our check tires light came on. Jiffy Lube is not normally our go to for service, but I knew I needed to get trained eyes on our new (to us) car before hitting the road back home after practice. A quick Yelp search and I landed on Jiffy Lube's Orange location and boy am I glad I did. Lester and team were rockstars from the second I pulled up until the time I drove away. They did a quick inspection to make sure all fluid levels were set, oil was fresh and pumped up the tires. Lester was quick to let me know that all levels looked good, tires were filled and they even topped off my oil and sent me on my way. We will definitely be back! If the manager Miguel and the young lady with the neck tattoo and braces don't like their job they shouldn't be there. They see a car come and they all either hide or yell instructions from far. They have 10 employees and no customers at the moment and no one can come greet and tell you where to park??? Also the young lady needs to get trained in customer service, all the eye rolling and the "oookkaaayy"s are really rude. read more

I always dread having to service my car. Thankfully, Govanny is superb at his job. By the time I actually pulled up to the service desk, he had entered my license plate and greeted me pleasantly. I told him I needed an oil change and maybe a tire rotation. He nicely informed me that the car had a tire rotation during my last service. He then proceeded to tell me what services I had last time, which was a relief because my husband brought the car in last and I had no clue what oil etc. Overall, it was a great experience. Anyway, I've been to this location twice to get my oil changed. The staff here has always been courteous from the moment that I arrive. I've never waited more than 25-30 minutes for an oil change. Inside, you'll find clean and comfortable seating, as well as free coffee, magazines, and a plasma television. I also appreciate the fact that they give my Honda a mini car- wash along with the oil change. As part of the service, they clean the windows and vacuum the floor. I went for a oil change and a tire rotation on my vehicle today give them my keys process went smooth. Took about 45 minutes for my car to be done before I pay they tell me everything is fine. They check my tire pressure. My tires are still in good condition. Nothing to worry about I walk to my car as the employee that brings my car out the bay is giving me my keys. I noticed my front tire is flat I tell the employee hey bro my tire is flat he looks at it and says I will check it out. He tells me he's just going to add air because the guy that does the tires is on lunch I asked him how is it possible that the guy that does the tires is on lunch if I was just told inside before I paid that all my tires were inflated to 35 psi, I asked to speak to a manager named Abraham who was trying to give me the runaround. All I wanted was them to fix my tire. How are you going to give a customer the car back with a flat tire when I got there my tires were perfectly fine. Abraham was trying to say that since my tires were rotated, there is more weight in the front now because of my engine is in the front and that tire was in the back I tried to explain to Abraham that a TPS sensor is a tire pressure sensor. It doesn't matter if the tire is on the back or the front if it is flat, the light on the dashboard will be on regardless to if the tire was in the back or the front. So he takes the tire off and finds now I'm watching the tire guy on mount my tire from my rim, patch my tire and put it back on without balancing it. Abraham is about to put my tire back on my car. I tell him don't you have to balance a tire every time you take it off the rim he said he didn't balance it because he marked a tire. Then he says oh yeah I will get that done with so pretty much you're telling me if I didn't say anything to him he was just going to mount my tire back on, I see all these reviews and people say he's a great guy. Maybe he was having a bad day but to me it's the blind leading the blind and I will never take my car there again after my car was done he told me sorry for the inconvenience on your next oil change I will do a free rotation. I told him there will never be a next time. All I'm saying is if you're going to use this place watch them because to me they're shady and do a half assed job if the manager is going to sit there and try to lie just imagine what he's telling you guys when they say you need more things done to your car. As a manager, he should've said no worries we will patch it for you, but no, he wanted to come at me and make every excuse in the book to me. He doesn't know what he's talking about because everything he told me I corrected him and he eventually told me sorry you're right I also brought it to his attention that his employees said they just write that down on the paper he looked at me strange I told him go ask your employee if you don't believe me, he said no I believe you. he was trying to make it seem like I was saying they did it on purpose. I don't care how it happened when I brought it. My tires were fine. I just wanted it fixed as I'm waiting for my car to be done. I'm looking on the floor and there's nails all over the floor. I bring it to his attention. He picks them up right away. read more

THIS PLACE IS NOT PRICE-TRANSPARENT. Even with a coupon, the final cost of the oil change was DOUBLE what my normal service shop charges. The price they quoted me over the phone was much lower than what they charged my associate when they completed the service (and on the phone I gave them my make, model, and model year). It was our first visit here and I chose this location because I work in the area and it was near where we were running errands. Les, the Assistant Manager was great and provided excellent customer service, hence the 5-Star review. They completed the oil change as quickly as advertised, provided a clear explanation of what they did, along with a diagnostic report on the vehicle and they even changed the brake light for us (I brought the correct light bulb with us) while we waited, no extra charge. She really appreciated the honest, straightforward approach and excellent customer service, particularly replacing the brake light, which provided peace of mind and earned a well deserved review. I have been here a few times because its quick when I am in a hurry. It is very typical of them to ALWAYS find something they want to fix/replace....especially the air filter. Every single time I go in they ask to replace it. They also call you out and try to replace your belts. The last and final time I went here was it for me. While receiving a oil change here my dip stick broke off while they were pulling it out. So I was left with my dip stick stuck with no way of retrieving it. They offered to fix it and order the part so I agreed. When the part came in...no phone call. Finally I go in but apparently the ONLY mechanic who knew how to fix it was not there. They didnt tell me but it is about an hour worth of labor. Not a happy girl right now, so I had to go to my own trusted mechanic and pay him to get it out. If your in a hurry and ONLY need a Oil change they do a good job...even vacuum your floors and clean your windows. If your an Auto Club member you get a discount. read more
